I ordered an outfit from Fabletics. First, I never got my order. The company claimed they delivered it to my address, and yet did not leave a note or a contact number or anything. Second, when I called to check on the status of my order, the woman told me a neighbour had signed for it. A neighbour from the building next door. Someone I have never heard of. I will never see that outfit. Third, I called to get a refund on my order and cancel my account, and then ended up with another charge on my credit card. A surprise membership fee I had no idea about. Even though the people on the phone were nice and seemed to be trying to give good customer service, they did not even try to do anything to rectify the situation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was the worst experience. Buying beautiful clothing should never make someone so frustrated. If I could give an overall rate of zero or below, I would.
I ordered two pairs of shorts in mid September. It says there is a shipping label created but has not shipped. I reached out once saying it had not shipped yet, and the only response was that it had shipped so I waited patiently. It's been almost 3 months since ordering. What's going on?
They had a pair of leggings listed for a price on their website but when you added it to cart it almost doubled. Chatted with fabletics team members, sent time stamped pictures proving that the price I said was listed yet they refused to honor it. I worked retail for ten years, when the company makes a mistake they're supposed to honor their mistake. Cancelled my membership right then. Obviously this company doesn't appreciate individual buyers since they've gotten bigger over the years.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchases so far. The only drawback I would say is the fact that the leggings are not the best quality. One pair has a hole and the other is starting to rip at the seam. Compared with other athletic brands I have purchased from in the past, it is pretty disappointing since they have lasted years and these have hardly lasted a few months. Bummer! But the styles are cute and if you're a member, the prices are reasonable. Not sure how much longer I will continue being a member and buying on a monthly basis though.

Legging material is scratchy and rough. I ordered a sweatshirt and it was honestly the worst constructed item I have ever ordered from any company. I opened the package and literally laughed out loud. The tag price vs what you pay as a member... also laughable. Product not even close to be worth either price point. Disappointed.

My first order arrived promptly, but I do not particularly like the fabric, and do not want additional pieces of clothing made from the same kind of fabric. I called to cancel my membership; after holding for about four minutes, I was connected to someone whose phone kept cutting out, and I could not understand a word she was saying. Called back, held for another six or seven minutes, got connected to a man who clearly was trying to convince me to change my mind. I get that, but at that point, I just wanted this done. A company that renders horrible customer service is not a company I want to do business with, period; the aggravation will be endless.
Fabletics as a whole is wonderful! I recommend them to all my girlfriends who are looking for high quality workout gear but can't justify the high prices other brands charge. But, don't let that steer you to think the quality of Fabletics is lesser than the other brands out there! They are extremely comparable when you look at the quality of the material and craftsmanship! My only gripe is that shipping takes about a week to get from Cali to Utah, when that is normally about a two day transit time. Regardless, I will happily wait, it's so worth it! :)

Tried to cancel online and did, yet Fabletics continued to steal money from my account for two months and gave me a run around during my customer service call. I would never begin a subscription with this company!

I tried 3 times to order over 5 days. The site gives so many error messages. By the time I make it back I had to get another membership and email address.
Maybe less time on commercials and get someone to fix the point of sale. New startups are hard I've done 3, but all of mine were tested by me and ALWAYS worked. Kate Hudson has all the money in the world... she should care!
Good products but can tend to be overpriced. The monthly subscription can be a little misleading with the covered number of "outfits" as some months you may not get a complete outfit and just one item while other months you may get 3 items.

No one cares to assist when your pack that was supposed to take 2 weeks still hasn't arrived after a month. I asked for a refund after 17 days of no package. I was told no. Then given a tracking number that's not showing any info about where the package. Just a link that goes nowhere. NEVER again. NIGHTMARE over cheap yoga pants.

I bought 3 pairs of dark colored leggings (black, maroon, dark purple with flowers) and they were all see through when used to work out! I could see the tag from inside the leggings and my underwear if I did any bending, stretching, or squatting. These leggings are useless unless you just want to lounge in them.

I love the Fabletics products. They are great quality and good value for the price. However, as a member, I am disappointed that the company no longer sends a reminder email on the first of the month about choosing or skipping the month. I sometimes forget and then I end up being charged for that month's pick when I really didn't want or need anything. As a 61 year old woman there are only so many work out clothes I need. Please review this policy!

My 12 year old daughter ordered a pair of leggings using my credit card and inadvertently became 'a member', which mans that they continued to deduct monthly charges from my card. I did not notice this until 5 months later. When I called and cancelled they said that she had a credit to use for future purchases, but has always been thwarted from ordering saying she no longer has an account.
This is a criminal organization!

I had three months worth of credits disappear with no notice and Fabletics won't reimburse me! I have spent a lot of money with this company but never will again. They could have easily issued me a gift certificate but no. They send emails weekly advertising sales which regularly land in my email inbox yet tell me I need to check my spam file for the emails warning of potential credit expiration. I checked and never received any such warning from Fabletics. This is simply out and out theft.

Bought my leggings and I love them. But Greed and dishonesty as taken the gloss off my purchase. Justfab have been taking money out of my account. Signed me up to a subscription (Justfab)
I couldn't figure out what I'd purchased. Did a bit of investigation £49 gone out of my account today. Looked back then realised it was my leggings I'd bought back in June. £147 later!, Stay well clear of this company... I love the product, but:
1. It took about 2 weeks just to ship out, I'm not expecting them to be Amazon Prime but waiting almost a month for a pair of shorts is a little too much.
2. I don't like the whole subscription system and how they try to create this big "contrast" between prices before and after subscribing: "without subscription: $100, with subscription: $30" - just sell it for $60 and call it a day. People don't want to be paying subscriptions for workout clothing.

I was very excited about the product promise and the promotion (2 shorts dor $24), but didn't really understand I was signing up for a subscription until my credit card was charged with ~$54 a couple of weeks after.
Shorts are really good (only complain is that they take quite a bit to dry out, if used for swimming) but I do not consumer fitness clothing to live up to that subscription.
Fortunately, customer care was quick, responsive and nice to cancel the subscription and refund me upon request.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
