I only use fabletics to workout it but unfortunately the line has gone more toward relaxed clothes then working out. Also, the influencer outfits are not realistic. Need more powerhold workout outfits. Quality is still great though
I placed my order on May 10th and was super excited for my first pairs of Fabletics because I've heard such great things. However... I'm still waiting for them. Good thing I didn't need them right away.

I need some basics like a white sports bra and there is nothing available. It's like Fabletics keeps such a low inventory or range of designs. I also was looking for a gray legging once and also there was very little to choose from. Also sizes sell out extremely fast. Sizing is off, for instance i wear an XL in the leggings but am a size 10. Lastly, why don't the clothes have sizing in them? When I want to reorder and check the size of what I own it's impossible to find. I find it very hard to shop through the app and am considering canceling.

I love Fabletics products so I deal with the website, but the functionality is incredibly slow and I often find the items I save/add to my cart do not make it to where they are intended to be. My internet connection is strong and I have no issues on other sites. This is especially the case during sales, when I have to close out of the site multiple times and re-load to be able to access what I'd like to buy.

The only thing you can do is buying something for the credits they created, have them ship it and than cancel your credit card. Don't call them before or complain just take the loss and buy something. That is what I did. I liked their stuff but giving you gifts with your own money is absolutely NOT DONE. I called fabletics spain and cancelled my vip membership easy because they can't charge me anymore. They tried to get me back in just to get my creditcard details but NO WAY.
I purchased a top and bottom for a trip. I didn't open the package until I got out of the country. When I took the hoodie out of the plastic and put it on it had a razor straight cut. This is the 2nd piece that this happened with.
I never received my package so I reached out to them and they told me I would have to contact FedEx myself to find out where the package was and get a claim number from them regarding a lost package. After having to fuss with that, Fabletics said that "as a courtesy" they would send a re-shipment. I didn't realize that order fulfillment was a courtesy? Especially after I had to do all the legwork to establish that my package was lost in the first place. Anyway, it has now been almost 3 weeks and I still do not have the replacement package and customer service has been ZERO help.

This time around unlike the first order everything went on smooth and I love my purchase however it feels discriminatory and not just with you but many other sports retailers, I am buying from Africa and you accept me as your customers but only limited to qualify for specials and promotions of i was resident in Europe or the US. Yes we qualify for the general discounts but that's it. These promotions need to be all inclusive regardless of where I'm at as long as I'm your customer. It then just makes our purchases expensive I already have additional costs of courier to Zambia and I really wish that all stores could start embracing all customers and not just think their customers are in the states.

The USPS tracker site says my package was delivered but I never received it. I contacted Fabletics and they said "talk to your apartment leasing office." Did that, the leasing office does not have my package. I contacted Fabletics again and they said "wait 1-3 more business days." Did that, still no package. I contacted Fabletics again asking for a refund and they said they can't do anything until I file a missing package claim with USPS. They are making me jump through so many hoops just to get my money back. Contacting USPS, especially given the current climate, is a lost cause. I don't think I'll ever get my money back. The item that I ordered isn't even available anymore. I'll be canceling my membership. I know plenty of other people who have had lost or stolen packages and other companies simply send them a replacement or refund upon the first request. This is so frustrating.

Had a wonderful experience! Customer service is the best! They even gave me a refund of half my money! I had been charged every month for the past six months and didn't realize what was happening. They were very understanding and gave me half of it back. I got a credit for the rest and now I own the best leggings ever, plus some! Thanks Fabletics! I definitely recommend them!

I still do not have the 3 pair of pants I paid for back in the summer, I spoke with your csr representative and after about half-hour they told me there is nothing they could do and for me to call back at regular business hours. Which does not work for me hence how long this is taking. I tracked my parcel and it 2as returned back to you sometime ago. Still not understanding why the csr rep could not find my order or help me at all.

Seriously a scam been a vip member a year now won't let me use my credits, get a payment failure but the money comes out of my account, but no order is processed!
No refund has ever been issued, nor do I get my orders.
I loved it up intill 5 months ago when they tell me it's my banks fault not there's, the money comes out but there site does not register it as such, and customer service is a joke.
How do I get my money back its almost amounts to 100.00 usd

I went in store to shop, tried on several items, and decided to join. 2 items were in stock, the rest had to be shipped. I'm still not sure what happened after that. My ordered was cancelled, then shipped again, cancelled, then finally shipped again. I had several conversations with customer service and they were nice, but they couldn't tell me why it was happening. Received one item 3 weeks later, and the last 2 items 5 weeks later! In that time frame I also was billed for my member credit without e-mail notification or anything (but the next two months I was notified). Now I'm honestly just watching to spend my one billed credit and then cancel. This whole experience has been a mess!

This company will keep charging your card and leaving you no way to delete from their system. I was charged 49.95 twice within a 2 week period. When I called the Fabletics they told me that they couldn't see the charges and I would need to go to my bank. THEY ARE A SCAM-I didn't want to believe it myself. It's too bad because I really liked their products. I hope they get busted soon for the fraud they are committing.

I ordered several items including 2 pairs of dress shorts and 2 pairs of athletic shorts. I ordered all 4 in the same size of 36w with a 7in inseam. The dress shorts fit great, but the athletic shorts were a disappointment. They were supposed to be a 7" inseam and they almost touch my knees. I have several other athletic shorts in a 7 and even 8" inseam and these are longer than all the ones I own. The bag they arrived in said 7" but I believe they are the 9" inseam shorts in the wrong bag, at least i hope they don't sell 7" inseam shorts that touch your knee. I was disappointed in the shorts but really didn't want to deal with the headache of sending them back.
Not really a great deal for workout clothing. Many of the things are overpriced even with a "VIP" membership. I don't like that they automatically sign you up as a "VIP" and you have to call to cancel. This process was a pain in the butt. They try to offer anything they can to keep you! I understand they don't want to lose customers, but it was way too many offers and deals to keep me. It got really annoying.
My experience with Fabletics has been great. I started shopping here because of all the ads I saw on TikTok about the 2 for 24 deal. I saw it almost every time I went on the app. Even when that deal was over, the store still had lots of other deals. Not to mention the member credits you get. Overall lots of different pieces, great deals, solid shipping time. Fabletics gets a thumbs up from me.

I ordered my package during a pandemic and I was shocked on how fast they came in. My order consisted of two leggings ($24.00) and a sports bra ($17.00). I usually purchase 100.00 leggings from Lululemon and let me tell you I will NEVER go back. Fabletic leggings are unbelievably thick and they wrap your body nice and tight. I have smaller legs and order a Medium and Large because I have a bigger bottom than legs and both fit amazing. I cant stress more how perfect these are but I do recommend getting a size up. Both my leggings were darker colors so they are not see through

Website is slow and frustrating to navigate, with most items being out of stock most of the time. When I have gotten products the quality control is bad with the same item in the same size but different colors being vastly different sizes. The clothes are clearly not worth the "list" prices, and the subscription model is just annoying to deal with. Only worth it if there's a great sale.

I have been with fabletics for about 6 or 7 months now and I absolutely love everything I've got from them. I like how I can buy things serperately or they have options to buy already paired outfits. Every single pair of leggings, sports bras, and bags I've purchased from there are still holding up perfectly. No complaints. I'd recommend Fabletics to absolutely anyone of any size or shape!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
