Just odd that everything is the same price, bought a pair of shorts online and they didn't fit, returned them to an actual store. They didn't have my size, had to settle on a t shirt, how are t shirts, pants, and shorts all the same price and a whole member credit. I can go to under armour and get two shirts for less. Waste of money, first purchases seem like a deal. Feel ripped off after initial purchases
The sizing is off, both myself a larger size and my friend a small size both experienced this problem. Returning items is a nightmare. They just don't want to make it easy for you.
I had higher hopes for this company. Am cancelling my membership after 2 months. They also show cute new items in select colors and then you go to buy them and the colors they advertised in that days email are already sold out. Not good!

Like many people, I've been living in my leisure wear during the pandemic, so I've been wearing my Fabletics pieces more then ever before, and I'm starting to think they are not worth the price. With constant wear, they are not aging well. All of my leggings are pilling, and I'm getting small holes in them. I've even noticed a small hole developing in my wide-legged yoga pants. I believe most of the pieces I'm having issues with are less than a year old. For the price, they should hold up better. I'm considering canceling my membership.

I've had great experiences, but lately I've had a lot of issues that seem too frequent to be accidents. I'll return an item and, while I'll get a confirmation email from USPS, the credits never show up on my account. Most recently I returned an item and the website said I'd receive the full value $79 as a credit to my account. I printed out the shipping label and mailed it a couple days later. In the meantime the item went to clearance and when I actually got the credit it was for $13. I've also had multiple tech issues when trying to return items. I'm not sure what happens, but the exchange never goes through properly.

This was my first order and none of the items fit. I tried completing a return/exchange on the website and it wouldn't work. Turns out one item was no longer available. I was confused how the 2 for $24 deal would work if I returned one pair and kept/exchanged the other. Difficult to understand. Had to speak with a supervisor. I still didn't get complete clarification. Ended up asking for a full refund for everything and exchanging the one for a larger size. Hopefully those fit. But overall not happy with my experience.

So I skipped the month at Fabletics and money was still taken out my account, I have tried to contact them on several different occasions over the past couple of weeks with no reply. I will never buy from this business again if they can't so much as give me a reply. The actual clothes are fine, I am not complaining about the quality of the clothes, but not worth ordering from them if they have no customer service.

I'm a relatively good looking guy… tall, thin, blonde hair, blue eyes, and I love never felt more self conscious as when I was wearing fabletics pants. When I tell you that women would hide their children from a man wearing your product I am not kidding, it is that bad. The material felt cheap, and it felt as if no care went into the construction of the product. Looked nothing like as advertised. The loose fitting was a no go. I award you no points and honestly you guys should just drop the entire mens brand.

Do not pay for express delivery. What they fail to mention anywhere on their website is that it takes them 3-5 days to even process your order and then a further 2-3 days to deliver. This is despite them claiming Express delivery is within 2 days when you pay at check out. Customer service was appalling when I phoned up to query something.
All in all, great if you're not in a rush and don't have any queries. If you don't like hassle then I would avoid this company
The business doesn't deserve even 1 star. Bought a 50 gift card as a b/d gift for my niece over a yr ago but she'd never redeemed it till recently. The code did not work, & shown as invalid. The e-gift card does not expire per the company website and customer service. My niece and I reached out to Fabletics a few times and got bounced back and forth between the Gift Card Dept and Fabletics customer service. I was told the code was not properly issued at first and they were trying to fix it. 2 case#'s were given to me at 2 different occasions when I contacted via chat and a few phone calls. Nothing is resolved, no one wants to help nor can do anything about it. Such a dishonest business conduct and terrible customer service experiences. $50 isn't much but being ripped off is a much bigger deal. What a shame. Kate Hudson!

The clothes are of good quality and price, customer service is amazing and one of the best I've ever had but the products in the color and sizing I want are never available. Plus the sizing is so inconsistent. Online shopping with Fabletics just isn't for me. I would rather pay 3 times the cost at a local store where I can try on the product and know I'm taking home exactly what I want than dealing with all the returns

I ordered clothing for my daughters who are a size 4 and the cloths ran so small that they had to order size medium or large in some cases. Each piece of clothing was so thin that they had to where a second shirt underneath to not be exposed. The clothing is very overpriced for the quality and it is very difficult to cancel the VIP membership. Interestingly enough, you can sign up for the membership via the site and/or email, but you cannot cancel via the same method and must call during business hours. I would not recommend ordering from this site.
I was disappointed with the pants in general. The waist was good but the insure was 2+ inches shorter that 34". Maybe the pants were incorrectly tagged with a 34" inseam. Anyway, I didn't like the fit either. What I am extremely please about, was the return process. It was seamless, good customer service
I train at the Olympic Facility in Colorado Springs for Figure skating. I train 5 to 6 hours per day. Sliding across the ice when I fall has tore up the leggings and outfits (Lulu Lemon) that I had in the past. Fabletics helps keep the sweat away from me, is very comfortable and durable for my serious training. I have not found anything that works better.

I am so pissed right now. I bought a promotional outfit from them last month. Didn't love either item, but I figured it was worth a shot for the $15. Today I just noticed a $50 charge from them in my bank account. What the hell. Buying that promotional outfit was a total scam to get you locked into their subscription? You can't cancel online, so I'll have to call them in the morning. Very displeased with their lack of transparency.
I liked that they changed the credit to allow you to buy more expensive sets. However they are ripping you off. I know my credit cost $50. There's no way in hell I'm using it for anything lower priced than that. And how come I can't combine 2 $25 things and use one credit? This site is a racket and always has been. And not to mention they will not refund your credit if you forgot about it. I would never and will never recommend this site or clothes to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this company, they are quick with their shipping, their products are great, wonderful quality pieces that they standby. If there's ever been an issue I've been able to return my items quickly and with no hassle. Clearly, because I've been with them so long, I truly love their options and how versatile their pieces can be. Really love this company and all they have to offer, keep up the good work people.

Read reviews. They are awful expected with regard to customer service, the VIP Program, and shipping. I spoke to Cassidy in the store and she and the staff were fine. I picked out a pair of leggings that I will buy tomorrow, but I want be opening an account, VIP or otherwise after reading the reviews. What a mess. Is it poor training, poor management, poor quality hires. Chad? If I were Kate Hudson, I would be ashamed to be associated with this organization.

I love the quality and variety of products, and have been a member for close to half a decade. The only issue I have is when some items are going on sale most sizes that I look for are not available and are often not restocked in time to still take advantage of the sales. If there is a better reward system to frequent customers to allow for them opportunities to take advantage of sales, that would be great.

In January, I placed my first Fabletics order. I am still waiting for that order to come. It was marked as delivered, but it was not.
I took a chance and placed a second order and it came quickly, much to my surprise.

Cloths are great, but was next to impossible to cancel subscription. Had to jump through hoops then some just to talk to someone after getting kicked off site when going online. And got the run around on the phone till I became a $#*! and then magically everything worked

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
