I am very dissatisfy, since I can't not purchase anything with my points; if I do I lost half of the money; I pay 59 dollar. Month and most of the items cost less or too much; nothing in between. I really like the product, but not the selling concept.
Great clothes! Site is user friendly. VIP pricing and constant sales/discounts make it cost-effective even without the member credit each month...although you can get more than your money's worth with that too! I am a very satisfied customer!
I just got some new flare leggings & I love them. I wear fabletics bottoms on most days and have about 30 pairs. They are very comfortable & I've always found customer service to be professional.
I wanted a few things form the order but I never even received the order and when I went to complain about it no one could tell me where my package went. I had a customer service rep help me as much as they could but I went to "reorder" and the bag I wanted was no longer available so I obviously didn't want anything else. I just wish I would've still gotten the order after I waited weeks to received and then it got lost.
I was given a gift card code and have tried several times to redeem it. However, the app and the website don't recognize it as a valid code. Super frustrating as this should be treated as another form of payment. In fact, it should be EASIER than any other form of payment because Fablectis already took money for it and issued their own code for redemption.
The items I received were of good quality but too big.
Return seemed easy enough. I got the email saying the exchange was in process and the size of the items. The size was the same as the returned items so I sent an email to correct this.
I received my new items and was surprised that they were still the same size as the returned items.
I spoke with a customer service representative who was very apologetic and gave me another return label. I thought I was done, but wait, there's more! I kept getting charged a VIP fee which I stated many times I did NOT want. After 2 more phone calls I was finally free of the VIP debacle and refunded the fees. Overall, I'm glad to be done with Fabletics.
I ordered a pair of shorts in mid December that took about 3+ weeks to receive. They were the wrong size which is certainly not fabletics fault. I chose the option to return the original pair in exchange for the correct size. That was several weeks ago. Haven't heard anything since
The leggings I bought were uncomfortable. They don't stay up while I am running the tops roll down. I sized up and they are still so tight! I was so disappointed! My cheap Old Navy ones fit better and the tops don't roll down.
I have a store very close to me, I dont understand why I don't have an option to pick up in store. Why do items take forever to arrive, is it coming from the Temu factory?

This is was my very first time going to the actual Fabletics store I was looking online for scrubs but i was undecided becuase I didn't know if they were going to fit me or not so when I went to the store I was able to try them on and see the style and base on that I was able to pick my size or go one size big and let me say I love it with the experience and with my scrubs
I've bought 3 pairs of joggers and every pair I've loved. After I bought the first I knew I had to have more so I bought two more and they fit and feel perfect.
I joined the membership for my Christmas shopping and ordered a handful of things which I got for great prices! The products are good quality, my family members loved their gifts, and I regularly get compliments on my own new workout outfits. :)
I've had a subscription for years with fabletics. Due to financial reasons I had cancelled my membership. Well they continued to take money out of my bank account, I had credits so I used them ( might as well, I paid for them) I cancelled again and had credits available to use again but because I cancelled they didn't let me use them. Not sure I will resubscribe. The only leggings I wear are fabletics and lulu lemon. I guess it's Lulus from here on out.
Ordered a pair of scrubs. Didn't like the fit and the return process was a pain in the butt. Had to do online support with 2 different people who were essentially useless. They couldn't get me copies of my receipt and didn't do the return process correctly. The return process itself was complicated as well, as the online options didn't let me do what I needed and then I couldn't make any changes once the return was initiated.
I always love my Fabletics products. Can get enough. Apparently, since I have about 40 pair of leggings, not including the other items, I'm really liking them.

The price paid for the membership doesn't seem worth it, when you can only use the credits for items that seem to less value than whatbis paid for the membership.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
