I joined fabletics, thinking this would be a great place to get yoga wear. The experience is terrible. You essentially pay $79 per month for 1 member credit, which you can use towards their clothes; but the clothes go on sale often, however, you only use 1 member credit towards one item such that you actually end up paying $79 or 1 credit as a member for legging that cost, for example $30 on sale as a non member. So as a member you technically just pay more. I've had shipping not arrive and marked as arrived; custom service is not helpful. Quality is absolutely terrible; wont survive the first wash and don't even think about taking any of the leggings to hot yoga, unless you wish to have all of the sweat seep through, specifically what you'd want yoga clothes not to show. Further, when I tried to cancel my membership, two agent hung up on me before I was able to finally get rid of the membership. Pretty terrible. Very disappointed.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings with no idea that there was a £50 monthly payment and it automatically signs you up for a membership absolutely horrible company that don't make this clear at all, took me around 3 months to notice and I'm a student. Cancelling it isn't easy either. I warn people to stay away.

A couple of times I meant to skip the month and was charged. I intended to make purchases at some point so I didn't get too bothered by having $100 set aside to make a future purchase. Then when I tried to put items in my cart, my cash was treated as "store credit" with diminished purchasing power that negated sale prices, and instead displayed non-vip pricing. I decided to wait to place my purchase until I had time to call customer service. A couple days later, a single and very expensive shirt was delivered. It's a great shirt, but I had no intention of checking out and spending such a large amount on a single item. I feel pretty ripped off and no longer recommend Fabletics.

Fabletics shipping times are the slower than any of their competitors. I purchased shirts from a competitor two days after an order was placed with Fabletics and it arrived yesterday. Shorts from a different competitor three days after this order and the shorts arrive today. Still waiting on Fabletics! 10 business days is not two weeks for these guys. If you order from them Do Not look at the tracking info provided, try to forget you ordered. You probably will get stuff in about a month, it will be multiple shipments scattered around your lawn by Fed Ex contractors from Venezuela. Good gear but the company is a miserable mess!

Once you buy something from Fabletics, you have entered into a membership where you will be charged $70 (Canadian) plus shipping each month. And if you try to cancel right away they will cancel your first order that got you subscribed in the first place. Shame on Kate Hudson for being affiliated with a trashy scam company. I'm so disappointed.

If you want to be tricked into being charged $50 automatic deduction from your credit card each month for not purchasing from their site then sign up! They advertise $25 first outfit but don't specify that it's conditional upon you shopping with them every single month or risk being charged $50 for nothing. That's a great way to treat your members Fabletics. Crooked company with false advertising. Don't shop here.
I don't normally write reviews, but there were so many terrible ones that I had to share a somewhat positive experience. I ordered an outfit online and didn't realize I was signing up for a VIP Membership. I noticed that I was charged this morning. I called customer service and talked to "Jay". He was awesome and immediately processed my refund (now I'm just waiting on the bank, which could take until next week). It took less than 5 minutes. I don't know if I would recommend the clothes yet, because they got lost in the mail so now I'm waiting on that.
I enjoy the sets I get each month but shipping is annoying. I pay an extra $5 for shipping which isn't much but I NEVER get my stuff on time. It is almost always, without a doubt never actually "shipped" until the day it is supposed to be arriving to my house. Up until the day of it says the date and I go to check and it's bumped back another 2 business days. It only gets bumped back once if I'm lucky but 2 push backs isn't unheard of by any means. Just very frustrating.

Fabletics had some really cute styles for all ages when it first started. Now I feel like they are catering to all the young skinny girls who like crop tops and shimmery fabrics. How about have a nice mix for those of us that have cellulite and don't want to show off every asset we have.

I really enjoy the items I purchased from Fabletics as I exercise at least 6 days a week. The products have style, variety and are durable. Don't believe the higher priced competitors claims that Fabletics gear is not well made. It's excellent quality. My favorite feature of their leggings and bras are the pockets! I walk so having a place to put my cell phone and doggie doo bags is essential. The pricing (when you become a "VIP") is reasonable. The regular non-VIP prices not so much. The skip option is okay, but once I had plenty of updated work out gear, there was no more need for a monthly delivery and I kept forgetting to skip so I cancelled. I may join again next year when I decide to update my workout wardrobe. As for now, my Fabletics gear look almost brand new. I have about 5+ sets of matching bras, leggings and tops and wash and wear them at least once a week - they still look great!

I joined up with Fabletics due to a friend's recommendation. The entry-level 70% sale was fabulous. However, the $50/mo is getting to be a bit too much, especially when that's only 1 credit and what one can get for that credit is not a whole lot. I'm reconsidering my membership for that reason. Otherwise good quality, fun styles, accurate sizing.

Great photos, slick website, excellent marketing. I did feel tricked when I discovered the new customer price of $29.95 was only available if I committed to pay $59.95 a month for a year (>$600!) when all I need is one single pair of simple scrubs and just wanted to try out a new company. I will see how these look and if the quality is poor then it's back to FIGS for me!

I have been a loyal customer since 2014, always diligent about skipping my month. I skipped my month as usual and they still charged me. So I called and they refunded. Well turns out they can take the money out right away but it takes 7 days to refund. They apologized and admitted it was an error on their side. Yet would not do anything to help me. For a long time customer you think they would of tried to make an effort to fix their mistake. Just be careful and watch your bank account. Also this isn't the first time they have done this to me over the years. I cancelled my membership and will never support or buy from this company again.

Was informed package was delivered. Never received package. Company would not address issue upon contacting... Furthermore, products lack the quality. These are Walmart clothes with a huge price tag. Also, the company has very poor customer service, and extremely BAD shipping practices. I see this company going out of business very soon...

Just don't do it. Anything you buy off of Fabletics isn't worth the $50 charge every month. I had absolutely no clue about it until I was charged. I just talked to a robot on their call line and was told I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. Which is fine, but by these reviews I'm hoping I actually get my money back. Also by these reviews I can't imagine what it'll be like to try and close my account...

Unbelievably cheap outfits. The shirt stretched out immediately, and the pants rode up to give me a "camel toe." The "sports bra" was not fit for anything involving "sports" other than yoga-- possibly. Do NOT enroll in this program. I've spent over $800 (2 accounts... one for a friend) and not found anything worth purchasing. And the membership costs $49.95/month but the outfits are mostly $59.95 and up. You're better off at Target, Nordstrom Rack, Ross or Marshall's.
I would give this company 0 stars if it would let me. I'm not going to go into the gruesome details but lets just say I had a terrible experience, tried to call and talk to them about it and got hung up on! Completely rude. Then I asked them to remove my information from their system and they told me they didn't have any of my information... ok, then why can I log in still and see my credit card info, name, address, phone number, etc. Seriously people STAY AWAY from this company. They are a scam and could care less about keeping business.
I only bought these clothes because it was from Kate Hudson... terrible reason. I dont think the monthly charges should be that much considering you only save me like what... 30 bucks on an already overpriced outfit. Also, when I went to cancel my VIP I got some woman who could hardly string a sentence together and continued to tried and convince me three times to keep a membership that I said I wanted to cancel. The call was terrible and all I heard was background noise, a woman who was hard to understand, and would say "like" and "um" after every word... UGH! I am so disappointed with this company.
I have been a customer with Fabletics for six years. I have enjoyed fashionable workout outfits that garnered a multitude of complements. However within the past two years things have changed significantly. I've noticed that customer service is now outsourced to Mexico. The Mexico reps are rude and try their hardest not to do anything to resolve the issue. The outfits have also gone down. Very few choices and very few availability. I have also experienced problems with orders missing or incomplete. And, the reward program is a joke. On my last four orders my point level gift was out of stock causing my points to expire. It is as if Fabletics was sold to a whole different company. One that doesn't care about the old loyal customers. I am assuming they want new people who don't know what the experience used to be. I will be ending my membership. Good bye Fabletics!

I got sucked into the holiday special of ordering 2 for $24. Didn't realize I just joined the VIP membership, $49.95/month. Sneaky & dishonest. Will never purchase anything here again. I will also tell my friends. Beware of a deal that is too good to be true.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
