I was given a gift card from a loyal customer. I do not share her love for fabletics. Their clothes are never true to size. I've spent most of my gift card on shipping alone. I'm trying to use up the funds (& not just on shipping costs) so I can unsubscribe to the endless "sale" emails. If their items are all worth an eventual sale, why not just reasonably price them to begin with?
Bought about 6 pairs of tights and 2 tops for the Gym. Could also be worn for fun and relaxing!
All fit well, colors were great. Delivery was quick as well!
If you're going to join make sure you understand the rules. The people complaining are obviously slow. Fabletics makes it very clear that you're signing up for a 'subscription' service. I skip most months and I'm not sure why people are finding it difficult to do so. Sorry, but you have to be pretty slow not to find the ONE button/link that allows you to skip... I have never been charged without my authorization.
I make my orders during times that fabletics has sales (maybe twice a year?) although these are getting more sparse. The quality is pretty great on the leggings but questionable on tanks and jackets.

I found the concept interesting thus decided to give the service a try. However, I was not happy with the quality of merchandise received and decided to cancel the membership. The materials were thin and low-quality (had a hole develop in a shirt during first wash!). This is where the trouble began. Good luck cancelling! No one ever answers the phone. Tried calling multiple times and despite being on the phone for hour+ I never got to talk to anyone. Tried different days, different times, same story. However, if I tried calling pretending to be wanting to make a purchase, voila, someone answers. However, I knew that was too good to be true - as that person "was not authorized to make membership cancellation". A complete SCAM! Save yourself frustration and buy your leggings in TJ MAXX/Marshalls. You will get far superior quality and save yourself a headache of trying to track someone down for cancellation.
Kate Hudson needs to step out of Hollywood into the real world where people don't buy 50 bucks of exercise clothes EVERY MONTH. Not to mention, it was only $100 later I realized I was quietly being billed 49.99 a month for a "VIP Membership" - for what? To get some email spam? Which clothing company does this? There are a million options and most better than this. This is a sneaky scam and my opinion of this company and it's founder are in the toilet. Stay away
I'm giving Fabletics 2 stars because their legging quality IS good. However, their VIP program is incredibly difficult to get out of, and they will charge you a 49.95 credit if you don't respond to an email by the 5th of every month. Those credits can ONLY be used in 49.95 increments. So, if you want to buy 2/$24 leggings, you can't use the credit. Their customer service is trash.

I've been a member since 2016 and absolutely love the products! Since then I've only had 3 issues out of many orders, but their customer service was very helpful and effective. More often than not my orders are fulfilled smoothly. The workout attire is comfortable, cute and durable; I still have some workout tights and sports bras from 2016. IMHO, it seems like the styles and materials have improved over time. Other than the workout clothing the no show underwear and socks are awesome! The no show underwear is true to its name and I have not been able to find any other underwear like it, there actually are no seams when I wear tights or form-fitting dresses/skirts.

I should have known better, I read the reviews, but the outfits looked so unique and cute and I hate paying the high prices to the competitors, but even on my first experience shopping what looked to be great deals, was not exactly the case, as once you see your cart and attempt to pay, you don't get that low price for all your items. Total scam. Why did I not back out then? I bought several items, half of which were a big fail, but since I bought on clearance there was no returns. Once you sign up, if you forget to log in to "skip" then you rack up membership points, oh but you can't actually use those membership points on the super sale items. Also, they have very poor inventory, tough to get your size. But I can't cancel my membership until I spend all my membership points otherwise I have to pay non-member prices which are totally out of line. Stay away!
I love their leggings but their VIP service is quite a scam. You used to be able to redeem your money spent when buying clothes. Now if I want to redeem the money I've paid monthly it counts as "1 credit" so I could buy a pair of $30 shorts and have to waste my $50 credit. I've paid into this for years but plan on cancelling now after this change and seeing as my credits expire.

The shorts are not made from the same material they used to be. Now if you're wearing a light color short and sweat in them, crazy I know, then you will be carrying a nice sweat stain the rest of the day. Oh just return them? No, all products must be returned with tags in place and product unworn.

Thieves and liars, and I have been a VIP member for years. But suddenly you can't even use your own money (£44 if you don't skip, each month) for the sales. I can live with being slow, but not being able to spend my own money how I choose? Who do these people think they are!

I bought a pair of leggings. They arrived. They were great. No problems. Just over a month later, a charge shows up on my credit card for $60.

So sneaky. I've bought lots of stuff online, so I've some experience with the process. I can tell you without a doubt the subscription process was so subtle that I had no idea.
Supposedly I'm getting a refund but after reading the reviews here, I'm skeptical its going to arrive.
You'll never get your items in time, no mater if paid for fast shipping or not. And when contacting customer support if you bring up you had paid for premium shipping and it mentions 2 days shipping in the website, they just don't answer anything and you are eventually kicked from the chat site.
I was unsatisfied with how long everything took to arrive. It took around 3 weeks to get my package, I didn't necessarily want to return an item that I had wanted for a smaller size due to the wait I will experience (first world problems I know). Blame Amazon for making me a princess, but it would be about 7 weeks I'd be waiting in total for what I really wanted, if I exchanged.

I've had my leggings for about a month now and they are already getting worn out. I don't even use them to work out in just casual wear. I also don't like the false advertising they also use the same "70% off or 2 for $24" sale all year round so don't be fooled when they say biggest sale or whatever. Very Disappointed in this company the hype is for nothing I've found better leggings on Amazon

It is too hard to deal with the monthly opt out function, I was away on vacation and missed the deadline then it was a nightmare to get my money back let alone try to spend what was not refundable, I would never recommend this program to friends, BTW I am still waiting for the refund I was promised. What's up with that?
Often when I try to order (ex 3 pairs of socks for $12) I say I want one of these. But then I end up with only 1 pair and miss out on the deal. The site needs some help so I can go from cart back to shopping more easily. The frustration prevents me from ordering very often.

Overall, I have been happy with quality and fit of everything I have bought so far however I feel like there's never enough options left when it comes to choosing an outfit. Hoping for more stock in the future so I can enjoy more styles! Shipping is fast and arrives well packaged and in good time.

I have ordered many items from Fabletics and I'm generally pretty happy with the quality and appearance. However, the website could probably use a re-design. For example, if you want to return something, it's easy to print the label but impossible to find a return form. And trying to order outfits can be challenging. If you try to change the size or color of an outfit, and one of the items is unavailable, the website will keep ordering the original outfit. Unfortunately, there isn't a message saying that an item is unavailable so the whole experience is frustrating. That said, I wear some of the bottoms almost every day as I work from home and one of the vests is a real treasure. Would also like more items that a normal-sized 60-year old woman could wear (5'6" and 135 lbs.) Can't run around in a crop top or a bra with leggings. That's a sight no one wants to see.

This company is terrible. Stay away. Save your money for good workout clothes and better service! It is too difficult to return items, the customer service folks sound like weird computers who repeat stupid information that is not helpful. They try to sell you on more stuff when you try to cancel the membership or return items. I have now cancelled my membership and hope not to have to deal with them any more! Don't waste your time with this crappy company. Sorry Kate Hudson, I tried to support it, but it is a disaster.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
