We have very hard time finding right sizes. They're always out of stock. Website doesn't filter well either... If you click size your looking for options pop up then when you click on them "out of stock"
Also we never got our order. Said shipped and delivered and never got it
Bought a couple of leggings which I absolutely love. Great fit and don't slide down when exercising. However, I was very shocked when I checked my online banking account and noticed they had taken £49. Total panic set in as I knew I hadn't ordered anything. After further investigation I established that when I ordered my new sports wear I was signed up to VIP membership but was not aware of the cost or that they would be taking money from my account without authorisation every month. Rang them and they are returning my money and cancelled the membership. Good job I checked!

Wife made a single purchase and apparently was signed up for a $49.95/month membership that she wasn't aware of and didn't request. Almost $500 later, we figured it out what must be happening. When she signed on to the site, it showed no membership. She emailed, chatted and called. "Customer Service" cannot find her membership in order to cancel it, but the billing continues. Of course she got no benefits from this so-called membership. If this isn't a scam, I don't know what is.

It's been four years of fabletics and even though I skip plenty of months, I always make sure to build my credits up because you can't beat the quality for the prices! The first pairs I was gifted in 2018 are still as wonderful as they were when I got them. I'll be getting these for years to come, no doubt!

First and foremost the tights are decent as long as you go a size up. Otherwise I feel the bands act like a tourniquet.
Lounge T- shirts and sweatshirts the quality is really poor. After 1 wear and no wash they already look like they are falling apart with the fuzz that comes through. Will Probably not invest in these anymore.

I liked the leggings when I first started years ago but it seems like they are getting cheaper in quality. Also, I don't care for the whole having to skip months. I'm a very busy mom and remembering to skip can be hard.

My first order with Fabletics could not have been better. With that being said, my second was honestly the worst, most unorganized and terrible customer service experience I have ever had. My order was placed on 8/15. As of 9/06, I have not received my order. After multiple attempts to see where my order was, no shipping updates were placed and no refund was ever issued. I fought and fought and FOUGHT with the representatives who kept telling me to call back in 24, 48, 72 hours to wait until my order came and they could process a return. I had to contact this company for days on end trying to get my $70 order refunded since I had never received it. 2 for $24 leggings really sounded too good to be true. Like I said, first order two years ago was a breeze. This order made me never want to try to purchase from this company again. I'll stick to Amazon or other retailers.

XL people do not look good in white and other light colors, our cellulite shows. We want to walk to lose wait but we don't want our legs looking like they are a bowl of cottage cheese has been shoved into our leggings.

Not only does this company let you know LAST minute that you will be paying $50 a month for this "affordable" workout apparel, they also lie about your first outfit being $25. They change it to being 50% off at checkout which will end up being closer to $40. I had to call and cancel the $50/month membership in which the lady tried for awhile to talk me out of it which was annoying. I received my $40 outfit in the mail and I'm not pleased in the least bit. Thin, cheap material. This company is a joke.
Ad said 2 pairs of shorts for $24. "Forgot" to mention $54/mo."subscription" that was never really expressed outside of small print. Seems important to me… refused to waive even when I called to cancel and return. Scammers. Will never consider this brand again.

I'm wondering if all of you complaining below cannot read. The website clearly states what it means to be a VIP member. There is absolutely no scam involved and when you order your first outfit at 50% off it clearly allows you to accept the terms. I have serious concerns on the literacy skills of the people online shopping. Read before you click to get a good deal! It will stop a lot of these unwarranted complaints.
Wow. Check the small print. Google "fabletics scam" before buying. You certainly can't buy a gift from these guys as you are automatically signed into a contract. Read their terms you'll see you are agreeing to pay them 44 pounds a month forever.
Fabletics makes some good things - I absolutely love their sweats, so soft and comfy. Almost all of my exercise shorts and tees are Fab. But it can be really hard to find the men's clothing I want in stock. It feels like they make a bunch of it, but then don't reorder anything until every last men's item is sold out. They are always out of the sizes or styles I want.

I have no clue how anyone is willing paying this much for itchy, cheap feeling leggings. I only got a pair because they were having a 70% off sale and I regret even spending $24. I tried the leggings on once and immediately took them off and put them in my bag of clothes to be donated to charity. And of course the do t have a section on their website where you can leave a review and inform people. They must know they are garbage

I did not expect the shorts to be extremely comfortable and soft. They fit perfectly well. They don't ride up or slide down and the pockets are an extra plus cause you can't even tell there are zippers on the sides. And as always the pocket for the phone is a plus. Beats having to carry the phone or wearing a phone case around the arm

The outfits were super cute when I first joined and I bought a bunch. Slowly the design of the outfits went boring or weird. Who really wants to wear leggings that look like underwear, stupid. The best outfits are the one's associated to the team trainer. She's also the most inspiring aspect of the website. The team is marketing to a group I'm not in. I waited every month to spend my credits and for months found nothing. It got to the point where I was just looking for something to buy so I could cancel the membership.

Your VIP Membership is the biggest scam ever. Unfortunately for me I did not read your website more carefully so I was enrolled in this ridiculous VIP Membership. You are lured into this scam with a "special offer". $29.95 for yoga pants and a sweatshirt. What a joke! Membership credit? Skip a month? Something about the 1st and the 5th of the month? It's so convoluted it would be laughable but it's not. I'm out of $49.95 and paid $29.95 for an outfit, which quite frankly I don't even like. The only resolution for me would be a refund of $49.95. In the meantime I will continue to give fabletics terrible reviews everywhere possible. No need to respond to this review nothing you could say would make me change my opinion or experience.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
