I have purchased several things from fabletics and absolutely love it. It sucks that all of these people didn't bother to read the fine print. I read it and have had no surprises! I know that if I forget to skip the month, I will get $50 towards a new amazing workout outfit! The clothes are so soft and comfy, and fit great! I had to email them about a question I had and they got right back to me the next day! I really wish people would just pay attention and read before bashing something. It's just so juvenile to not do your research. Any time you go to order online, always read the fine print. Sucks that all of you negative people had bad experiences and surprises. I LOVE fabletics.
I decided to permanently end my Fabletics membership after multiple instances of my credit card being charged without my authorization. I used my remaining credits for this order and even though I always order the same sizes, nothing fit correctly and the material was not the same as in the past.
Is very inconvenient not to be able to try on scrubs. Went to return in store and flabetics store does not carry scrubs, the only way to get them is to order online. Even thought I didn't like the scrubs I had bought I have to stay stuck with a membership that I will never use.
I love the styles that Fabletics offers, but why show me them at all if they're already sold out? It's very frustrating to see outfits that are cute and not available in my size. Also, I find it difficult and frustrating to find the right size leggings in each of the different styles, because they all fit so differently. Some leggings in Medium would fit me better in Small and vice versa. This is also hard to know until I'm actually working out in them. Seems like they fit fine until I'm working out and they're slipping down.

Hold up. I am not sure what all of these negative reviews are about. There are very basic instruction on what happens if you forget to cancel on the 6th day of every month during your VIP membership pass. As long as you hit skip that month before the 6th of every month, you will not be charged. They also have free cancellation, so as far as I can tell, this is a great deal.

Good clothes, shady company. I hate their model of charging customers $49 EVERY month without their consent. I refuse to buy from them until this scam gets removed. If they believe their clothes are so great they should not need to create a scam in order for people to have to use stolen money. Ridiculous. There are so many better brands and affordable brands out there that don't trick their customers into buying their clothes.

Fabletics always look so good on TV, so I ordered 2 pair of leggings. It took almost 3 weeks for them to arrive. I do not like the fit. I am 5'6" tall and the regular length is too short for me. The "high waist" only comes to my hip bone, not my waist, which is 2" higher. I will not order more.

I've ordered with Fabletics for over 5 years and every piece is still in my wardrobe rotation! The style is mod; the fabrication of the garments is SOLID. There's never a thread that breaks to separate the seams... everything is worth the time, energy and money spent. Recently with new lines into swimsuits I have no hesitation to order anything that appeals to me. I've always ordered my sporty bras and have been satisfied. Brava!

I ordered from this website. I will acknowledge that I did not read any fine print, but who would have expected that they charge me $5.95 for each item that I returned. The items looks great on the website, but on my frame not so good. I am a size 4-6 and ordered a small. The leggings were so tight that they hurt. When I called to return they told me there was a restocking fee for EACH item, not the total order.
I would not do business with this company. You can find better products somewhere else that respects that women need to try something on and sometimes we return items because they just don't work on our body shape. Basically, I paid $5.95 for each item that I tried on today. Major disappointment.
DO NOT fall into this trap. Hold your credit card tight. When you order the leggings 2 for $24 you are automatically signed up for a VIP membership without notice. You will be charged $49.95 a month unless you call and cancel. This deal is not worth the headache you will experience next month. No business will stay afloat by cleverly deceiving customers.
I went to buy shorts, underwear and pants. They said they had deals like 2 for 19, etc. I signed up to be a vip to get the discounts. Charged me full price. Over $300
Kate Hudson should be ashamed of herself. What a horrible company. Placed an order MONTHS ago, still don't have it. They sent a replacement and that was also conveniently "lost". No one is helping me and my $$$ is now gone. Just keep being told to "call back in 2 days." And I "may" have a resolution. I just want the products I PAYED FOR. So angry and frustrated with its this HORRIBLE company. I'll keep leaving bad reviews until this is resolved. Do not waste your time or $$$.

Fabletics customer experience is very good, and the customer service reps always responsive. The clothes, however, did not always fit quite right, leggings off a bit, and sometimes the quality was not up to par -- zippers would break, etc. The designs are super cute however! Just didn't work for me. I walk, hike and hit the gym for work outs so maybe I was too hard on them.

I've been ordering bras in medium and they fit great, I ordered shirts in medium and extra small and they were both huge on me and it was way too much hassle to return them so gave them away. Leggings have been great quality (a bit small compared to other brands but at least consistent), except for a pair of base layer leggings that were extremely see through.

Ordered couple days ago,until now I don't get my tracking shipping number. I tried to contact customer service but the number can't dial. Chat support not responding. A waste of money! Not got to figure out to contact and cancel the VIP. Worst experience,not worth it at all!

Got charged $50 every month without my knowledge as part of the VIP membership. Finally realized after two months and was told that I could use the reward points. I had 40 reward points. I could get three hair ties for 300 points... Will never shop here again.

I bought sale items (50% off) from the company online for christmas gifts. Unknowingly I was charged 49.95 /mo. Since Jan. For VIP membership which I am not aware and they just want want to use the credits when I asked for a refund... Are you kidding me?
I had no idea that I'm paying Fabletics a monthly fee to obtain discounts on clothing. I have been trying to figure out how to get me off this so I'm not wasting $50 a month and receiving nothing but a discount to buy more clothing when I do not need anymore clothes

I have enjoyed my subscription with Fabletics and love their leggings. I don't always "need" something on a monthly basis but, I manage to use my credits in a reasonable amount of time:-) My only disappointment is that none of the sports bras seem to fit me properly.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
