Very happy with the Fabletics experience. The products are quality and true to description. I like the variety available. Shipping happens relatively quickly and items arrive in the timeframe provided.
I may be alone in this, but I would love to see more fitness tops. Not everyone is comfortable working out without sans shirt, simply sporting a bra, no matter how fit they are. Also…would love to see some more bottom and backside coverage in the swimsuits.

The site is difficult to navigate. Items advertised are often not available. There is no reminder to skip a month so you're constantly automatically billed. The sizes are inconsistent. I do like that they use real size models for the clothes and they have nice patterns and colors.

The amount of time navigating the site and calling in to cancel was unnecessary and felt more like an experience where you were being made to return (hours, wait time etc) more than once. The price point is high and equating the value against input from me and knowing there are comparable products out there off the rack made it time to break up the membership. If you plan to order often it probably seems like a better deal.

I must have at least 12 pairs of leggings and OnLy 1 did not fit me the right way. Their leggings are very soft, no show, and lifts areas where I need it. Complaint-why don't the have PRIDe color leggings? Get with the times please your competition has!

Cute clothes! Well made, easy to care for. I wear them every day for exercise, lounging, and out running errands. Very comfortable, and though I've not used the return option often, the returns I've made were very easy. I'm extremely satisfied with all aspects of my Fabletics experience.
Fabletics is my go-to for all my workout wear needs and wants... more wants than needs! LOL Their clothes are high quality and stand up to multiple washings without fading or losing their structure. I have been a member with them for over 5 years and highly recommend!

About a year ago I signed up to be a Fabletics VIP and I have really taken off since then. I get lots of emails with gorgeous, inviting graphics and very tempting deals. I love the Fabletics products. One turtleneck shirt I purchased is my favorite article of clothing I own! My purchases come quickly and each one so far has been fun to wear. I even spread the love and got outfits for my grown kids for Christmas!
I love the Fabletics products, ease of shopping and quality. These are my favorite leggings ever! The only complaint I would make would be how quickly popular products sell out. It doesn't seem that they keep items in stock for very long. I understand that seasonal design and trends play a part in that, but there are some classic pieces that I would love to buy more of, but they are no longer available.
Seriously the best legging I have ever worn though!

So im trying to make purchases on my account and on the fabletics website, it said i get 60% off. But in my cart it doesn't show it and charged me full price. It took 6 hours talking/chat w them and no one could solve my problem. Someone i chatted with went into my account and changed something but did not changed it back. So my shopping experience was awful. They still haven't fixed it! And every time I called them i have to explain my experience/what happened over and over again. I feel like an recorder. It is sad that they don't take notes in my account or follow up w the situation to make sure it was taken care of /fixed. I have to reach out in order to get my price manually adjusted if i want to buy something. So the shopping experience really sucks! Its wasting my time by calling if i want to make my purchase. Not a happy customer

Vip membership is a total scam, the lack of service after order is placed is beyond belief, can't believe that it can take 4 x times to receive items from Fabletics that it takes to receive similar items from the UK (I am Australia based). Vip membership means items will be charged to your account unless you "skip". Very hard to judge whether you want more or not, when the first order has not been received almost a month after ordering.
Talk about a marketing scam. The fact that you sign-in and create and account - the purchasing process drives you to it - forces you into a program where your card is charged $49.95 even when you are NOT interested in buying anything. Not only you are blinded into signing into this monthly charge but they also USE your credit card info without your consent! This company deserves taking it to the better business bureau. I will for sure try to start the process. SCAMMERS!

I advise that you do NOT order anything from "Fabletics," Kate Hudson's active wear clothing line. I placed an order in June. Just now I found out they have me enrolled in a VIP membership and they have been charging my credit card $49.95 a month for three months. They would only refund $99.00 of that $150 worth of charges for the VIP membership that I had no idea I was enrolled in. Shady business practice! Shame on you, Kate Hudson!
I really liked the product. Thought it was high quality. The gyms shorts are some of my favorite that I own. However, they never had any colors in my size (Medium) available. I always tried to get on early when new releases came out and it still seemed as though they only had black or navy available, that was it.

I became a VIP member to get leggings earlier this year. The leggings were not as high quality as they claimed to be and the description of the VIP membership was not clearly outlined. The website is misleading and it would not allow me to skip the money in order to avoid being charged $50. I attempted to call them about and I was on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I hung up. I then chatted with a live agent who was rude and took far too long to cancel my account.

Unable to find suitable workout wear because I want a top with short sleeves. I returned one pair of sad green color leggings. The refund went back on my fabletics account. I was unable to get a refund in the store or after calling their customer service. Hotel California - you can get in but you can't get your $ out.

I've loved fabletics so far! I've definitely gotten some duds, but the return process is so easy that it doesn't matter much. The quality of the clothes is pretty good. They're way over priced if you're not a member, but if you are AND there's a sale then it's a steal! My husband enjoys their clothes too. The site is convenient and skipping a month of your subscription is simple. I have recommended fabletics to friends and continue to enjoy them so far.

Fabletics became a part of my workout/lifestyle wardrobe about 3 years ago. From the moment i recieved my first pair of leggings it was evident quality and care go into the design and fabric of each item. Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
