I was a member years ago and had a great experience. This time around I found the site very glitchy especially on the phone. I never received notifications about skipping the month and once on the site it is not easy to skip. You have to click skip(at which point you think you're done). Then you are shown products to look at and at the end of the page there is a second skip the month button that you must click in order to successfully skip a month of billing.
I was unsuccessful the first time I tried to skip and when I went to use my credit I only got one product. I thought you got to choose an outfit. I could have outright purchased the product for less. I will not be continuing.
It is excellent! They always have great finds. I was shopping for my Mom, she loved the joggers. I will be a customer for a long, long time.
I don't care for the charges posting in future. To buy at sale price you register, buy, and cancel registration a few days later recommended by sals associates.
Your men's shorts seem to be great. Both layers of your 2-in-1 men's shorts are stretchy. However, this is NOT the case with the women's 2-in-1 shorts. The inner layer is made of a stretchy material but the outer layer does not stretch at all! And your leggings don't stay up. They slide down and I'm forced to continuously readjust and pull them up. This is annoying to say the least. I am also not a fan of the sneaky $65/ month fee that I have to remember to skip each month.
I really was looking forward for the swimsuits but didn't fit how I thought it would but the rest of my items love then.
I love Power Hold leggings. I have a bad knee and need the compression; wear them daily. I don't wear jeans or shorts or fancy pants, I wear Power Hold. I do wish, however, there was a shorter Capri length. They are, now, too similar to the 7/8.
Ordering is fine, use of site is easy. But this is the second time I've ordered and did not receive a confirmation email for my order. I had to go to the site and search for my order which was not that easy. My old order was there but not the new one. I also could not find a way to ask about my order.
The customer support team was very kind, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. On top of that they have the highest quality shorts I have seen for the price.

I have a subscription and it cost $59 (equals 1-credit)a month for said subscription but when a special/sale is happening it cost me 1 credit for something that is on sale for say $24. It was explained to me that I can only use a credit on the original price of $64. What does it matter if it's on sale or not. The credit should be able to be used on the sale items at the sale price so I should only have to use a little Les than a 1/2 credit on a $24 item. The subscription limits your purchases to only the stuff $59 and above. Not very fair if you ask me.
As someone who skips months more than not, I find it very hard to do so. There's not an easy way to find the skip month button. I find this very frustrating and it makes me want to cancel every month.
Fabletic gives you a great promotional discount if you sign up for the VIP membership. But the VIP membership is expensive and the credit system does not give you a deep enough discount to make it worth your buck. Who needs to buy athletic clothing multiple times a year?!
I like the quality of the clothing...but not enough to pay their prices.
The store people are always friendly and helpful despite there being limited menswear. The website is okay at best and the monthly "outfits" are never men's. Fabletics is skewed towards women and they make halfhearted attempts at men's although the products are excellent.
I bought three pants - received two that were what I ordered, and one in a completely wrong size. Washed the two pants and they ended up shrinking a ton! I mailed the third pair back and requested the correct size. But again, I was sent the wrong size! Too much hassle
First off, the customer service and ability to exchange is amazing. 4 stars because some of the products are lacking compared to previous years. Some of the fits and quality miss the mark, but they have been good about returns. I do wish when returning there was an option to return for a different style and not just color (primarily thinking about swim bottoms).
Their sale prices equate to a subscription type program that's mandatory to sign up for and difficult to cancel.
The process to cancel a membership is cumbersome and absolutely a "dark pattern" - Google it. Bad for consumers and misleading
The scrubs feel great, but sizing seemed large- will adjust next order. Active wear is cute & comfortable.
Order 2 pair of shorts they are not to bad around waist but the length of the shorts and how big is horrible!
The app and website is very user friendly and I love the sales and clearance sales just wish there were more of them. The clearance sales. The only thing I would change is although the quality is excellent, the price can be too high and if it were just a small scale down I feel I and others would buy more often.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
