I love everything I bought! The only downfall is there are regular calls needed to customer service for promo codes not working, gift cards not working, and checking on items availability because the site is not up to date... that being said... it's totally worth the trouble to get some of these great deals on leggings and things! Powerhold is my favorite! There is a learning curve to find out which styles will be your best fit, but once you find it, it's smooth sailing.
I saw an ad with Kevin Hart and I liked the shorts so I bought them. But the next thing I know is I was (thanks to the fine fine print) subscribed to a membership and my card got charged for frigging $49 bucks 3 times, 2 times after actually canceling the membership and getting a refund for the first time. They bank on your stupidity, so if you are stupid fabletics is for you.
It's been almost 3 weeks and my order has yet to ship. I was told I would receive free 2 day shipping due to the delay but my account still shows standard shipping. I cancelled my membership because of this today. I placed orders from 3 different companies on the same day and have received all of them. I understand things are slower now but this is rediculous. I wish I would have ordered from a different company. You would think with as much as they advertise they would be more professional, but judging by their low rating and poor reviews posted here they are not too concerned with bettering business operations or quality.

Overall I like fabletics but sometimes the fit can be weird. I often find the waist is tighter but the hips and butt are roomy. Some of the materials do not stay put when you're working out and I'm constantly having to adjust them. My favorite is the powerhold because it stays in place and has the best fit. They are made well. I've never had any pilling or loose seems.

What a SCAM! In the 'fine print' it mentions the $ 49.95 monthly charge. Seriously? Why on earth would you need to subscribe to an athletic clothing company? If there was a way for Kate Hudson to see what people outside her bubble really think about her ripoff business and she cared maybe she would fix this mess.
Was told can't expedite order, because it's custom. How hard could it be to stick and expedited shipping label on the box instead of a regular one? I'm even wiling to pay for it, but since the option in their drop-down menu does not exist, then it seems a simple tax is just impossible. When I pay $200 for a jersey, I expect a customer service to match.

There's a sale every day but it the same stuff over and over. I can't tell the difference from one legging to the next and instead of showing one style and listing all available colors, they make it look like there's all these different styles and make you scroll through all of the same things. The best sales are given to new people just signing up, and after that the prices and sale prices are never as good. I've found the site to be slow, and the customer service reps have not been customer friendly at all. I'm thinking of discontinuing but need to spend my member credit first. I'm finding it difficult to sing a thing I want in the color and size I'd like to have it in. I'm very disappointed all around.

I was sold on trying out Fabletics because of the sale they were offering. The product is wonderful and high quality. I decided to cancel my membership because I don't need new workout gear every month (I mean really, who does right?), and the customer service rep made it really easy to cancel.

They lock your credit card in and won't let you delete it and if you forget to go cancel the "membership" between the 1st and 5th of the month you're automatically charged $60.
I did not sign up for it in the first place and suddenly saw a $60 charge. Makes no sense

Customer service does not really exist. Placed on hold indefinitely on the online chat and over 30 minutes hold to cancel membership. Their shipping and order processing times are pretty ridiculous considering the competitors they have and their clothing is so-so for the price. Not worth the hassle to purchase sub par products.

I have a pretty large Fabletics collection at this point, and I've never been disappointed with quality. The ONE isolated time I did receive something with a makeup stain, it was immediately replaced for me at no charge for the return shipping. I just love this brand and will be a lifelong supporter!

I've ordered leggings and one top. The leggings were great quality, the top ran quite large. I do struggle to make the top work. What I dislike is, even I return they will provide a credit. The problem with the credit is that you have to use it on regular price items and cannot combine with any deals, discounts, or sale items. So MY money cannot be spent the way I would like it to...

I've been using Fabletics for a few years and used to really enjoy the leggings. I've never liked any other item, including bras, shirts, shoes, and bags, finding them to be of low quality fabric or build. Over the last year, the quality of the leggings has also gone down. The sizing is always way off and the fabrics keep getting thinner. Lately i find they fit more like the leggings at a cheap department store instead of a high-end athletic company. Not sure why i continue my 'membership' here. The items ive gotten have been nice - but your sport bra's just dont ever fit right. The last outfit i got - the top was described as a bra - but it offered absolutely no support at all - so its not really a bra - but a top.

I've loved every pair of legging and capris. I did buy a pair that had no phone pocket which was very unfortunate. But oh man do they fit great and are incredibly comfortable.
I will say tho the reason for only 4 stars is none of the sports bras or tanks fit right. Its all made for small chested women. And that I am not.

As a male the selection and monthly drops sre pretty limited and disappointing. There's nothing special about the designs, and most of all, the price increase for your monthly credit just isn't worth it (depending on item). I can't justify a shirt or shorts for $60, Im in Canada so my credit is more,. You're better off paying for the item via card. I've been a "VIP" for over a year and the only time I've benefitted was the day I signed up and had access to whatever VIP pricing sale was at the time. On a positive note the items I have purchased are decent quality and comfy.

The first pants I bought where slimmer and tighter from the bottom. Now you are just making them straight and loose and they fit like regular boring pants. Also I've ordered several pants at the same time and one varies too much from the other, meaning that your quality control is very loose.

My wife thought she was buying pants. One of the pants had a hole in it out of the package. Got charged $50 for a "membership" that she received nothing for. Horrible cheap product, predatory billing practices. Avoid at all costs.

The biker shorts have an amazing fit and I'm glad both full lengths and shorts have pockets. I only wish the full length bottom will stay put. This is a problem for most sport gear the keep sliding off my waist.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
