I became a Fabletics member because of the nice patterns on the leggings. This was about two years ago. For the last year though there are almost no patterns on the leggings and they are uninteresting. I have stopped my membership.
All has been great with my orders from the customer service and the quality of all the apparel I've been able to purchase, oh and the prices are great.

My subscription, I was asked no less than 3 times if I wanted to keep my subscription with discounts. I wasn't interested in renewing or keeping my subscription. I just wanted to cancel.
I am extremely satisfied with my purchases as it coincides with my healthy lifestyle. I like to wear my Fabletics leggings as much as possible. The quality of the material fits perfectly to my size.
The sizes were not even close. I always go a size up when I order on line to be sure. I went. By the size chart and still got items that are too small. Not so good for the self esteem and it took way too long for my order to arrive
My overall experience has been great, both in store and online!
Some of the leggings gap a little too much in the crouch area.

Received the wrong leggings after driving an hour to exchange leggings that didn't fit. They were out of stock in the store so they had to ship them to me. Had to give them away!
I contacted Fabletics 4 times to try to cancel my account. No one ever came to speak to me nor could I cancel my account. 4 different tries and nothing. Worst experience ever

The hidden VIP charges during the first order horrible. I was shocked to have a charge on my card for VIP services. It was not made clear during the first order you were mandated to become a VIP. This needs to be clearer
Returned some items for an account credit. Still don't have the credit after 2 weeks. Now the items I wanted to buy with the credit are no longer in stock.
Unfortunately I have not received this last purchase and I cannot find how to communicate in the application. I have tracked the package and it indicates that over a month ago, February 5, it supposedly arrived in ELLENWOOD, GA and is still there.
I have been a VIP member for about 6 years I think. I am disappointed that my credits now expire. I will be canceling my VIP account because of that and the quality of the clothes is not as good as it used to be.
When shopping at the Fabletics store the "by size" bins were not accurately labeled and I wasted a lot of time trtying to find my size. My biggest complaint is getting all of the ads for New VIP specials. I am no longer a new VIP and again they are a waste of my time.
My old fabletics never ever pilled after years and I mean YEARS of use and laundering but the new sweats already have- after only a couple of washes? I am not cool with this...seems like your quality has changed and that's not okay.
Still struggling with inconsistent sizing even with the same style. Also, international tax makes VIP membership not worth the price (when coupled with the sizing inconsistency). Always "sold out" with new releases almost immediately. Will be cancelling.

I've brought from Fabletics basically from the beginning, and in the last year or so the quality has declined. I have some leggings that I bought years ago and have worn and washed again and again and they are still holding up. I just brought a pair of leggings at the start of the year and they started piling after wearing them for a few hours! So disappointing.
I absolutely love Fabletics! The products are amazing and the clothes are super comfortable. The store reps are also really knowledgeable and friendly.
FABLETICS has always been great quality. However, I'm disappointed with how these sweatpants are holding up. After just two washes, the sweatpants started pilling on the side.
I ordered a pair of pants for my husband from Fabletcs for I think $19.99. My CC was charged for that transaction then I was charged about a month later $59.95, Then a month later I received a charge for another $59.95. The way I understand what the Fabletics rep was this was so I could order from them when I wanted to. I should have been made aware of this in the beginning. I asked for a full refund however I could only get $59.95 back. I think this isn't a very good practice for the customer. Customers beware!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
