After buying my first outfit, I found a charge from fabletics less than 2 weeks later... which I found out was a monthly charge for being a member. If I would have known this in the first place, I would never even bought an outfit. I called the number listed on the website for membership canceling which led to a number with an automated recording that said "this number has not been assigned". I finally was able to cancel my membership by getting the correct phone number from using the websites online chat. Instead of refunding my money they gave me store credit, which I don't want. Horrible experience and horrible business. The whole thing is a complete scam, there should be no fine print when becoming a member and buying clothes.
Dont go near this company! Taken lots of money and wont refund it and the goods are not even that great. My bra top has ripped already. They are just out to rip you off. Im fuming that they are getting away with it. Why hasnt someone stopped them?
I feel like I am being ripped off monthly. I joined when Fabletics started. It was a good deal with great clothing. Now everything is always half off and the quality has gone down. I pay 55 monthly to get a credit to buy something that is always 30 dollars or less. Once I use my credits, I am done for good.
Tired of overpaying to have the clothing fall apart after one wash. I am sure this review will land like every call I have ever made to customer service for help. In the basin of the deep ravine of "I don't give a damn".

Quality is mediocre. But. Their sizes are most of the time not the right fit, I know my size perfectly well, yet some of the tops have been either too tight (completely flat chested) or too big; leggings are a bit better; I bought a jacket and is at least 1 size more than it says.
Worst thing: you get trapped into the monthly remembering to skip the month or get dinged if you don't. I just called and cancelled my account, they said they can't delete the info (credit card and other personal info) now I have to call them again for this in 3 months! Apparently this is the law. Bunch of bs, now I have to remember to call them again to delete something they should do automatically in the first place.:(
Don't sign up! Just order from a normal' sports website, so many much much better way bigger brands out there. Fabletics has been a huge disappointment all the way to the end, and not for lack of giving them chances...

I did not order because I saw the ongoing monthly charge and trying to contact you in any way always brings one back to your home page to purchase an outfit. Though I did not, nor do you have any billing info on me, I no longer wish to receive your mailings. I do not want to get involved with such business practices. Your reviews are less than positive and found that those who did give you their billing info were quite frustrated trying to get away from monthly charges. NO THANK YOU!
VIP membership is a con and they are taking cash from people in an underhand way. When you complain on Facebook they remove all negative feedback to give a very positive bias on there feedback.
Company is a total disgrace, I would recommend you don't order anything from this company.
It wasn't clear at sign up that by purchasing you were entered into a monthly membership. If you don't "skip" a month (which was NOT CLEAR) you are automatically billed $49.99. They will not refund that amount; instead you are forced to use this "credit" to buy from their store.
Horrible experience trying to get this back - I was forced to purchase one last outfit (by the way, the quality is poor) before being able to cancel my account.
Definitely stay away.
I love almost all of the products I have ordered. I would like to start by saying, do not listen to their size guide. Pick your normal sizes and it will be most accurate. Also the biggest negative in my opinion is shipping. They kind of suck. A lot. For example, I just recently ordered a couple things on Sunday the 3rd of Aug. It has been 4 whole business days, and they have not even shipped my order. And that isn't the longest I have waited either. One time it took them 7 business days to ship my order. It took about 2 weeks to get my items. Seems a little ridiculous. However, I will say the quality of their product is spectacular for the price you are paying as a VIP member. I would love them so much more if their shipping was not so damn slow.
Fabletics has l made passing on a month a complicated process so, I believe, it's easier to take my monthly money with lack of purchase.
The sizing is inconsistent. Sometimes a small, sometimes a medium…
Styles are a little too much for me. I'm older and a bit maybe conservative in my choices. The loud fabrics and colors and races cuts aren't my jam.
Search function should be easier.

I was surprise that a company like Fabletics withdraw money from my account during the pandemic. I wish they would have send a reminder email before withdrawing. I just lost my job and my husband restaurant closed. I thought it was pretty crappy hiving the situation everybody was going through.
Though the quality is good, shipping is ridiculously slow and the cost is too high. I have found other athletic wear I can obtain at a more reasonable price and that I can receive a few short days after ordering instead of the weeks it took for Fabletics to ship.

I just ordered my outfit and I have high hopes (its a three piece: including a top, sports bra and leggings) and it was less than $40. I don't know if they changed the website or if no one else read what was clearly presented to them, but they definitely charge for monthly access. I plan on canceling my VIP membership if I don't see anything I like in the first three months.

I like the quality of the clothing. My issue is with how they handle their member credits. If I forget to skip a month they will charge my credit card $69 US dollars. This is part of the membership agreement which I am fine with. My issue is that they do not give you the full value of your member credit. For example if there is an item that is on sale for 39 or 49 dollars they require you use your full member credit (value $69). This is a bit of a scam in my opinion and has made me question if I want to continue my membership.

I purchased some item on 09/07 or 09/08. Got notification they were out of stock (again) so I called and the gal cancelled my order. Then the waiting began for MY money to be returned. I realized that my order had been reversed on Friday, 09/27... 09/27!
This was after 3-4 calls asking where my money was and reiterating that I wasn't sending anything back, my order was cancelled.
And stop with the cutesy e-mails. "Oops, it looks like there is a problem with your order" act like a grown-up, let me know what's wrong with my order, oh, and perhaps suggest an alternative. I'll be cancelling my subscription to Fabletics. This company has Let me down too many times.

Ordered the 2 for £24, signed up for nothing. Few weeks later I couldn't believe they stole £49 from my account. This happens a lot I found out, I phoned them up and they cancelled whatever they made up I was signed up for. Still leaves me with missing money. Going to get some advise from the police as it is theft. Have been on phone again today, said they wouldn't give me my money back. Real hard work, got refund. Avoid.

I love the Fabletics clothing and the deals that come with being a member. I only wear Fabletics leggings and many of their cute little jackets. So far I have not had luck with the sports bras fitting the way I like, as for me they have fit too tight, but I keep looking for ones to come out that have a looser fit. Overall, for several years now, I only buy Fabletics leggings for myself and all of my friends who love my clothing style.

Everything I order is extremely cheap and I will not be purchasing again. The monthly charge is a way to keep customers but if the clothing was designed better then you could sell more. Spent too much on marketing and not enough on the items themselves. I'll never order again.

I've placed multiple orders and they are constantly late. The estimated delivery date just keeps changing all the time and this leaves one unable to plan. This has become such an issue that I'm canceling my membership as the vouchers they keep giving don't really help - you always have to spend more to benefit from them and even then that delivery will now show up on the specified date.

I have been a Fabletics member for years. I recommend it to all of my friends and family. I gift a lot of their clothing, especially their men's line, around the holidays. Nothing I've bought has shrunk, lost its elasticity, or has been damaged. The membership is worth the price!

I placed my order on July 1st and it's July 20th and still not here. They just keep telling me to wait two days everytime I call them about it. I understand things are taking longer these days, but if it's stuck in the same city for weeks, just send me a new order overnight. Then the item I pre ordered, didn't get pre ordered and my size sold out. No apologies from them. I see other reviews like this saying they never got their order. Awesome.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
