I'm probably not their target customer

Fabletics does have cute outfits, but they don't really fit me or speak to my age group. I don't like and would never wear all of the cropped tops, and I would prefer some tunics and more lounge wear options. I like to cover my rear when I wear leggings and I don't like wearing tops that are clingy, too short, or with cutouts. I will say that Fabletics makes returning items very simple and easy to navigate. There are always having a lot of sales, which if you regularly shop athletic wear is very nice. They make it simple and easy to skip a month if you're not interested in accruing a lot of credits. If I were still in my 20's or even 30's-40's Fabletics would probably be a favorite shop, but as a woman in my late 50's and with bits and pieces I like to keep covered up, I struggle to find styles in the Fabletics lineup that fit my preferences.

Not as good as it was

I haven't liked the new styles and fabrics. If I do find something I like it usually isn't available in my size or color I want. Sizing varies so it's difficult to determine what size to buy in a particular style.

Overjoyed
December 7, 2022

I'm thankful I finally had the right deal and opportunity to purchase a couple products from my bottoms, top to hoodies for my husband and myself we are in love. Now we're waiting to see if after a couple uses and washes if the fabric will hold up and stand the test of time. I really hope so because the minor details are major points of beauty thank you to the whole Fabletics team. Please keep up the great customer service like with extending the Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers because of technical errors. Cheers from the another overjoyed GTA family.

Great

Super great besides finding skip a month, you guys make that difficult. I bought something before the end of the 6th and still got the $50 charged to my card making it a $150 day. I didn't have that kind of money and if you guys had made the button easier to find i would've been all okay

Not satisfied

Been a nurse for seven years and this is my worst scrubs. They look cute and comfortable but after just one wear the area around where my thigh rub together became rough and this happened with all three of the scrubs.

Comfy Shorts

Ordered one of each pair of shorts, both are very comfy. Work out in one pair every time and the other is nice for relaxing. They did take a little while to ship but overall worth it and worth the deal

Not a fan of the scrubs

Ordered scrubs. They are very small so size up. I wear a medium usually. But, ordered an XL so I could wear other shirts and layer. I have a big chest, XL barely fit over my shoulders. The material is cheap. And too light. It gets cold in Dr offices and emergency centers. And they screwed up the embroidery. I donated all of the pairs I bought.

Print is super unflattering

I ordered two leggings and two sports bras. The bras are both too big but I have not found a way to return or exchange them. The leggings fit perfect. The problem is the pair that has print on it is the brightest right at the front of the crotch. I understand things are mass produced but they look almost inappropriate. I can't wear them in public.

So Deceiving!

I WAS a huge fan of Fabletics - up until I noticed in my bank statements that $49.95 has been deducted every month for the last 5 months! I love their gear and was very keen to revisit the site but now I am fearful of what other hidden agendas they have in store. Fabletics hides this monthly fee behind a promotional advertisement. Attn: Fabletics - Be straight forward about account payments, don't just hide under advertising. This was definitely a marketing strategy to scam people for their money. I want my money back! What a waste. Someone needs to fix this and give me my money back!

Return problems
March 22, 2020

I was so excited to order from fabletics and ordered pieces in my usual size 4.
Mostly all my items are too small. When I tried to return them i didnt receive a return label.
I have no contacted the company 7 times about this problem and they keep telling me they have contacted the label department and i will receive one within 24 hours. It has now been 3 weeks since i began the return process and im really fed up. Dont think il be ordering again as i feel im now stuck with 7 items that dont fit. Very disappointed

I have called and spoke with an asian girl in the islands about six times and was told each time that I was cancelled to be charged again. I have had it! I guess it is attorney time. The last call was an asian male ant he hung up on me. They say the calls are recorded so they are frauds, liars, and scam artists. They owe me $1,072.30
Shame on Kate Hudson!

I am so disappointed with Fabletics. I just spent $250+ on clothes only for their system to automatically cancel that order. And it took 6 business days for Fabletics to release that money back into my bank account.
No one from Fabletics called me to tell me this. I found out because I called into customer service to question a charge on 2 of the items. The customer service rep didn't even try to help me figure out what happen and did not offer to remedy the issue. I recommend NOT dealing with Fabletics!

Super comfy and flattering

I could live in fabletics clothing. It is all really comfortable and just look good. The leggings are all soft and squeeze in the right places. I wear the medium impact sports bras and they hold my ladies in place. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality and love the suspense of expecting something new each month!

The running pants I was gifted fell apart due to a poorly sewn inner seam. I called customer service but they could not help because it was over there 30 day refund policy. They did not want the photos that I took of the bad seam. I will now only shop for running leggings at LULULEMON! Sorry Kate!

Rude staff

Valley fair San Jose rude staff. Went to return something and they treated us like shoplifters.
We ended buying something we don't needed.
After this experience, we're never going back again.
Actually we may return everything we bought.
Worst experience ever.

Felt kind of like a scam
May 29, 2022

I'm sure I didn't pay enough attention to the fine print, but when the ad states, "2 for $24 shorts" you get excited. They're $60+ each of you don't become a member for $54.95 a month. Now I can't figure out how to cancel my membership and I don't want to pay that every month. I'm not going to buy these clothes that often. I like the shorts, but not for this hassle.

Don't know who is in charge

Really mess me up at. Christmas. They let me purchase a top with rewards points then 3 week later said the top was not shipped because they did not have it in stock any more. I lost my points, crazy mess.

The fabric is not what I thought it would be. It's too silky and uncomfortable to me. When they arrived (I bought two pair), I didn't even try them on; I looked at them, put one leg in the pants, and I took it off and hid them in the closet. I haven't wore them yet. My first thought was to give them away. I'm glad you sent me this review.

Clothes ok, difficult to unsubscribe

I originally subscribed when I found out I was pregnant, hoping for some maternity workout leggings. Their selection was minimal, and only came in blank or a pink. When I received the pink leggings, they were see-through!

I've been charged even when I was sure I had skipped the month. When I called, customer service did return my money. However, they make it very difficult to unsubscribe. I tried to use their "chat" feature, and waited 20minutes without response. The only other option is to call to cancel, and they are very pushy to have you retain your membership.

I did order a few bras, which ended up being too large. The return/exchange process was easy.

Out of Stock

Every item I have interest in or have looked at in the color and style I want is out of stock. It says occurred the past couple months, I am not sure how or why this company cannot keep anything in stock for it it's customers. This is extremely frustrating when you have membership credits to spend on their merchandise but you cannot find any merchandise that you want or like.
