My skin is very sensitive, so I always prioritize the texture and quality of the fabric when I buy clothes. Fabletics' clothes are really good quality, and the fit is nice too.
I like the style and the variety of pieces offered. Athletic wear does not stand up to the amount of wear I put them thru while exercising. The men in my life really enjoy the active wear!
I can't get enough Fabletics apparel, the pants, the tops, the fabric that is oh-so soft! Orders a dress for the first time…I can't wait til it arrives!
I ordered 3 Eagles ball caps for my grandsons for the upcoming Superbowl. The order was delivered in Two days and the hats (2 for youth size and one for infant) arrived in great condition.
Disappointed that you now add additional fee on all orders. Also a lot of items are out of stock or not available in my size. When viewing VIP exclusive items/sets a lot of "sets" sizes are not available.
Quality has gone down hill. This is my second order in the past year hoping the first one was a fluke. The answer is no.
The fabric that is used for the luxe is cheap and odor absorbing. Within a few wears it stinks and will not release. I do not have this problem with any other brand nor did I have a problem with the order I did with fabletics back in 2016.
The return policy is such a hassle and the credits they give you are a joke with way too many rules attached that they do NOT tell you when they keep saying they will make it better.
So disappointed and have dour pair of leggings that are useless.
Do better fabletics.
The fabric used on these leggings that I've been ordering for years seems to be thinner/lesser quality and your sizing seems off or the pants are being cut smaller. They're also not wearing as well. I have a pair that are about a year old and the knees look very warm whereas my other pairs do not.
I returned the pants because they were too long but didn't have the option to change the size and received the exact same size. Returned it again and was only able to choose a smaller waist size but if you place a regular order there is multiple size options.
None of the usual sizes fit. I made two returns to two different items because the first item sold out. The second return I was given a store credit instead of a full refund. I don't even want to order again because the sizing is so off but now my money is locked into a store credit.
I've been wearing Fabletics for 7 years and they never disappoint. Their leggings are versatile and comfortable. I have pairs for the gym and pairs for work and going out.
The store manager in San Marcos, Tx was very attentive to my needs for medical scrubs. She went over and beyond to make sure I got what I was searching for length wise and with certain pockets. She knew the store product inside and out. She represents your store well.
I've enjoyed fabletics and most products I have purchased. However, there seems to be a shift away from so much focus on athleisure clothes but a focus on comfortable clothes. I would like to see Fabletics venture more into comfortable fabrics in pants suitable for an office setting.
The quality has continued to fall. I've bought the same styles year after year and the quality in the fabric, construction/sew, and trims have all gone down. Super disappointing!
My husband and I both purchased cloud jersey joggers and shirts. They are perfect for casual weekends in the very cold winter. Additionally. They was well.
The website is difficult to maneuver. You have to click on each tab to see all products and the search function should have more options to find products quickly. Also, Vip member points expire. I have paid for months and get no updates to make a purchase before the VIP
Point expires. I lost many points over the years.
I bought a bunch of things for Christmas that did not arrive. When I contacted them, they sent a few of the things— but only 1/3 of what I'd ordered. I ordered all sets, for myself and for my two daughters. I ended up getting pieces of sets, not one complete set. I cancelled my subscription.
I loved the texture of the leggings, that is something that I always look for and these delivered! They also look good and are functional for working out.
I ordered a 34x30 they were a little loose so I processed an exchange request for a 33. In the exchange portal I could not select a length but figured since length wasn't the issue they would send 33x30's. I received 33x32's and now have to return these to the store which doesn't have any 30 lengths in stock.
We were billed $26.58 once for the pants. Next, we were billed again $59.95 and finally we were billed the third time for $59.95. We had to dispute the charges with our credit card company. Definitely not worth the hassle.
My in store purchase was very easy as well as placing my order for items that were not in stock in store and it being shipped to my home. I just wish it didn't cost a monthly membership fee for the products.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
