I ordered Christmas gifts for my daughter. A couple of months later I became aware of the fact that I somehow joined a club or program without my consent. Fabletics was monthly charging my card. When I called to get refunded, they wouldn't. And if I cancelled the subscription I would lose the points that I already accidentally paid for. Complete thievery. The only reason I didn't give one star is because of the quality of the clothes. My daughter wants more clothes from this company and I didn't forbid it, but I told her she had to be careful because the company engages is underhanded practices.
I had a difficult time with my first order being sent to the wrong address, which took almost a month to get my merchandise. After returning an item my account was never credited 😞
If your package gets lost in the mail (which seems to happen often), they will only ship what they have on hand and refund the other items. (Which sounds great in theory- because you're not out anything) however- Instead of offering to ship all the items when they come back in stock— they refund the popular item you ordered (that tends to run out of stock a lot) meaning you will never be able to purchase it at the discounted price ever again. So they manage to get people to pay the higher price for the popular items. Which is actually a very smart business tactic.
The products are amazing except my one pair of shorts were destroyed in the wash. Unfortunately when I contacted Fabletics they wanted me to send them back for replacement however they were tossed in the trash. Otherwise I love the products.
Between credits vip credits monthly membership fees and having to cancel via a phone number, if I could burn that company down I would. How purposely convoluted and frustrating can one sit possibly make a purchase? Well fabletics has found the maximum bull$#*! you have to wade through, and THEN to top it off don't even have half the sizes in stock. $#*! this pos site and I'll tell anyone who will listen at work or else where what a pain in the $#*! this site is AND how the one shirt I bought from them already has a hole in it 7days after having it.
I liked the clothes I received but the scrubs I got cause all my other clothes to turn blue when I washed it. There was no warning on there about that happening, usually they put a tag on clothes stating that it may happen. So now my other scrubs are ruined. I had a membership and then cancelled it because what's the point of trying to save money with a membership if it ruined all of my other scrubs which was worth well over $200. Disappointed…..
Ordering is easy, sizes are a little "slim-pickings", but the fabric is so soft and it is indeed water and stain resistant. Love this brand.
I have been purchasing from Fabletics for a few years now and I never have an issue. If I due their customer service is amazing!
I had a bunch of expired credits that I can't use. This is unfair as I paid for them. Will you grant me those credits to purchase merchandise?
The experience with the "membership" is less than attractive. The money that is automatically extracted for the so called membership can only be used for certain purchases, which left me buying things I don't even want to get discounts on things that I think I want. The quality of the clothing is actually as expected for the price. Not great quality for discounted items. The shipping times to get your order is just downright ridiculous. By the time you get your order, you'll forget what you ordered, and if things need to be returned, you can count on the turn around time to get the items that you reorder to be over a month.
First off the the high waisted maternity leggings were the best gift for an expectant woman/mom! I purchased 2 sizes as a gift for my niece so she could be comfortable wearing them throughout her entire pregnancy. It was so simple to do on the Fabletic's website, especially since they shipped them to her directly! I love the merchandise they offer along with the convenience of online shopping!
When I contacted Fabletics about nearly $1300. Of "credit" - for which I paid monthly "membership" fees, they acted as if I was speaking another language. They suggested I go into a Fabletics store, to get it taken care of. It never happened, and the marketing they do to hook customers into monthly fees should be out-lawed.
In order to get the best pricing, you need to sign up for a subscription model that requires a phone call to cancel. They were pushy on the phone call when I went to cancel. This is a guarantee I'll never order again despite the fairly decent products.
I have order several items and find despite what size I order are often different than what the labels say. In fact, returning a pair of pants currently for the same reason. I ordered two pair of the same size but difference colors and clearly one was much bigger than the size indicated.
I find the membership pointless, you send $60 a month to get a $60 item. There should be more bundle options for members, fabletics doesn't offer many options. On top of that, if your a member free two day shipping should be offered. It's going in ten days and I still haven't received my order. Lastly, 2 for $19 shorts is always offered for customers to sign up for memberships but I never see that deal for current vip members.
I found the shorts to loose. Not at waist but the way it hung. Not flattering Material felt too thin.
Monthly membership too expensive. You end up not saving anything because the monthly price is so high. I love the scrubs but too expensive
We've all seen the ads on social media. I walked into the store and greeted by happy employees ready to help. It was a great experience and even more satisfying when the clothes actual fit and form your body. The material is soft yet durable. Sweat proof and squat proof. Dream come true! I'm hooked
I had ordered leggings for a volleyball team and had to make three separate exchanges and I was just amazed at how seamless it was. Joey at your Chandler store was so helpful, patient, and kind. Very impressed!
Bought some shorts. Unfortunately, neither pair fit. I returned them but only refunded one pair.
Extra star because the shorts themselves were pretty nice.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
