I am well pleased with the customer service, quality, and everything else, however my complaint is as in the previous years, Fabletics brings promotional offers at times only accessible to customers in the US, which at times being a customer in Africa i am discouraged and i feel that i will always be the paying customer and never benefitting of the other initiatives of the brand.
I had an old account that I know longer had access to. The email connected to that account was no longer. He was very helpful in getting that account deleted. I was refunded all of my monthly payments from that account. I am so appreciative of his kindness and helpfulness!
I've been very happy with everything I've bought so far. Customer service has been awesome when I needed to exchange an order. Shipping is fast. I will definitely keep purchasing from this company
Extremely poor quality of clothes now. Years ago I had leggings that lasted what seemed like forever now I'll be lucky if my clothes last very long at all
I came in shortly after opening on for the VIP sale and event. This was the first time I come to an event in store, upon entering I was greeted by the ladies behind the counter. I was eager and excited to start my experience. I went straight to the leggings area awaiting for someone to approach to let me know about the deals or to ask if I needed any assistance and unfortunately that never happened. I took myself back and forth to the fitting room and the associates walked by me several times, but I was never asked if I needed any help or even if they could hold the merchandise I had on me to be held behind the counter. It wasn't until I had a question I went up to the counter and the associate assisted me and asked if I she can my items behind the counter while I still shopped. I was there early on purpose to avoid a big crowd and the store was not busy when I arrived. The floor associates stayed in the front the entire time and never approached me in the time I was shopping. Even though this was an VIP event I did not at all feel like an VIP for this brand, which I genuinely love. As someone who used to be in retail management I'm disappointed that I didn't receive the basic customer service on the sales floor, it wasn't until I went to counter I got helped. The lady who checked me was very kind and I was excited to pick out a tote and receive the hydro jug for my purchase. This review was not at all to come for the brand, just in hopes management sees this and create a better shopping experience in store for the future.
I ordered items for Christmas that needed returned. There was hardly anything available. Even though I used the filter for size, etc., it would bring up items only to find out the size I filtered wasn't even available. Sometimes it showed me several items where NO sizes were available!? The return/exchange process seemed easy, at first, but then I got notice that my order was canceled. Turns out they didn't have the sizes that they said they had when I ordered and payed for it. Did I mention this was THREE WEEKS AFTER i ordered and they charged me for it!? Unfortunately, every part of this from start to finish was frustrating! I canceled the membership only to be notified they still charged me the following month. It took longer than usual to get refunded for that, too. Very bad first experience. I don't know if I'd ever try ordering again
I have used fabletics for years. Even though the member credit it's worth more you don't get anything more for it. You get a top or a bottom. It's very rare at this point that they put sets together, you have to pay for the top and bottom separately now. If you have a member credit and there is a sale using your member credit is a waste as well.
Fabletics makes some very nice activewear. I like a lot of it more than some other premium brands' offerings. The memberships, pricing system, stock levels, all could work better and more clearly. You can make it work, and I think in a lot of cases it is worth it, because they do make some very nice activewear that can be had at good prices.
Aloha, your Hawaii store employees at Waikiki Marketplace are absolutely the best employees. Always so helpful and knowledgeable with the collections and the best ways to get the product s to me.
I ordered ONE pair of pants, and all of the sudden I am enrolled in a subscription of some kind, they need to be more transparent on this issue. I love my pants and want more but won't order any more due to the subscription thing.
My granddaughter loves the hoodie, pullover top and high waisted flare bottoms. She loves the color purple. They have a wonderful fit. She looks great in them.
I had pleasure to shop online and in store in one of the Fabletics stores in Southern California. I have been costumer since 2018 and I love each item I get, my husband and even my parents in-law have been enjoying fabletics clothes I get them each time. So, it is win, win! I love the quality and the colors always something to choose from and keeping up with the current fashion trends! Recommending to all my friends and family!
I hated the cut, the fit and the fabric of the bra and pants I got. I also didn't like the value of for the same "credit" I could buy a sports bean and pant combo, or a pair of men's shorts that otherwise you could buy for $20. The value didn't make sense. And without the subscription items were WAY over priced. Not my jam.
I do not want to be automatically enrolled in a program, any program, before I can see the product to see if it is desirable. The fact that a customer would automatically be enrolled hints at the product being less than desireable and trying to catch a few extra bucks.
I accidentally selected the wrong item to return then I wasn't able to modify or cancel the return. I ended up having to call customer service and they emailed me a return label. I have returned the item but still haven't received my refund. I also can't see the status of my returns on my account in the website.
I've been a member for about 6 months now and have bought items for myself and my husband. I do beleive the quality of the athletic wear is the best around. Even the leisure wear is excellent. My husband always comments on our soft the sweatshirts and joggers are.
Not a big fan of the subscription based model. I always end up missing the window to skip and I waste money just sitting there as items are never in stock. Huge deterrent.
The concept is just plain dumb. Ditch the subscription concept. It's dated, annoying, and actually deters customers like myself. What you want is almost always out of stock and the colors and styles get stale after awhile with no refresh unless it's for a "limited time". Clothes themselves are just ok. Are they as good as Lulu? Not even close. Much lower quality but still decent clothes for the price. Their manufacturing (likely in China) is very inconsistent and if I get two pants of the same style and size but just different colors, one will be 1-2" shorter than the other and more loose in the thigh area. They are really all over the place when it comes to consistency, same with shirts. I ended up canceling my membership because it just became an annoyance more than anything. They lacked new colors or styles of what I wanted and I had to go through the hassle of skipping each month. I'd rather pay a little more with more consistent quality and sizing and buy without the silly membership.
I purchased two pair of leggings that were too long. I paid for them with a credit that
Cost a least 50 bucks. I received a feeaking 8 dollar store credit for the return. I should have just kept the leggings and sold them at a consignment shop. I would gotten more than 8 dollars.
I was not aware I would be charged $59 a month after
Sure it was in there some how but very dishonestly l.
I was charged $120 before I realized it and only ordered one time.
NEVER AGAIN
I will let everyone know about this sly move.
I ordered a pair of scrubs thinking they were teal and when they came, they were a dark blue, and I was very upset because I couldn't wear them to my nursing class because of the color
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
