I ordered a pair of shorts, in size large. They are very tight at the waist. I usually wear 34-36 inch pants/shorts, but it seems like these shorts were mislabeled perhaps? I can't wear them. Doubtful I'll be ordering again. Disappointed…

Amazing fabric. I put it on, expecting to be disappointed with the fit because that's how online ordering goes often times for me. But these not only looked great on but felt great on as well. I'd say very true to size. Honestly I would order more, but I got in on a deal for this order, and that's the only reason I placed it. Because otherwise $#*!'s expensive. Glad I caught the deal when I did!

I absolutely love the leggings from here; however, if you sign up for the membership it's very misleading, stating you can "skip" months that you don't see anything you want to purchase. If you skip the month it doesn't "skip" anything. All that does is add your $50 to your account so you're still billed each month no matter what. Additionally, you can not cancel online. You have to call and when I called I was the 284th caller and waited for 2+ hours to get through. Such a crap business model. I'd rather pay full price when I need new leggings than be charged $50 every month just for a 25% discount.

You're automatically charged ~$50 every month unless you log onto their website and elect to 'skip' the charge within 5-day period each month. You can't stop the recurring attempts to charge without calling their phone number, where they force you to sit and listen to minutes of sales spiels (I actually didn't make it until the end of the spiel it was so bad). They rebuff attempts to cancel accounts via email.
Customer service is intentionally unhelpful and obtuse - they're trying to create so much friction to disengaging with the company that you just give up. It is a terrible, terrible way to do business and it's really biting them. Here's a tip: if your product sucks so much that you have to slime and manipulate your way into keeping customers, you should probably just give up.
I strongly encourage anyone dealing with an unauthorized charge from this company to dispute it with their card issuer and place a stop-debit on the merchant.
I made one purchase from this company and while I liked the outfit I bought, I was charged $49.95 monthly since then without my knowledge. I will NEVER shop with them again. I called and was told that I will be refunded the charges which is fantastic, but it never should have happened to begin with. Beware of this company. It's definitely not worth it.
I first signed up with Fabletics for their $25 outfit deal. It was made very clear that I would be signing up for a VIP membership and that my card would be charged $50 a month unless I skip the month in the first 5 days. Even when I missed the 5 five days twice they have always given me a refund. And whoever said they are expensive and mediocre quality must never have bought athletic wear before. Check out Lululemon where you easily pay anywhere from $80 upwards for just a pair of capris.
Fabletics clothes are funky, fun and good quality. I've been with them for almost a year now and have bought several outfits from them.
In case you're wondering, no, I don't work for them and no, I didn't get paid to write this review.
I have attempted to place orders numerous times over the last couple of years. The order doesn't process and I will get an email stating they had to cancel my order giving 1 of two reasons. Either they could not process my credit card ( yet when I forget to skip membership for the month, they have no problem processing my credit card on file) or it's an inventory issue. It has happened so many times that it is not worth the trouble and I have been waiting to use my credits so I can cancel my entire membership.

I've was a member for a long time was happy the first year but after had problems with shipping and receiving my packages. Then I noticed the quality of clothing just got cheap and fabrics shrunk really bad like the cotton shirts. For the cost of the clothes lol expected better quality! I stuck with you guys thinking it would get better but really didn't!

I also ordered the pink cheetah valentines pants and the sizing on the was completely off and there was a hole in the seem of the waistband.

Overall my experience wasn't terrible. I did have some issues navigating the website and was not happy with the quality of leggings I received. The websites search engine does not bring up items with the same keyword searched for and the items on the site are listed over and over again. Rather than being listed once by style then with other color options shown below. Trying to locate exactly what you are looking for with an inaccurate search engine and repeated items was quite frustrating. The leggings themselves were very sheer which is sad coming from a company who stands by squat proof material. The other pair I ordered were not labeled correctly because I was unable to get them past my thighs. Both leggings I ordered were a size small, but I think one was actually an XS. I returned the items and am willing to give this company another try before choosing to cancel my membership.

I joined the member as the NEW VIP coupon, and I bought a bunch cloth and I loved the style and quality. However, since I got all I need for sometime on my first order, I've tried to skip the month for 3 months, every month I will click "skip the month" on the first day. However, only first time worked, the last two month although I clicked the button but looks like it didn't got through. I doubled checked my inbox, I didn't receive the "skipped the month" email like the first time. This is still a puzzle for me, why when I say the confirmation on "skipped the month" on the web but it didn't go through. Now I am forced to spend the two credit I got.
If you think that you're getting a deal for 2 leggings at the price of one think again, you instantly get put onto a VIP membership and if you don't skip the month between the 1st-5th of each month £54.99 comes out of your account. I will never buy from here again, very sly way they do it to get more money out of you.

I placed a large order of Christmas gifts on 11.25.23. Tracking showed it arrived to my hometown 12.3.23. It said it would be delivered on 12.12 (which was a little weird it'd take that long to get to my house). I received an email on 12.12 saying my return was initiated. I never initiated a return and the tracking site still said it would arrive on 12.12. I called Fabletics immediately. They said they could try and reprocess my order but only 4 out of the 9 things I ordered were in stock! The things not in stock were my gifts. They were not helpful and when I tried to understand how this could happen, the answers made me more confused. They kept saying they were sorry but offered no solution. I will never order from Fabletics again.

I have been purchasing my fitness, yoga and Pilates work out outfits from Fabletics for years now. Even just going for a walk, on the treadmill, yoga mat, Pilates machine or gardening outside, these outfits are my 'go to' move-ability companions. I love the movement the materials allow and the comfort afforded on relaxing days. I am not, by any means, an exercise buff due to Rheumatoid Arthritis and it's limiting factors. When I am capable and am getting out there, Fabletics exercise outfits are my favoured. Looking good while focusing on stretching and mobility is a bonus and a capability booster too!

Like a fool I bought the discounted outfit which seemed a fabulous deal but which I never received. They said I did. Live in a very safe rural area and have never had parcels go missing. Then the £44 monthly charges started despite my emails requesting cancellation and a refund. No reply to emails and ringing is hard. They are all trained to get you to stay in and 'spend you growing credits'. They should be investigated and closed down. Do yourself a favour and walk away. So many fantastic options on the high street for Activewear.
Great company, great clothes, great deals! The only thing that kinda sucks is their capris and almost everywhere come 2 inches above the ankle bone. A true capri should be mid to upper calf. I work in a very hot place and self esteem is too low for shorts. Unfortunately with the now days capris keep my ankles cool. So there's that.

I've loved nearly every piece of workout wear from Fabletics. Their leggings are the absolute best, I especially love that they include pockets on most all of their styles. Also their bras are cute and comfy! Leggings are not see through and I can always trust them to feel nearly weightless and not roll down so I can focus on my yoga practice or workout.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
