I've ordered leggings and one top. The leggings were great quality, the top ran quite large. I do struggle to make the top work. What I dislike is, even I return they will provide a credit. The problem with the credit is that you have to use it on regular price items and cannot combine with any deals, discounts, or sale items. So MY money cannot be spent the way I would like it to...
I've been using Fabletics for a few years and used to really enjoy the leggings. I've never liked any other item, including bras, shirts, shoes, and bags, finding them to be of low quality fabric or build. Over the last year, the quality of the leggings has also gone down. The sizing is always way off and the fabrics keep getting thinner. Lately i find they fit more like the leggings at a cheap department store instead of a high-end athletic company. Not sure why i continue my 'membership' here. The items ive gotten have been nice - but your sport bra's just dont ever fit right. The last outfit i got - the top was described as a bra - but it offered absolutely no support at all - so its not really a bra - but a top.

I've loved every pair of legging and capris. I did buy a pair that had no phone pocket which was very unfortunate. But oh man do they fit great and are incredibly comfortable.
I will say tho the reason for only 4 stars is none of the sports bras or tanks fit right. Its all made for small chested women. And that I am not.

As a male the selection and monthly drops sre pretty limited and disappointing. There's nothing special about the designs, and most of all, the price increase for your monthly credit just isn't worth it (depending on item). I can't justify a shirt or shorts for $60, Im in Canada so my credit is more,. You're better off paying for the item via card. I've been a "VIP" for over a year and the only time I've benefitted was the day I signed up and had access to whatever VIP pricing sale was at the time. On a positive note the items I have purchased are decent quality and comfy.

The first pants I bought where slimmer and tighter from the bottom. Now you are just making them straight and loose and they fit like regular boring pants. Also I've ordered several pants at the same time and one varies too much from the other, meaning that your quality control is very loose.

My wife thought she was buying pants. One of the pants had a hole in it out of the package. Got charged $50 for a "membership" that she received nothing for. Horrible cheap product, predatory billing practices. Avoid at all costs.

The biker shorts have an amazing fit and I'm glad both full lengths and shorts have pockets. I only wish the full length bottom will stay put. This is a problem for most sport gear the keep sliding off my waist.

I bought three items on January 4th and still haven't received them so I complained and got a refund and ordered more leggings and have not received them and am afraid I won't! If you have this many issues with your shipping provider maybe get a different one! Paying for something and never getting it is a scam!

Product that I purchased didn't fit right. Sports bra I purchased had good coverage but the shoulder straps were too long. Tried a medium but not very good coverage. I couldn't return or exchange for a different size. If products can't be exchanged, then maybe you should let your customers know BEFORE they check-out.

I like to get the most for my money, so I wait until there's a sale a normally I would buy matching sets. Lately while trying to pick matching sets they are always unavailable or sold out especially in size medium.

I got a good deal (2 leggings for $24) and so far I am satisfied with the product. The fabric has good quality. I would not recommend the VIP to people like me who forgets about it and gets money charged.

Most of my packages have been lost and every time I reach out to customer service I get different responses on what to do. Any requests that get sent to a "manager" never get followed up on. I'm done with Fabletics.

Some of the new pants seem to fit smaller from the other items I had purchased before. I had to return and exchange for the next size. However, Maj pants seem to run bigger. It's disappointing when you send me an email a week later after I processed the exchange online that the Leah oversize jacket was out of stock. It takes 2 weeks to receive a return exchange.

I originally joined Fabletics for the 2 for $24 (as probably many do). While I enjoy the actual products, they charge around $50 a month for 1 VIP credit. You can use this VIP credit on anything in the store which means that you can spend $50 on a $65 item OR you can spend $50 on a $30 item. It doesn't make sense. If you try to maximize savings and add sale or clearance items to your cart, they STILL charge 1 VIP credit and any coupons you have will be taken off the full price instead of the sale price.
Lord forbid you forget to skip within the first 5 days of the month? Oh well. $50 charge for you.
It's taken me a year to cancel because they didn't have a way to cancel online until recently. I would call in the middle of the day for the line to say there's no one available and to call back later.
Also, sizing is small. The two pairs of leggings I ordered were see through.

They charge you to shop there!?!?! Like what in the world is that?!?! That's so ridiculous I don't even know how to react... They practically said "hay we'll give you this outfit for 25 bucks charge 50 bucks next mont" like seriously? For black leggings and a oversized top? I can get that at forever 21 for 20 bucks... And they don't charge me to walk in to shop... Apparently these people do
Like the title says, I love their running gear! The One shorts and pants are absolutely fantastic for eliminating chaffing and the need for a clunky arm band. Anytime I go on a long distance run I ALWAYS wear these items, they are a must have!
I have been a customer with Fabletics since 2017. I love their clothing, and customer service. When the clothing doesn't fit right or it's not what i expected i never had an issue returning or exchanging. Always great on all fronts.

They don't explain the monthly charge of over $50 unless you read the fine print. Seems like a great deal the first time you buy. Then everything goes back to normal price and is over half the price it was before.

I love the the shorts I got from Fabletics and they were priced to sell. However, you had to join an expensive subscription program that was very tricky to cancel once you signed up which turned me off. They have a great product, but I don't need exercise gear enough to want to join a clothing subscription service.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
