My husband loves the clothes that he has bought from Fabletics.
Being tricked into extra costs each month is unacceptable. I made an intiial purchase and thought what I was signing up for was a rewards program. It was not they were charging me a monthly fee to receive a discount on products that I was only purchasing once or twice a year.
I was a member for many years. Every time new outfits were introduced, they were less and less actual workout wear. I'm at the stage in life where I can afford to buy what I want but these new "work out" pieces are just over the top. I want to work out or just wear comfortable workout clothes. These crazy colors and tight styles just aren't what a 60+ yr old wants to be seen in. I bought for my granddaughters for the last few years but they are no longer interested. I'm switching to Vuori to get better quality and more my style.

I write this review as a could've been customer... saw the 2 for 24 deal and thought that would be great, I've been wanting to try them anyway... I get signed up, pick out my leggings, go to checkout and put all of my info in. Only for it to tell me the order can't be processed, check my info. Tried to order again, still the same message but this time I was charged 48 dollars but my order still didn't go through. I called customer service only for him to tell me my order won't go through because I was using a cashapp card and not a debit or credit card? I use this card everywhere else but can't use it here? I asked him if it says that in the fine print somewhere and he just apologized for the confusion. He was rude and I will not be using this service, and by the looks of these reviews it was a gift from God to be declined. For anyone reading this, Old Navy has a wonderful active selection if you didn't already know. Congrats Kate Hudson, your company is $#*!.

I was just on your site and for the first time saw that my credits expire in 12 months! I have been a member for several years, and I have never heard that before. I just wonder how much money have lost? Each credit is worth, I would assume at least the $49, I paid for it but the things on sale are less than my credit value so even it I wanted it I would not sure a credit. Anything marked close to my credit value is all out of stock. There does not seem to be any value to anyone but Fabletics for joining and I have to make sure I cancel every month credit purchase to prevent my credits from piling up which I could lose. Shame on you Fabletics!

If you live in your workout clothes like I do then this is a great deal. Cute clothes & great quality. YES if you want to get a discounted price then you have to sign up for the subscription, but if you even buy one workout outfit every other month its so worth it to get the deals! Ive bought in store and online. Never had an issue with returns. LOVE that I dont even need my receipt (which I always lose) because they keep a record of my purchases in my account. Bottom line, if you want just a one time deal on a workout outfit this isnt for you. But for us Gym rats its a great deal! :)

I bought leggings from Fabletics a month ago and signed up for the membership, not knowing it was 50 dollars a month! When I saw the charge on my card this month, I tried to call the customer service number on their website but would be answered by a robot and hung up on multiple times. Using the chat feature, I talked with a service representative Janice, who copy and pasted something about their membership and how I shoud have opted out for that month (for something I was again unaware of) and then ended the chat. I will sure as hell never buy from them again. I'm still working on getting the refund - all of the customer service representatives have been very unhelpful

I can't stop buying them! The powerhold fabric is top-notch for belly control. I am a quadriplegic so I constantly look like I am 5 months pregnant. Since I have started wearing these instead of suffering with a corset, I have felt a lot more confident going out in public. The only criticism is that I wish they had more stock/choices in full length leggings and more shirts that are NOT cropped. I would love some powerhold fabric in high rise denim like bottoms so that I can enjoy denim looks again!

I was a member for three months. Everything cute in sizes xsmall, s and medium was sold out every time I tried to shop. They clearly have a stocking issue. Also, you can only cancel your account by calling them, which involves a lengthy sales pitch where they try to get you to stay. And if you cancel when you have a credit on your account, you can't use that credit -- either reactivate via phone or lose $49.95.
This Company is HORRIBLE. They scam you into a membership. When you try to cancel or get refunded they make it impossible to speak to someone. PLEASE don't get caught in this mess like I did. It doesn't help that the shorts I bought for my son were not what we expected.

I received my first order and loved the leggings. They are perfect. I was happy, then noticed I received an additional charge of $49.95. I called the #on my charge and talked with an (difficult to understand). He connected me with another number to receive my refund. Long story short, this was not Fabletics and I received another charge.
I had to cancel my card and pray there is no further ID issues.

I feel like everything is made for the 18 to 28 age range...and they just kinda ignore what anyone else might want. Every shirt is short or tight or low cut. Some of the leggings are actually really nice but most of the ones I have are from years ago. The newer style/fabric just aren't as great.
The way the credit system works is a SCAM! If you don't get a full outfit you are losing a TON of money to use a credit. Honestly i need to cancel this subscription but i've just been lazy. It's not really a great "program" to be apart of.

They suddenly cancelled my order and my account so I lost all the points I have accumulated over the months! After I used the promo code and my order was 0.07 they cancelled my order! I ordered so many clothes and paid for them and they just cancelled my account when I wanted to return some of the clothes! How will I do that now? They steal money from you! False advertising: You can use the promo codes as long as you don't use the promo code; make sense? Absolutely not! Forget to try to contact them! The customer service is a total joke and the absolute opposite of what customer service should be. Fabletics take the least knowledgeable agents in the whole business history, so you're basically left with no help! If there was a possibility to give them 0 stars, I would do that because this company is a joke! No wonder there is so many bad reviews! I will make sure all of my friends and even enemies avoid this S^&^%hit company!

When trying to order some shorts advertised on TV, I somehow missed the fine print that I would be charged a $50 monthly fee. After requesting to be dropped, Fabletics honored my request. I can't for the life of me imagine purchasing so much athletic clothing to make the membership fee worthwhile.

I loved fabletics in the beginning and I still think the quality is really good. But now everything is so expensive and being a member doesn't really feel like and added benefit over time. I feel like the "deals" aren't really deals anymore and it's all just normal pricing and they scam us to think it's a deal by making the non member fee way more.

I bought a high intensity bra from here, and this was probably the worst bra purchase I have ever made. The bra had no support as it claimed, and there is a lot of spillage (yes, I ordered the correct size). I can hardly even wear it for lounging around the house. It is not comfortable and make the chest area look smooshed rather than supported. I could not be more disappointed with the the bra I received. Please save your coins or purchase from Gym Shark instead.

I like quality of the product, although I'd love more adjustable strap sports bras and I thought there would be a lot more "outfit" or bundle options and athliesure outfits. I probably will start looking elsewhere for outfits as the subscription doesn't seem worth it.

I specifically purchased the short length for the leggings because I'm only 5 feet tall and I received both pairs in regular length. I look foolish having to roll them up. I didn't bother returning because I am a nurse working many hours a week and too tired to be bothered

Some of the bands in my leggings are broke and I haven't even had them for a year. Thinking of how expensive your clothes are, I shouldn't have that problem yet.
So looking forward to the clothes I ordered. Then I waited and waited and it never came. Last I checked the shipping company it says package lost. Then I called fabletics and called and called and called again (6th call just ended in frustration) They would not issue a refund because their shady shipping company says the package was delivered. Customer service systems are archaic, it makes it impossible to get any service. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this. Crossing fingers I will get my money back some day.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
