I have had a VIP membership for a few years now. I find it near impossible to buy my son ANYTHING because he is a size large. Every time new items are dropped the larges are sold out in minutes. I have credits just sitting in my account. When items are available, they're often on sale. Now my $79 credit is being spent on a $39 item...just so that I can use them. Sale products SHOULD be a fraction of a credit so that you at least get your money's worth. Isn't that what being a VIP is all about?
I am agreeing with all of the other frustrated comments. Fabletics claims they send out reminder emails but in actuality it's a bunch of advertisements that mainly go to my spam folder since they are so reoccurring. Does Kate Hudson really need to scam us out of $50 a month? Why not make this a more transparent experience? You'd rather get your coin than loyal customers? After reading the reviews below I feel even more angry and upset. I feel the need to call my bank to cover this issue. Lower your prices and nix the sham of a VIP program.

I was given a gift certificate to Fabletics from my sister-in-law almost 8 years ago, and I never could have imagined it would become my go-to for workout, loungewear, and all around clothes! Everything is reasonably priced, fits well, and has lasted wash and wash. Highly recommend to any woman out there with an active lifestyle!

I don't understand why people don't know about the bio membership, but I'm assuming because people just click on stuff and don't read. Anyway, I've had a great expiernce. My clothes came in 5 business days and they look great! The material seems like it was well made. I'd recommend this to all of my friends.
The product picture did not match what I received. I finally was able to return it and canceled my membership but I kept getting charged months after. The customer service takes at least 30 min just to speak to someone then they are so rude on their end. And super pushy about you keeping your membership for their overpriced items.

I ordered Christmas from this site and didn't know it was a subscription and the day they pulled money from my account they sent me an email after they had already done so. I did NOT have the money for the fee and got charged an overdraft. I only put money on this certain card as I need it. I called to get a refund and they said they don't do that. Needless to say I have cancelled and will NEVER order from this site again.

I had a VIP account, and didn't use my allowance for 3 months. I then went shopping in the Sale section - lots of great bargins. Only problem? You can't use your banked cash for discounted items you have to pay full price. This company is a complete scam. I've cancelled - I just hope I don't have the same experience as so many other people and they keep taking my money. Don't sign up!

The Fabletics shorts are comfortable with a great fit, stylish, and utilitarian (dryfit + flexible w/o bunching). However, the workout shirts are the complete opposite: they surprisingly contain cotton, which makes them soak up with sweat, clinging to your body, and making you look like a wet mess. I would not have purchased these had it been clear these were cotton-containing. Further, while the material is comfortable to the touch, it stretches wildly, which does not allow it to lay consistently on the body, disrupting workouts. Otherwise, the prices are wildly inflated, unless you maximize the discounts but be wary of the repeat charges hitting you! Additionally, purchased a hat, which has been nice.

Since I joined Fabletics the majority of my clothes have been ordered from them. I work physical jobs and need clothes that last, are comfortable, and that move with me - Fabletics have absolutely provided that! Their powerhold tights are my favourite, they are extremely comfortable and they don't go see through like many other brands do. Their sports bras are the only ones I wear - they provide support whether I'm fighting a fire, working on the wharf, or running my landscaping business. I have also been shocked at their ability to repel stains, there have been many times where I believed I ruined an item but they always seem to come clean in the wash! Honestly just could not be happier with their products!

Got conned into doing this vip member ship! It's not marks clearly how to "skip the month" and as a result you will be charged £44 quid a month for nothing! Spent 45 min on the phone today trying to cancel an order AND my so called membership only to be told I couldn't cancel my membership! And even though the woman I spoke to made it clear my Order had been cancelled I still found out they'd taken the money from my account! Disgusting company. Complete frauds! Stay away
Don't waste your money! You can get the same quality at target. And their customer service, what a joke! Took over a month to get my first order. Then the second order I just received after 29 days so nearly a month again and it's wrong! I preordered leggings and they sent me some generic black ones that I didn't order without so much as a call or email! I will never order from them again what a waste of money! So disappointed! And they do nothing to help on any format because you always seem to get a message back saying that format is no longer in use. Emails one line chat whatever. Fed up and will not give them my money again!

Like many other customers, I unintentionally subscribed to their VIP membership and I only realised when my bank accounted was credited. Whilst I recognise my mistake, I can see through numerous reviews that I am not the only one. Customers shouldn't be tricked into subscribing into a scheme they don't understand (or even don't know about!) - this is irresponsible marketing and unethical business. I can only imagine how many vulnerable customers have lost money on Fabletics. The products were ok, but I will never purchase again from this company and will select businesses with a stronger ethos.

I got 2 pairs of the shorts with liners in them. They constantly feel like their coming off or falling down when I bend over working out, which is fairly often. A size smaller and I probably wouldn't be able to bend over cause the liners would be so tight. They have no drawstring which makes it worse. The t shirt I got looks like it was on a hanger for years even after washing. The necks all stretched out while the rest of the shirt is snug. Extremely disappointed with quality and already cancelled membership. Your first order you get a good discount but not worth it. Paid $55 for 2 pairs of shorts and a t shirt I'll probably never wear, not worth it.

I like the products but have a lot of issues ordering. The desktop app and the website especially are glitchy. Often I can't get past the "look at these before you checkout" spot. When I click continue to checkout it glitches. Also, Fabletics runs out of my size constantly. So shopping is a very frustrating experience.

Fabletics is ridiculously shady. I ordered a tank top and pants as part of the VIP promo. I'm pretty good at reading things, but I missed that they are going to automatically charge your credit card each month if you don't make a purchase. On top of that, my order took over a month to ship, and when I tried to call Fabletics, I had to talk to a computer, then the guy on chat told me it was my fault, and finally I had to call back to cancel my membership. What a scam!

some leggings clearly stated on website 2for £24 for VIP members upto 10 leggings. Got overcharged. Support team is ridiculous they say one thing one time then change there mind without informing you of change. Was told i will get refund but they changed there mind. Avoid at all costs.

Been trying for days to receive a return label for a purchase refund as a Canadian customer. They keep sending emails that say your label is attached with no label attached (and the body of the email says your return label is coming soon!) and won't even provide the address for me to return the items! So frustrated! I cancelled my membership and now after reading these reviews am not confident that was done correctly. I shop online for clothing frequently and have never had these issues. Wished I had stayed away!

I'm kind of shocked by how many people don't read the info on the site. This is a subscription service. It's pretty unfair to rate this company low when the only thing that's low is your IQ. Seriously, people, don't be idiots. I've loved everything I've gotten from Fabletics. They have very nice quality stuff, and I only wish they'd have more stock in tall inseams. Love their stuff!
I purchased a new pair (with tags) from Poshmark, so I could get a deal without signing up for the service that everyone is complaining about. They ripped after two Orangetheory workouts - cheap material. Super disappointed, because they were really, really cute!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
