Non responsive, overall this company is full of promos and gimmicks. Sent me an order that I did not order. Wanted to speak to them to contest this ghost order but customer service was totally unreachable. I tried through their website but conversation was terminated both times. Tried facebook where they are supposedly online 24/7 and received no response. Horrible
After dealing with this company I am highly suspicious that the 5 star reviews are legitimate. I'm am very literate, thank you very much, and I got sucked in like just about everyone else. I would run from this company. Even if they are not a scam, I would stay away just because of the horrible customer service. Kate Hudson should be ashamed to have her name affiliated with this company.
My VIP accounts were all closed and somehow my credit card kept getting charged. Customer service agents were useless (even though the first time this happened the agent who helped me promptly refunded my erroneously charged monies). The second time it happened - not so much. "Management" was also useless. They could identify that it was coming from someone else's account but could do nothing for me. Sounds like fraud to me!

To be a member you just need to pay the monthly fee which, honestly I think is very reasonable considering what you can get per month for this membership. It's easy to place orders orders always come on time it doesn't take forever. The quality of the clothes is decent. The only objective I have is, there's really not much variety, and it tends to cater to a very specific body type.

Most experience has been what was expected and smooth. Very disappointed with 3 purchases and both were concerning tennis type shoes. Ordered 1 pair and in my normal size. They were a little snug but I keep them hoping they would strectch out some but can hardly wear them now. Then tried to order a 2nd identical shoe in another color wit a half size larger and they were smaller than the first at 1/2 size smaller. I returned and ordered another 1/2 sizer larger and it did not work either. I had to return them as well. I will not be inclined to order shoes from website any longer
I have ordered many times; tops, pants and sport bras. The price was too good not to try, in the beginning. I have only been completely happy with one top. There is always something off about the fit and/or the feel of the item. I am a very average size 8 without any part being overly big or small. The bras are always too tight around the chest but too long in the straps and gaping. I have even had a seamstress alter a bunch of them.

I purchased one pair of leggings to try but returned them because I was dissatisfied. I was horrified to find they actually deduct $49.95 from my account if I do not make a purchase from them in the first 5 days of the month. Never have I experienced an online store coerce you into purchasing with them by deducting a hefty monthly fee. I never planned to purchase from them again. Luckily the representative stopped all future payments and was accommodating but this company should be ashamed of themselves.
Using the website and ordering is still simple but I am disappointed in other aspects. One, the prices per outfit have increased quite a bit and the options for outfits have decreased. They seem to sell less outfits and are selling more single items for higher prices. Second, last month I actually purchased an outfit as well as some sale items on a separate day and was still charged a member credit... I guess from now on even if I purchase something I will still click the skip option.

Shameful business practice to keep card details for a monthly 'membership'. My 70 year old mum bought a pair of leggings as a Christmas present and didn't read the tiny small print about taking a monthly subscription fee. She has been paying £44 since 2019 and has accrued £836 of credit and the will not refund. Disgusting way to operate.

While I have enjoyed some of the clothes I've gotten, because of the way membership works (you lose all benefits immediately upon cancelling), it feels as though if you want to use your points and actually get the benefit of the membership you've paid quite a lot of money for each month, you can't cancel. I finally did just because I felt trapped and like it was far too much money for what I got. Would not recommend.

The vip promotion is where they get you and I presume is where they make the most. In my situation I'm pretty sure I saw the cheaper price and they didn't put any alerts or tell me about a 60$ a month charge. Other than that which they did refund and cancel the membership the clothes are really good. The customer service guy I just talked to was pretty prominent on selling me something else and wanted to keep me in the membership. As he's told and I'm a salesman as well and I know how the job is. Other than scam sales tactics the products are good and customer service is above average just be careful.

Unfortunately, I don't feel there is a lot to choose from as far as tops for middle-aged women. At the beginning I bought tops that were sleeveless, but were cut appropriately (not showing a lot of shoulder). Additionally most tops are cropped. I dislike the way they moved the F branding to the middle of the leg. I prefer it near waistline. I realize you are probably trying to get your name out to more people, but I have been stopped by someone telling me I have something on the back of my leg twice now. I do appreciate the high collared zip jacket that has elastic waistline and wish they would offer more. I wear my black "windowpane" one all the time and get a lot of compliments and ladies ask where it is from.

I don't like how they charge $50 a month for a member credit, but then constantly run sales where the items are valued way lower, but still say it will cost 1 member credit to buy. The adjustments don't match and the consumer ends up losing money on that deal.

Orders from online took weeks to deliver every single time. Tracking was never accurate. I ordered a pair of the "one" shirt which is supposed to be able to use as swimming wear and one time in a pool and the color faded terribly and now looks like Tie dye.

Website is not, great - Hard to navigate. Clothes material and names keep changing. The items I do like, are never in stock. Quality as decreased, not worth the cost. Ever since the credit system for membership changed, I stopped Purchasing as much, now with quality issues I don't buy anything.

I placed an order using membership dues and they never shipped it. They created shipping labels, twice, but never gave a package to Fedex. Every agent I spoke with would look at Fedex's tracking info and claim that "shipping label created" and "estimated ship date..." meant it shipped. They repeatedly lied to me. I finally got them to agree to refund me, but it must be done by check. And, get this, their check will take 8-12 WEEKS!

I was so looking forward to getting some leggings that fit me. I ordered 3X where the website says 3X is UK 30, but when they arrived the labels all say 3X/22, and they look like a 22, there's no way they'll fit me. Very disappointed by this misleading website.

My cart was suppose to charge $47.00 dollars and got charged $204. It has been more than 5 days and funds have not been reimbursed. Customer service I would make sure you immediately check you bank or credit card when you purchase to ensure they charge you the right amount.

I like most of the styles that Fabletics have. Once I figured out my size, most everything fits and looks how it should. I just started buying from them and the clothes seem to be of good quality, are comfy, soft and fashionable for all ages. Unfortunately, unless the item is on "sale" most of if not all their clothes are extremely over priced (as it seems to be on other sites as well). I find that taking the chance and waiting that an item may go out of stock before it goes on "sale" has been my best bet. It's then that I find the prices more reasonable. Anything more than $25-30 for a pair of yoga/leggings is outrageous or for a sports bra. I'm really enjoying embracing this new style for myself and overall I'm happy with the quality of clothing I've bought so far.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
