I don't like the styles that Fabletics has now compared to when I first joined years ago. They don't have have the fun styles and patterns. Seems like they are targeting a younger clientele and have forgotten the 50-60 crowd
I use to love Fabletics, but in the last few year the clothing has changed so much and doesn't fit the same that it use to. I still love the sales they offer but have not purchased anything in quite awhile due to the new line of clothes and styles
If I'm not in a pair of Fabletics then it's a dress. Love my leggings and always get compliments on them, actually have 2 pairs my cart for friends to try!
Itried to tell you that I didn't want to be a part of VIP. No one responded. You took money out of my account, and I have not received any clothing, which I didn't order to begin with.
Love everything I've purchased. The only reason for 4 stars is the membership fee. If I made a purchase every month it would be different. Maybe make a membership program with a quarterly membership fee of same amount for those of us who can't purchase every month.
As advertised! Huge sale with % Off most items. Excellent fabric and colors. Needed a larger size on some of the workout legging styles but top sizing was perfect!
I placed my order on 1/4/25 and the order was split into 2 shipments. I received the first one, and then part 2 of the order was never received but returned to sender. Called customer service they re shipped the order. Again, the order was returned to sender and never received at my house. I finally called and cancelled the order because no information could be provided why my order never could be delivered to me, when I had received 2 previous orders from the company. Disappointing to say the least. It took nearly a full month before I gave up on ordering. At this point I don't want to order again in fear of the same experience. The most disheartening piece is that there was no offer to ship items overnight or credit for me for the inconvenience.
The item I purchased started falling apart after one wear. I was thinking it was just a faulty pair of pants so I wanted to exchange them. Customer service wouldn't help me :( I wanted to love them but can't get past my experience
The clothes are high quality and I prefer them to most other athletic brands, however the membership model is terrible. The prices are significantly higher when you are a member then if you are not. If you are interested in purchasing something, just wait for a sale and remember to cancel your membership, as you will pay higher prices if you keep it.

The winter or fleece lined leggings pill really bad. The fabric does not hold up at all. I bought two different styles and they both did the same thing. Total waste of money.

There are such great deals when you first become a member but then it doesn't seem like the membership is worth it. I also found it very confusing at first which prices you pay when you have a membership.
Love my items and the leggings feel wonderful! I love that they truly are flexible and work with my body instead of against (like the leggings are apart of my body). I wish for the sale items they had more larger sizes but I realize those get gone quicker during a sale for anything but overall I do love everything I have purchased thus far!
We were canceling our overpriced membership and needed to use the "credits" from previous month i forgot to "skip", there was very little selection available (womens size medium and mens XXL). The pants I ordered are cheap Walmart quality. I would look into Lululemon or Vuori and get the quality for the same money
I have been very pleased will all of my Fabletics purchases. It is my go to brand for scrubs, my husband likes their sweatpants and my daughter the leggings. I recently purchased shoes for the summer and looking forward to trying them out.
I signed up as a new member to receive the promo they were running to receive a discount on my first order. I ordered 2 leggings and 4 bras. My package never arrived. After contacting Fabletics multiple times and the shipping company and it was "lost in transit". I had to wait even longer for my package. Well over a month (after my delivery date) at this point. However, some of my items were now out of stock and they couldn't ship them to me. After arguing with customer service again they credited my account for the out of stock items BUT couldn't give me the original discount to order new items with my credit. Horrible experience, would never use Fabletics again.
Too much money and canceled but continued to be charged. Called, emailed. I was told I would lose all money I paid monthly by canceling. Not a great way to do business
I have worn Fabletic wear for years, everything from running marathons to going out to dinner. I appreciate the unique pieces and the tried and true leggings.
Loved the products. Didn't love the VIP membership they enrolled me in for $60 a month. They snuck that in without me seeing it. I definitely wouldn't subscribe to a plan for clothes.
Trying to cancel my account was like jumping through hoops. Difficult to cancel my account - then, I had a few items to return, and that took 2.5 weeks to finalize from the day that I sent returns back. Not worth my time
I truly enjoyed my experience with Fabletics. The outfit is awesyand the free shorts that came with the deal are great. I will keep buying from them whenever I can.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
