Although I like the clothes, there is always an issue. As a VIP member I get special coupon codes, but they never work. I contact customer service multiple times and have only gotten the issue resolved once. Most recently I have gotten emails for Black Friday specials, touting deals such as outfits for $30 or $25. But when I click the link, there are no outfits for that price. I wish they would fix these issues. I don't have time to contact support constantly.
I bought one outfit on Fabletics.com that was fine. Little did I know that they charged me $49.95 thirteen times!
This company is a total scam. I did not give permission for them to indefinitely charge my card monthly. I will never buy from them again.

I had some upcoming travel and I wanted a great sweatshirt to wear on the plane. I think I found the best one ever! It was light, soft, comfortable, kept me warm but not hot. I will definitely be purchasing more in different styles and colors.

Great quality worst service ever. Seriously not even worth it at all. 4 times in a row they entered my address wrong then the item would get shipped back to the warehouse and they won't give it to you. They won't redirect any order. It's nuts.

They make you join their "club" to look at items. Always a red flag. I had a hard time cancelling my membership even though I only purchased one item. I did not bother returning the item. Too much trouble. Much better ways to get exercise clothes.
Overall, I've been pleased with my experience. Clothes are good quality, true to size, great customer service. I do however think the clothes are WAY over priced. I rarely get anything unless I splurge or there's something I really like on sale

I have always loved their workout clothes. I was excited about swimwear and undergarments but it seems like they are always very skimpy. I look forward to product improvements in the future and will always applaud a company that is size inclusive

I have to skip every month due to styles not being the same as they used to be. I have several credits to use but there is nothing I want. Then I received an email stating that my credits are expiring after a year, which is ridiculous! Bring back the cheap pricing and styles, no one wants a "FULL OUTFIT". My favorite part from the beginning is that if you liked the pants or a shirt of one thing you could customized an outfit. I miss those days.

This experience was good. Items came promptly. Still waiting for two previous orders that never came. One at Christmas time and one from last August. I have spoken with customer service and they told me these things were on their way-never received. Not good customer service!

I wear fabletics almost everyday for my workouts. I was also looking at finding so more relaxing and comfy around the house. As a professional I am always dressed up - so sometimes it nice to come and relax in a cozy outfit.

For a monthly subscription, I would have expected a faster turn around on exchanges and returns. It took about 5 weeks to exchange any items. Since I was trying to figure out my size, it took a long time to actually receive something that fit. And you're still billed the monthly amount, even if you're waiting for a new size.
The quality ended up being just ok, which I guess can be expected for the price. The straps on anything with elastic are starting to wear out after just a few washes.

I placed my order back on July 27,2023 and to date have never received it. The tracking number shows it shipped on August 1st. I called customer service several times and was lied to and mislead. Everytime it would be just enough time has not elapsed. Where is this order coming from, the moon? We are two weeks in and still no order and of course no real answers. No one ever offered to replace the order and expedite it to me. I will take my money elsewhere.

The clothes I like are never available in the sizes I need, every style is crop (some people like their abdomen to be covered) and only one or two items I've received have fit well. Customer service is somewhat lacking as well.

I bought an outfit for my granddaughter for Christmas only to find out when I got home there was a 30 day return policy. This doesn't work when I am trying to do early Christmas shopping. In addition, there was an additional "Tariff " tax of 3.75%. I get that things are more expensive especially when they are imported. Just incorporate it into the price!
Now when it comes Fabletics, they are the best rather you're ordering online or shopping at the store! I am a curvy woman and their leggings fit so good and look amazing! Sometimes I wish they had more colors on signature sets but no matter what they look damn amazing!

Membership is a scam, especially for men. 55$ for a credit to redeem for a 20$ shirt… doesn't make any sense. But then you probably would say, we have outfits available to bundle and save, but you only have 3 different outfit options for men… usually with the same shorts. So how many outfits of exactly the same design and choices can you have before the member credits are useless. Then on top, they offer 70 and 80% discounts for new members but never offer anything for actual members. All just a scam in my eyes after being a member for half a year. Love the products but hate the business model.

I purchased workout clothes to wear while cycling in the summer, but it took over a month for them to arrive, so it was a different season by the time they arrived. The ship date just kept getting pushed back. Support was not sympathetic and refused to help me cancel. Would not recommend.

I purchased 2 pairs of leggings for $24 as part of a sales promotion, but what I didn't realize was that I had become a "VIP member" as soon as I entered my credit card information. Unbeknownst to me, I was paying $65/month in membership fees to the tune of almost $700 over 10 months! I had no idea and when I went to cancel, I had so many issues accessing the account and there were no cancelation options. It took me 3 hours to figure it out, and I had to wait in a queue for the rep to phone me back. The 2 pairs of leggings were way too small, even though I ordered a larger size, and they ended up costing me $350 each. Do not buy from this shady and unethical company. This sort of business model is disgusting, especially when endorsed by a wealthy celebrity who's never had to worry about paying her heating bill in the middle of winter.

It is super unfortunate that the site and customer service are so bad because the actual products are nice. They have cancelled my initial order twice for inexplicable reasons and then charged me as a VIP. Seems like the initial 70% offer is a bait and switch. Not returning or recommending this retailer.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
