I was skeptical about becoming a VIP because you have to skip your order every month or they send it to you. They do send a reminder the first of every month. Since I check my email often enough to skip or purchase within 5 days this was no big deal. Plus if you forget you simply return the merchandise with No problem. BUT the quality of their leggings is superb. You don't get the sheer in the butt problem when you bend over. The styles with pockets are my favorite. And they frequently have promotions so the price becomes very reasonable. I was hesitant but so glad I did.
Although the garments I bought were great quality I am disgusted as to how £88 was taken from my account. Without reading the extremely small print that was 'apparently' at the end of the order confirmation I was unknowingly signed on to be part of the vip membership scheme. During January and February the company persisted to take £44 each month out of my account without sending emails, warnings or options to cancel my membership that I didn't even know I was on. After ringing up and explaining my situation I was told that there was no chance of a refund of the money which means I have unwillingly paid £88 for no garments. I don't suggest you use this site and stick to other more loyal and not sly websites.
I stupidly signed up for the VIP membership with this company. That will serve me right for making online purchases after a glass of wine! I realised after 2 months that the VIP membership was £49 per month. I cancelled the membership, but then used the credit they had given me to purchase two sports bras. They were advertised at £49 each, but the labels said £44. They were advertised as medium support, but are absolutely useless for any any exercise except Yoga. The have very little support, which you don't realise until you attempt a star jump! I do not have big boobs, but I nearly gave myself a black eye working out in these "sports" bras. I also have to wrestle in and out of them. It's a work out on it's own! The first purchase I made with them was leggings. Again far too thick and hot for anything except gentle stretching. Overpriced and a complete con.

If you manage to find something you like, it's impossible to actually get it. They're sold out of everything all the time, their website glitches.
I used to really love them, but I just don't anymore. Half my wardrobe was Fabletics, and honestly, the stuff lasts. But, I'm not going to get items that are ugly and gaudy, and don't fit.

The leggings that I got were fine but seemed to stretch out easily, even when I tried a smaller size. I'm not a fan of the "pay monthly unless you skip on these 3 specific days of the month" set-up because I forgot to skip regularly. That's just a personal preference, but that was what made me ultimately cancel my subscription.

I found the membership structure confusing and opaque. Whenever I tried to get clarity from customer service regarding an issue I was having, I did not get resolution until contacting them 4 times on the same issue. I don't like that you cannot email or call them and are required to use the chat function for support. All in all, I was relieved when I cancelled my membership.

Stuck with member credits but end up saving more with sales, then when I purchase it's not really worth it. Still have to pay fees if credit is used so I end up spending more money. The products are mediocre, the sizes don't work for me, and I just end up frustrated with a big bag of donations.

Clearly states on website that its a 49.99 per month which is why I don't get why people are so confused of why they're getting charged. If you know what fab shoes is this is another site just like it and they're slandering the name of the brand for 49.95 that was stated right on the front page...
I absolutely love everything about this bag! It has easily become my "everything" bag! It's stylish, easy to carry, has so many mesh pockets to hold your personals and has a large front pocket. I get so many compliments about this bag. The bag is the perfect size, has a beautiful quilted pattern in a soft taupe color, and good length handles, no one would ever guess, that this could be used as a gym bag. This item should stay on the Fabletics website. It's a must have.

The site was very easy to navigate, and I really liked how you could search for specific designs of leggings based on length and hold. The leggings I purchased were true to size, and very comfortable! I have already been telling all my friends about them, and some have looked into getting their own Fabletics clothes as well.

It seems as if the stylists have changed. The patterns on some of the designs are either plain color or animal print. Something different would be a nice change. And the light colors are not good for me for they type of workouts I do.

Who needs a subscription to athletic gear? I mean a friendly reminder is nice but a lot of people purchased and did not read the fine prints. I saw it and called almost immediately to cancel. I am very turned off by the brand and the idea that Kate Hudson would participate in such tasteless business practices. Kate, I would venture to guess that people looking for a $25 outfit are not in the market for a $50/month subscription catered to their athletic wardrobe. Should we be reading everything we are agreeing to? Sure. But when you use Kate Hudson as the face of a company I can see where one could let their guard down.
Select was poor and 90% of what I wanted was out of stock. Specials that came through email never seemed to have working links.
Additional fees added on at check out did not impress

I purchased a large order had three items to return ended up they were out of stock and never shipped had to fight for a refund as it started as an exchange overall not impressed with the experience … the clothing I kept was great though

This company reels you in with smart marketing and a great sounding special offer, then tricks you into signing up to a VIP membership. Before you know it they have stolen £49 from your card, and will continue to do so every month unless you read your junk mail and cancel the VIP membership. Seriously dangerous - don't use!

$#*! not going to fly like that after July 1st and the drip law going into affect. Fabletics digs you in with deals and then hidden fees all over the place
Navigating the site is painful. It is a bit hard to shop.
The sizing is also unclear and tends to run on the smaller side.
Some of the bras really need to be beta tested. They literally don't work. The straps fall off or breasts fall out if you bend over. (No I didn't get the wrong size).

I received my fabletics pants about a month ago and I love them! The material is very nice quality not see through at all which is something I worry about when purchasing any type of legging. I would definitely purchase again!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
