I have had a wholly positive experience with Fabletics. The clothes are well-made, comfortable, and cute. And, I have bought my outfits at a very reasonable price -- the $25 introductory offer outfit, and a few at their recent 75% off sale. And, I have not been scammed as many others have. The trick is to make sure their emails go into your main account, and on the first of every month, click that you DO NOT WANT their outfit. Easy as pie.
I was a Fabletics member for NINE YEARS. Almost all of my leggings over that time period have come from them and I've been happy with their items. Every other company- even Lulu and Athleta seem to pill between the legs. I've never had that issue with Fabletics. However, my last purchase of the PureLuxe leggings (which the old version were my ABSOLUTE favorite) were not the same quality, stretch or fit. I'm bummed they changed the quality and material of these. Also- one of the pairs I tried on ripped completely at the seam (along the entire butt) and now need exchanged. When I called customer service, they're requesting I print the label and drop off (live in a rural area and don't have a printer) instead of sending a photo of the damaged merchandise and sending me a new pair. It's just a huge pain. Between these issues I decided to cancel my membership which was then met with multiple attempts to "salvage" the account. Sad this brand isn't what they used to be. :/
First off, the clothes are very low quality. Second, you become a VIP member just by buying some leggings, which are low--very low quality. Then you are hooked in. They start taking $49.95 from your credit card account each month, unless you remember to go into your Outfits and click on skip this month, because now they have your credit card on record. The big rewards of being a big VIP member. Third, you can't just cancel your membership. You have to call them, talk to a robot first before insisting on talking to a real live person, and finally insist on canceling your membership. Lastly, if you ask for a refund on the $49.95, which was mistakenly taken out of my account for no reason. Good Luck, because I'm still waiting for my refund and am getting tired of calling their snobby customer service people.
Just pay the price on the site. They automatically charge $49.95 every month (more than you will ever spend on their product) and then refuse to refund you when they convert your payment to store credits.

I am returning to fabletics after a few years off and am I am not impressed by the styles, colors or availability.
Ordered black leggings and they are ao shiny and cheap feeling.
Sadly, probably gojng tk cancel subscription again :/

First went with medium which were too tight overall, exchanged for large, they sent me back mediums again, exchanged for a large a second time, finally got a large, they fit my legs and butt however were way too loose in the waist (my hips- 42" my waist- 27") luckily my friend and I are seamstresses so we were able to cut their waistband off and attach a new one to the pants that actually fit me. Now they fit great! However I had to jump through so many hoops to finally get them to fit right. I guess that's what I get for ordering from a company who can't achieve custom sizing

I've been a Fabletics VIP for several years now. I've only bought leggings, tops and hoodies. All their gear is quality. I've never had an issue with anything, nor have I ever returned an item, and it's a great value to be able to buy items at a good discount with member credits. The only downside is having to remember every month to skip if I don't want to be charged.

I have had an account for several years and usually skip each month but on the months I forgot and didn't skip you get charged and receive a credit for an article of your choosing. So I had 5 credits and at one point I decided to use them and there were only 2 left in my account. Apparently in they're bulls@&t fine print those membership credits expire at one year even though my money is still good and they refused to refund or reinstate those unused "expired" credits. Membership is a scam DO NOT SIGN UP. It's may seem like you save money but in the long run you don't.

While I love their powerhold leggings, other products are usually a miss. Shipping, 99% of the time is TERRIBLE. Out of my last 12 orders, 11 have taken 14+ days to arrive.
Current order was placed 13 days ago and it still hasn't shipped.

Of course $200 activewear will be fabulous, but what average woman will spend that money on her self for a pair of leggings or cute top? I love the high quality of Fabletics for an affordable price. All the heart eyes.

Ordered a bunch of shorts. Two of them did not fit right, so I sent them back for an exchange. After roughly a month and half or so waiting on the exchange pairs to arrive, I received an email notifying me that my exchange had been canceled and I would receive store credit. I had bought the shorts with the new member promotion, so they were relatively inexpensive. I was given roughly half the retail value of a single pair as credit. Not even enough to get another pair, much less two. After settling on just ordering another single pair, and waiting about a week, I got a notification that my package was delivered. It was not. Please, if you have to return anything here, don't even bother trying. Sell on Facebook marketplace or take the loss, it's not worth the time and patience.

I am a user of Stitchfix that makes it CRYSTAL clear what months, quarter, years that you opt-in or out for and at any time. Fabletic's account, renewal, dates opt-in versus opt-out feels like you are completely trapped and charged. The user experience of asking busy consumers to "remember" to log in only 4 days of each month to hit a red button and the remaining 20 - 25 days of the month completely exiled from being able to opt-out is a complete trap. It's a mockery to tell a consumer "well you can get an alarm on your phone."
I have never experienced user experience more insanely frustrating and I work in website development. I can't put into words how angry the process for this monthly service makes me. Products themselves are good - redo your memberships & website - the current state is TERRIBLE. Copying Stitch fix's business model - they actually keep their consumers in mind.

Over priced. Not enough options. Especially for shirts and bras. Not everyone wants to wear a crop top. The pocket on the back of a legging is useless. You need more options for external side pockets.

I've order from fabulistic for about a year now and I'm very satisfied with what I have received and I can cancel a month or two if I'm not going to order anything at that time and the sizes are great, the colors and fabric is on point rather lose or tight... love you guys.

I have ordered several times from Fabletics and have always been very happy with the quality of the purchase. I read the reviews to see how an item fits - but I have found most are fairly true to size. I have several pieces that are at least 4 years old and they still wash well and look great! I have recommended it to several friends and they have all been happy too. It does take a couple of weeks for shipments to arrive in Canada, which is not a problem for me as I know to expect that.

I love most of the fabletics products but having to be in a membership is just silly. On top of that, new member pricing is usually much better than someone that has the VIP membership- how ridiculous! I would be much more of a fan but I feel they just care about profit and customer service comes second.

I subscribed to Fabletics for about 7 months. I stopped, not because I'm unhappy with the service, but because I simply do not need to be drowning in leggings haha. I absolutely love all 7 of my outfits. They are perfect for the gym, or they look excellent paired with a sweater for winter, or a tank top for summer. I used the persimmon colored Fabletics with a white sweater for my Christmas outfit and received many compliments. They really do make you look and feel fabulous. It even inspires me to work out more; I pretty consistently go to the gym every other day since I subscribed. Their exchange process is also amazing; I unfortunately found that I cannot wear their baby pink colors because with my skin tone, it just looks like I'm not wearing anything haha. They were able to quickly and efficiently help me exchange the baby pink outfit for a more suitable color. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone!

It's been months of calling customer service and I haven't received a refund. It's a long story with a claim being filed. I have all the documents to prove my refund. The next step is filing a small claim.
I have been ordering from fabletics for a couple of years now. I own many pairs of leggings, but fabletics are the softest, most comfortable and help me to look my best. My last order which prompted this review was a Mother's Day order. I got each of my daughter's a gift of fabletics and they loved them!

This purchase of $50 dollars for a membership was made without me being aware of it. Either I did it unknowingly or it being a glitch in the system, it was too easy to mistake and I've never done it on any other website. It seems very low and like a scummy way to make a quick buck. Please make it more noticeable when signing up for a $50 a month purchase.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
