Total SCAM! You get the first outfit but the next month surprise a $49 charge to your bank account. Oh don't worry you can skip a month. Should have read the fine print I guess. Too good to be true is correct in this case. So disappointed.
I like it seems everybody else has, has been sucked into this scam of a site! Checked my bank the other day to find £44 had been taken out! Worried I tried to figure out where it came from! Turns out it's from fabletics joining me to their vip membership! Rang them up to cancel and get a refund and he cancelled but can't get any refund so now I have have to buy another outfit just to use my £44 up that had been put in credit on there website! Never known anything like it!
The outfits are so fresh and chic. I found myself wearing it more casually than actually going working out. I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear them. Far better than other brands out there... Even my hubby loves it... keep it up Kate... Fabletics forever!
Tanks - same size but either too loose or tight, no in between, even within the same color
Shorts - they lose their vibrant color almost immediately after the first wash. Stain easily, water/ sweat marks that don't come out. Loose threads from the liner or waist band stitching.

Purchased several pairs of womens underwear and they all started to disintegrate at the seams, liner came out. They refused to do anything than offer 20% off more, asked to speak with a supervisor and couldn't even get in touch with one after waiting over 20 minutes.

I purchased a polo that came up sewed at the button seam after only wearing a couple times. I tried to send back for replacement but was told it was past time to exchange. This shirt was literally warn twice and sue to poor quality, looks like garbage. As much as I pay to be a monthly member, I expect if I have an issue you make it right.

VIP Membership? I have been charged £176 pounds for 4 months. Only ever bought 1 pair leggings (good quality) - when I thought that as a new site, I was getting a deal as a first time buyer... went back too - for a yoga top, thought that because I had bought off the site before I was getting a good deal... Nope! What a rip off, I have in my favour just had the company reimburse me for £132.00. Careful when you sign up, once those bank details and email address are in their system, the "VIP" membership kicks in with no pop up, or info whatsoever saying you are signing up for the monthly £44. Account closed, will not buy from them again - just on principle of having such a blatantly rip off site. Disappointing to say the least.
If you believe in your company and product why do you need to "sneakily" wait until the bottom of the last page to put in the monthly membership fee. Sure you can opt out between certain days. But, you know the company is counting on you forgetting. Sell the clothes at a fair price and you would have better reviews and more customers! This gives Kate Hudson, an already wealthy individual, a bad reputation!
Purchased the yoga style, high rise pants for my daughter and myself on a "special"...seriously do not want to take them off. They are comfortable. I do not feel packed into them. They do not ride down in the waist or ride up the legs. GREAT value for the $... I will definitely be purchasing more! I had also bought a cute zip up jacket. A little too lightweight for right now but can't wait to wear it in the spring.
Was disappointed to find that I was signed up for a subscription. Easy to cancel. But really disappointed when I find these charges on my CC account without my knowledge/agreement.

Order the scrubs at the $19 special and I love them and I want to order more but I wish they were $19 always. I wear scrubs to work and I felt so restricted a lot and I'm not restricted at all in these thank you so much for making this style of scrub
So i don't think that this website is a scam, but the fact that they just state "get you're first outfit for 25$" an no mention that you have to sign up for a monthly VIP membership is pretty crappy. The material of the clothing seem legit, they sale nice things just way overpriced i'd go to Nike/or the outlet malls for gym clothes instead of paying 76 dollars for one pair of pants.
Been a member for a long time. I used to really enjoy Fabletics. But the way they restructured the shopping and credits, not nearly as user-friendly, availability of outfits is minimal, The styles seem to be less creative and interesting and there's a lot less to choose from than there used to be. Also, apparently credits expire now so if you don't use them you lose them! Probably won't stick around much longer.,….

I love the clothing...I really do! I really hate the customer journey I have to take to even get an article of clothing on the website...
The website is a living migraine...It's slow, freezes, and throws so many errors that cause timeouts or restricts items to be added into cart which is an extremely poor customer experience. I tried to ask for help in adding to cart and the "tech guy" tired to gaslight me into thinking I was doing something wrong. As an ecommerce web developer, it's not rocket science to see the errors thrown into the console when clicking on something. Your development process is very flawed. Do better.
Not to mention they use pitney bowes as their shipper...so basically if you order online, expect to get your items about a month after...

Company has deceptive practices. I was never aware when I purchased leggings they would automatically charge me $49.95 every month for items I never purchased unless I opted out of a purchase every month. I called to question/cancel my "subscription", the CSR was difficult to understand. She never explained that by cancelling immediately I was not eligible for member discount rates and would be charged "full price" for any item I bought to eat up the $49.95 they already charged to me for nothing.
Items are of good quality (albeit too short) but the marketing premise and website format is very misleading.

My daughter ordered a couple of items from their site. A few months later, charges started popping up on my CC for 50 dollars, when there was nothing ordered. When you finally get a hold of someone they promise a refund that never arrives. They are thieves and liars. Their service is crap, they rob your money, and teh leggings are just not that good. Especially if they intend to rob you.Its hard to believe that Kate Hudson is part of this scam.

I signed up a few months ago to get a good deal on some shorts for my son. The shorts are Amazing and he loves them! The problem is that ever since that first order, I've had my eye on some pants for my husband and they have been sold out every month. I'll probably cancel my subscription soon because what we want is never available.

Excellent value, disappointing selection. I wish there were more color and style options, as well as greater availability in each size. I feel like most things on the site are very basic and it's kind of a letdown. I received the subscription as a gift, but I will not be renewing it for myself.

My experience was always great, love the 2 for $24 shorts, and the clothes are very high quality. Some of the shirts don't fit me the way I like but that's nothing a return can't fix. And returns are very easy. Just make sure you cancel your VIP in time if you don't want it to recur. They can't refund the member credit. Overall great experience.

It seems like every month, it was the same things listed under outfits and most of those cost less than my monthly fee. There were rarely capri length leggings or running shorts. And, the running shorts have an annoying zipper on the back, so if you are doing any type of exercise or stretch when lying on your back, the zipper has a tendency to poke.

These work out pieces are no joke! They're a great price and quality. They got great and unlike other work out gear they are not see through so you can work our comfortably and without feeling like you're showing too much in the gym. I haven't been disappointed by an item yet at all!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
