Similar details to everyone else's reviews... Ordered an outfit, 2 months later I have never received products. Have email, facebooked and phoned, no one wants to help, all they do is pass the buck and say how sorry they are! Then realised they are taking money every month for what? Not disclosed how this setup is and now I have taken it to my bank and will take legal action if not resolved. They only today have emailed me staying they will refund me but after reading all these reviews I am worried it is just another scam out of this disgusting companies mouth. Would not recommend anyone to use them and will be spreading the word via all platforms...
So fabletics is a scam.
They hide the VIP membership fees of 49.95 dollars in fine print and since they also save your card details they automatically deduct it from your account. How convenient!
It's the same case with all the other brands you come when on fabletics website. That's how all of them make money. Scamming people!
The leggings I ordered is $#*! quality. Will never ever recommend buying it. Wear a garbage bag instead.

I would say the quality of stuff we got from fabletics were all great, my wife love the fit of the tights and the range of styles were all good. I hate the monthly membership fees being deducted from my CC and there is no way to discontinue my membership...so I have to remember to skip each month in the first 5 days. Because I didn't read the fine print when buying into a deal I saw on tv...I was then unknowingly trapped into a inescapable membership...don't like entrapment!

I bought stuff from fabletics but I did not want to buy your membership. I'm 16 years old. I used my father's credit card. Fabletics charged $54.95 for a membership that i didn't want. My father had to submit a dispute and now he has to deal directly with fabletics according to citi.
I don't think is an honest way to do business.

I initially tried to create an account while I was working and on my lunch. I played around with items in my cart, but then I had to switch back to work unexpectedly for a bit so I ordered the one thing I was sure about and figured I would come back later to the same deals since I was still a brand new account. I was completely wrong. It is quite literally that clock countdown only. I tired to create another account and they would cancel my order. Initially I tried the online chat tool and no one assisted me for 15 minutes so I closed it. I called and explained and the customer service person had the audacity to admonish me! It's fine, I'll take my $300+ order and future purchases elsewhere

The outfit fit wonderfully! However, They say you get 50% off your first outfit but you unknowingly are being signed up for a VIP membership which charges you $49.95 in one one week from your purchase. So it defeats the purpose of receiving 50% off. They make you call their customer service center to cancel where you speak with a representative who is clearly not in or from America and then that person hassles you for canceling and makes you feel like an idiot. This is a Horrible way of doing business! Kate Hudson should take her name off this label... embarrassing!
I see all these advertisements on Facebook with the amazing and beautiful prints but they are never available or never have my size. I check the app regularly to see what I can find, and it's frustrating. This isn't lularoe with limited edition prints especially if the advertisements are showing prints already out of stock. I saw a Valentine's Day special 3 weeks before Valentine's and the prints were no where to be found. I'll be canceling my subscription until there is more consistency in stocking and availability. Fabletics didn't used to be this way. I have at least 3-4 full outfits from a few years ago, it seems like the brand has gone downhill trying to become a lularoe or supreme kind of brand with limited production to generate interest.

My husband signed up for a Fabletics membership as a mothers day gift. I enjoyed going each month to the store and picking out something cute. I am an active mom and live in workout clothes. Unfortunately, the website doesn't make it easy to skip a month. They give you a small window, which as a busy mom of a special needs son, is often missed. When I do remember, or have time, it's too late or not the right time. My husband was so annoyed by this, that he canceled the membership-which he still is unsure it was canceled since they did not give a confirmation number. I'd avoid this company unless you don't mind being sucked in forever.

I've been shopping here for two years now as a vip member and have spent tons of money on this product. However without fail almost every pair of leggings/pants ends up ripping at the seam. I love the idea of this brand and I love the way the site works and everything but I'm no longer happy with the product and am seriously considering deactivating my account due to wasting my money on ripped pants. This tends to happen like two weeks after use. Lululemon has a five year guarantee that the seams will last and can hold strong. I don't believe fabletics can say the same.

The shorts are decent, but there business practice is garbage how they get you to sign up and then subscribe you to a monthly subscription for shorts. Knowing damn well you aren't aware until the first deposit comes out of your account. I won't buy from them again.

I think Fabletics had a really good period about 2 - 3 years ago... Lately I find things to be a bit of hit or miss and I have slowly lost interest in their products over time... I am about comfort and quality before fashion trends... the last items I purchased I loved the basic crop and shorts (so versatile and comfy) and then there was the disaster set I also ordered - it was so unflattering and I will never wear. The one thing that has made up my mind, however, to leave fabletics behind is the price increase. I understand business is business - but with inflatation everywhere at the moment and no income difference I have to say bye bye bye

I ordered 4 items with credits that I had earned from forgetting to skip months with my membership.
One pair of the leggings was stitched so poorly that that the seam missed both layers of fabric in multiple places.
The pair of joggers started piling after the second wash and after only wearing them half a dozen times, the seam on the back pocket has unraveled almost entirely.
Another pair of leggings is so see through that I can't even wear them out in public.
I have ordered only a couple times over the past few years, and each time the quality disappoints.

I appreciate the quality of fabric and construction, however, the last outfit I purchased had a much heavier (thicker) fabric than I expected. The color is intended for spring, but the thickness is clearly for colder weather. It's much too hot for me to work out in during the spring/summer months. I think something should be mentioned in the description about that so it's not misleading. Also, it kept bunching up behind my knees, so it made it uncomfortable doing squats and other calisthenics that required deep knee bending actions. Maybe this outfit was best used for walking/running activities outdoors.

I placed an order 11/30 that was supposed to be here in 10-14 days at the latest. It is still not here and no tracking information is available. I have contacted customer service twice as I am needing this before the 20th when I leave town for Christmas. No one has been able to help or give me any additional information. I will no longer be being from this company. You can definitely tell all of their customer service reps are contracted out.

Placed an order TWO weeks ago, was told at check out it would take 3-5 business days so I should have gotten it fairly quickly. However, I found out that they use fedex smartpost which is extremely slow and now every day I check the tracking info and it keeps getting delayed 2 days at a time. Its been over two weeks and I'm still waiting. I could have ordered from outside the country and would have had my items before these damn leggings... I do not recommend ordering solely based on who they ship through

Thank goodness I thought it was just me! My 16 year old innocently ordered some workout gear. The top didn't fit sent back can't seem to get it refunded and now the monthly debits have started! She's 16 so they shouldn't have allowed her to "join" can't believe Kate Hudson is involved
Awful. If you forget to "skip" a month you are charged $49 for a "member credit". After my first order I realized the quality of the clothing was not in line with my expectations, so I wanted to cancel my membership, but doing so FORFEITS any accrued credits! Despite setting calendar reminders, I continued to miss the monthly skip date, and finally after accruing over $500 and continuing to not see items I wanted (or they were perpetually out of stock) I decided to cut my losses. I ordered what I could ("$50" pair of underwear that disintegrated in a month?!) and cancelled just to stop the hemorrhaging. Ashamed and embarrassed I fell for this trap, and pissed it's giving my hard earned money to an actress who doesn't need it.

I ordered 5 items from Fabletics for the first time. 1 of the items was sent in a completely wrong size, despite me double checking I had ordered the correct one. I also wasn't notified that 3 of the items would be final sale, which is annoying. That should be more transparent, since I don't believe I bought from the sales section.
I gave this 2 stars because they were good about still giving me back my refund. However, I still haven't received it and it will be 2 weeks. Online support says to expect another 2 weeks until I receive my money back.
In short, I think Fabletics has some good products but a bad system. Consistency and speed of refunds would be more appreciated.

I have had a VIP membership for a few years now. I find it near impossible to buy my son ANYTHING because he is a size large. Every time new items are dropped the larges are sold out in minutes. I have credits just sitting in my account. When items are available, they're often on sale. Now my $79 credit is being spent on a $39 item...just so that I can use them. Sale products SHOULD be a fraction of a credit so that you at least get your money's worth. Isn't that what being a VIP is all about?

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
