The pants are great. I just don't need or want new clothes every month. Having to get a subscription to try a few pairs and then have to cancel is annoying.
I love the soft fabric! It's so smooth and soft! Got it when it was having a great sale. I would get more but they didn't have my size
While the products are top notch, the mobile access and sometimes access even from a laptop is difficult, if not impossible. Especially when it comes to skipping a member credit, I've debated canceling my membership because skipping the credit can be too hard without being on a laptop
Pleasantly surprised. Great soft, buttery fabric. Great colors but not all colors are available in all sizes or styles. I do wish they had more styles in red. I also wish they had more products available in TALL sizes. The fit of each of the top styles vary greatly by size. I usually wear a size large, but actually needed an extra-large in the top with the knot in the front (Which is my favorite). Prices for new customers and hitting the sales makes the cost very affordable. I recommend Fabletics, especially if you're not willing to pay the price for Lululemon.
The website takes forever to load. They always sell out of the sizes I like. And they don't have a good enough selection of workout shirts.
I love the quality of the items although the last pair of black flares I received (in a previous purchase) were not as good quality as usual. The fabric started pilling with the first wash. Now, it looks like an old rag. :( It is a shame because I love the pants.
I've loved all the clothes I've purchased, both women's and men's products are amazing! Especially the Cloud Jersey Joggers, they are the MOST comfortable joggers I've ever worn!

It is incredibly difficult and almost unfindable to cancel your membership once you have started. Yes, the clothes came on time and in a very professional fashion, but I now am paying for the VIP membership when I do not want to.
Once you know your sizing, the ordering process is simple, the clothes are comfortable and of great quality and customer service makes every interaction easy
This is my first time ordering via Fabletics. I am not disappointed - quite the opposite actually. The material of the products I ordered are of good quality. It took me a moment to understand how the membership plan works. While I do understand it & I do favor Fabletics' products, I cannot see myself paying the thereafter monthly membership to acquire the discounts as my first order. The membership fee makes it seem - in my opinion - that I will actually pay near full price for Fabletics' products once I pay the membership fee. Plus, having to remember to skip the monthly membership fee is slightly irksome.
The customer service is absolutely horrible. They also claimed that if you pay extra you get it within a certain amount of days. That wasn't true at all.
I thought I was ordering 2 pairs of shorts but inadvertently got signed up for a $60 a month subscription service that I had to call and cancel. I still don't even know what I was supposed to get for the $60 subscription. Very misleading. Buyer beware!
I ordered a bathing suit that was clearly previously returned. The chest was oddly stretched out and the crotch protective shield was in the belly of the bathing suit. Gross and terrible quality assurance. The quality of the products has been steadily declining and leaning heavily on fabrics that are terrible for the environment. Y'all are doing bare minimum and it shows. I want to cancel my membership
The products, as usual from fabletics, are great and arrived perfectly. The products took forever to get to where I am, I had to go purchase somewhere else because I had an event on a thursday, placed the order on sunday from two weeks prior and the pieces arrived on the day of the event. Pitney Bowes tracking was also terrible.
Great pants, but similar quality & fit to many other competitors in the marketplace. I wanted to try one of the higher end brands, so ordered from Fabletics. My order took almost 2 weeks to be get to my door after ordering, so I write this review based on todays economy and the fact that most other large retail companies is out there are getting product to the consumer in just a few days without the customer having to spending extra money for a premium shipping service. The "supply chain" excuse is no longer acceptable for such ridiculous long shipping & handling times which ultimately is costing you repeat business & customer loyalty.
All positives. Love the fit and fabric. I've been a customer for a few years now, and Fabletics has become a stable in my wardrobe. As a fitness instructor, all I wear is gym clothes all day everyday. And I always look and feel my best when wearing fabletics.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
