I really did enjoy most of the products, especially the Yitty brand. The quality was excellent and the packaging was thoughtful. The multiple xs, xxs, etc. size options specifically were what brought me back to make additional purchases. The reviews also really helped me make informed decisions regarding fit.
The really long turnover for processing an order was frustrating because it was not noted anywhere that I could find. The estimated delivery date during the shipping process was inconsistent and often changed overnight.
I was unable to reach anyone by phone in regards to any of these issues.
Ordered 2 tops and 2 bottoms of the sporty Swim collection. They are matching so I can wear either top with either bottom. I love that. Great fit and will stay put when I'm surfing. Super happy with this swim line.

Those of you out there thinking of ordering from Fabletics (The Kate Hudson company), DON'T! It is a complete rip off. I woke up this morning to see that they had charged me $50.00 for store credit without telling me. So, I called customer service and they hung up on me when I asked to cancel my account, I had to call back again to speak with another person to cancel, and she still gave me a hard time about canceling. It's a rip off. Don't waste your time or money. They charge you each month $50.00, so you pretty much HAVE to buy an outfit from them. Ridiculous
Horrible experience. Made one (initial) purchase and was enrolled in a membership without ever agreeing to the terms. Each month $49.99 was deducted from my account without my knowledge. Called the company to cancel this ridiculous subscription which I never agreed to and they were only able to reimburse the most recent deduction. Absolutely unacceptable and frodulent. If you must order from there read all the fine print. Do yourself a favor and shop at elsewhere.
A few years ago was great...Hard to find size needed and tops are mostly bras and crop tops - same as everywhere else. Yitty is awesome for inclusion. But, Fabletics is missing the mark for those of us who want something less revealing that has style. Went to Fabletics store in Washington Square to try to find something. Knowledgeable staff could only offer one boxy top when I said no crop tops or bras. Ready to cancel.

I made a purchase and then returned some items. I chatted with a customer service agent about getting a refund, they said that was fine. Part of my order was purchased with my rewards points. I asked "can I return that outfit and get my reward points back" they said "of course." It is weeks later and I have not received my rewards points. I've tried to chat them 3 times - one time I got through to an agent who eventually just stopped talking to me (I waited 30 minutes with no response) and the other two times I was never connected to an agent. I've also tried calling, but I waited on the line for 40 minutes before I gave up. So disappointed.

They are the worst! NEVER leave anything in your favorites or waitlist. They will automatically place the order for you and charge your account. Also, I've skipped two months in a row and they still charged my account. I've called customer service numerous of times and they treat me like an idiot stating "please check and refresh your device a couple of times when you skip each month". Really? I want to cancel the account but I am now I'm stuck with over $200 in credits that I don't care to use in their store or on their products. What a SCAM! I also love how they ask for your purchase order below so they can find out who you are. I don't give a hoot.

Very happy with the leggings and undergarments I have purchased so far from Fabletics! I love the high waisted compression styles with the buttery soft fabric that has a tight knit and doesn't pile easily! I've received several compliments each time I've worn my different styles! I believe they will last because of their high quality. I have only machine washed and done hang dry. I do wish the price point was slightly lower but it's spot on with their competitors.

Absolutely love the shorts and pants. They've been a savior for the Hot summers of the south. Almost have my entire summer wardrobe in Fabletics. Can not fathom another comfortable short and pant than these!

I had times where I would forget to skip and the credits honestly aren't worth. You're basically buying whatever you are getting and some stuff is even cheaper than monthly fee if you just outright buy it. So I'm my opinion it's not worth it.

It's usually difficult to find something that I like on line in the store. Sizes fit differently, depending on the cut, so I like to try on. I love the idea of pairing, but find that the optional pairing offer doesn't go with what I want as the core option. Love the brand. Wear it daily.

The products I received were great, the 2 for $22 shorts deal was awesome and the only reason I was interested. The $58 monthly fee is worthless. The 2 for $22 deal goes away and I only get ONE item per month worth less than the $58 you would be spending. There is no point in staying a "VIP member" being that it costs more than just purchasing items when you need them or they go on sale (which happens often).

Clothes didn't fit as well as I'd hoped. Leggings had a shine on it I wasn't expecting and returns seem to be difficult. I also missed the cut off period for the vip trial and was charged a month unexpectedly. Not too fond of fabletics.

In this day and age, having a different billing and shipping address is pretty normal. My card was charged and my order approved until 2 days later (when my order should have already shipped) when I get an email to say that "My billing address could not be verified". However when I reached out to them to let them know that my billing address was correct, they in fact said that my order was cancelled not because the billing address could not be verified, but because I had a different billing and shipping address.
This is quite frustrating because I shop on most sites with a different billing and shipping address and do this without issue. I must now wait 2 days for them to reactivate the account and then also reach out to them for them to replace my order. I also ordered with rush shipping so I could get my items before I specific date... that clearly will not be happening.

I pay $50-$60 for a member credit and cheaper prices on something you should already be getting cheaper prices on. For instance I have a member credit. I can only use that to buy one item or I'm stuck to whatever is in the bundle which is never the best stuff and the sizes are always off. So if I wanted to buy the shorts they make I do like (and I think they know they are popular) I have to spend a member credit thereby making the shorts $50-60 bucks. So in the end your paying for expensive stuff anyway.

As a member it's cool to be able to grab some first looks and some cute outfits, until you get them and have to return them. Returning is easy, but the problem is that by the time you return the item, there aren't any items left because they're sold out. So, you are left choosing from items that you may not like or other limited options, which sometimes aren't what you want.
Besides this hiccup, I like fabletics. I've been satisfied with their products, for the most part, and when I don't like an item, I can easily return it.

I never got a deal for first outfit for $25.00 nowhere does it explain that. I don't understand how it is affordable either? The commercials are false advertising. I don't blame Kate Hudson. Love her. I wouldn't want to put my name to that company. Shop TJ MAXX best brands at lower prices! Heck even go to Forever 21. They have cute workout stuff at affordable prices! Forget fabletics.com. Thumbs down.
I was new to Fabthletics and accidentally got charged. Now that I know how it works, I don't like it. There is something about being charged the membership that's doesn't feel right. If people can skip why have it at all? The brand is burdening customers with having to take that extra step of skipping for us to avoid spending money we don't necessarily want to spend. It's just not the business model for me.

I was roped into this membership month after month, in an endless cycle of not wanting to lose the credits I'd paid for, struggling to find something worthy of my credits, inevitably ordering something that half of the time didn't workout, returning, and round and round again. They make it intentionally difficult to skip a month (the 1st 5 days of a month - as opposed to anytime in advance of an upcoming month). Big waste of money.

Horrible! I did the 2 for $24 deal and paid for the shipping and tax. When my order arrived I was missing one pair for shorts and contacted support. They said one of my shorts were out of stock so just sent one. They charged me for one pair at $28. I ended up paying more for one pair than 2 at $24. When I contacted support they could not refund me for the missing item and said I had to pay for tax and shipping to send me another pair. Knowing they messed up before I said no thanks. Now I'm stuck with an overpriced pair of shorts and am missing the other one. I will NEVER shop here again.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
