The products are great and are super comfortable. However, checking out is always a huge headache. Whatever 3rd party site you use to process transactions just gives you error messages for no reason and with zero options on how to resolve it. I am currently trying to check out and purchase 4 items and it just keeps telling me to update my shipping information. I have logged out, refreshed, cleared my history, etc. The same error message still comes up and does not let me purchase the items. I have never had so much trouble while trying to give a website my money.
Auto charging each month is a bunch of bull, and I will cash in my "member" credits, then close my account. I will never order from you again and will comment negatively of your "member" credits on every single social media post I can find.
Then when I entered this review, it changed my rating from one star to five.

It is impossible to cancel a subscription with Fabletics. I called twice and each time I spoke with very pushy people, practically begging me to stay. Each time I finally said whatever, thinking I would call back the next day in hopes of getting someone a little more open minded. I went the email route and finally got it cancelled.

The site did not list the items as being in American dollars so the credit card bill was way higher than expected even though it is a Canadian web address. Some sort of heads up would have been nice. My order opened me up to fraud. I started getting emails saying that my order was coming through ups and it wasn't so I had to cancel my credit card. When I called customer service didn't seem to care about what had happened at all so I just cancelled my account. One order and I cancelled. Not impressed

I was really disappointed with this order. The underwear looks like they took something for a small body and just scaled it up without thought. It doesn't fit bigger bodies. The crotch is obnoxiously long and also too skinny to be comfortable. It comes far to high up in the hips. Just overall very disappointed in the fit of these. I appreciate them trying to be size inclusive but at that point, put some effort in. I won't be purchasing this product from Fabletics again; I'll be sticking with Lane Bryant.

I have always bought Nike and Lulu so I was skeptical about a membership site's clothing... The clothes are great quality and my wallet loves it! The solar leggings in black are very thick and supportive. They miraculously conceal every imperfection on my legs! If I dont want an outfit one month, I skip it- easy peasy. If I forget to skip it, I have a credit waiting. You lose Nothing! I only forgot one time-- you get three (or more) days of reminders. Don't listen to the others regarding loss or scams... They simply don't understand the program. How hard is it to read an email and hit "skip this month"? How about setting a reminder? I have had times where I have skipped several months due to lack of funds... And there are no penalties for this. My only question is-- what can I do with the reward points?
Overall experience was fine. However, the next day you went up to 60% off of everything. I just made a purchase the day before for 50% off. That's not right and it is not fair. If you are going to have a sale make sure you do it right! I should have been given a price adjustment on my order.

I recently placed an order of four items. After waiting for a long time, fabletics just cancelled my order with zero explanation. These items were still being sold on the site so it seems they had the inventory so why my order was cancelled is beyond me. Why didn't I just reorder? Well my initial order was placed during a sale so had I reordered the same items, it would have cost significantly more money. I was and am frustrated to say the least.

Fabletics is a great company that I've been dealing with for several years. The clothing is exceptional. However, the clothing may be a little pricey if you're a member it's always a good deal. They have great sales as well. The customer service has been top notch every time I've had to deal with them, which hasn't been too often.

Always a good time to shop the sales even though sometimes the colors and sizes are a bit limited on hot items. The quality of clothing always holds up and by now I've learned to size up a bit as they tend to run small. But even if sizing does feel off it's really easy to set up an exchange.

I ordered two leggings (poor quality) for $24.00. I was charged $49.95 for 11 months. I did not receive any merchandise. I called customer service with no resolution. Kate Hudson, why are you endorsing a company with deceptive practices? I do not have the financial resources that you have. I have a hard time understanding how you justify your endorsement.

All items are made very well and feel great when you wear them. Also if you don't like something, they have the easiest return policy.
In browsing the app to shop what is advertised as many different prints, it's very misleading! I click on a legging which shows multiple options in colors and prints for it to open and adjust to only one color choice. I've been a long time customer and have shopped multiple other brands because of the limited selection available to a long time customer over a brand new customer. If it didn't take so long to reach a service representative I would have already canceled my membership… instead I just skip every single month and spend money elsewhere.

I love the ease of the membership. You can pause it and continue it at will as your wardrobe needs change throughout the seasons. I've had people on several occasions get super close and feel the fabric because they love the texture so much.

I sent my return back and 25 days later I still have not received my refund to original form of payment. I spoke with multiple people on this and each person tells me something different. I will not purchase more products from this company.

I like some of the leggings I have purchased for their softness and fit. I have learned to read carefully before ordering. Sometimes the monthly notice is an unwanted extra step as it needs to be handled on a computer and not a phone.

Fabletics is a great company with really affordable merchandise! On your first order you get an entire workout outfit for just $25 if you sign up for their VIP membership. All of the terms and conditions are clearly stated when you sign up. Don't be surprised by the $49.95 monthly fee, before you make your purchase they explain what the VIP membership means. Most reviews here rant about the monthly fee. Not Fabletics fault! The only reason they are angry about the fee is because they were dumb enough to sign up for something without taking the time to read what it is they are signing up for. Not Fabletics fault! I made a purchase and then decided to cancel my VIP membership because I knew I would forget to skip and month and didn't want to pay and customer service was great! It took less than two minutes on the phone and my membership was cancelled! The customer service agent was very pleasant and understanding and didn't badger me to keep my membership. I would recommend Fabletics!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
