Size availability is always iffy. They have been charging my old credit card number forever even though I have spoken to customer service. I was told they could not remove my old card number, makes no sense to me. Shipping is horrible. In the day of Amazon and getting packages so quickly they use a very antiquated method and it takes weeks at times to get items.
The products seems to have a great quality and really provide the announced experience when wearing them.
The Membership information is very confusing... I still don't understand how it reallyworks.
But the website is too slow. It takes a lot of time to apply filters, to move from one page to another. Please update this infra or improve the website coding!
My gripe is more with OnTrac, their delivery service. I was informed the delivery address was wrong, so i corrected the address. For the next 3 days i got a text saying my package was out for delivery, but never arrived. I submitted multiple inquiries and messages about where my package was, and never got an answer. Then I was finlly informed by fabletics that ontrac had sent my package back to them. Terrible experience, and no one from ontrac or fabletics has reached out.
So, the clothing I've received has been decent. I would recommend the actual product. As for the monthly subscription, I canceled but apparently it didn't go through, when I emailed regarding this, the customer service rep would NOT refund the $59 or what ever that was pulled from my account. I thought at that time the account was cancelled but he did not. Was charged again the next month for another $59. That rep I chatted with refunded that dollar amount and now it is cancelled. I get that it is my responsibility to skip or cancel every month, but when I cancel something, I expect it to be cancelled and not cost me $59 in the process. :( The Clothing may be decent but not $59 an item decent.
The shorts and quality is awesome. I didn't know know I was gonna be charged 50 a month just to buy something that that over priced.
I can honestly say I could not be happier with my Fabletics experience, not only are the clothes price and styles top notch but their Customer Service cannot be beat! And every time I've had to return or exchange something it's been a breeze :) I will keep shopping at Fabletics forever!
I'm a regular shopper with Fabletics And have always been super happy with every purchase ever made! The customer service team is fantastic as well couple of times when I've needed to exchange sizes or colors they have been super helpful and communicative. Overall price and value five stars!
I have been very happy with the leggings I have purchased, but my opinion of the company has been tarnished by nearly daily text messages about a "70-80% Off Everything Sale" or "2/$24 Leggings". When I follow the link there is no such sale. I'm now hesitant to buy anything more in case there will truly be a 70-80% off or 2/$24 sale soon.
Love the clothing and style options. But living in rural area and no stores nearby means we order online mostly. And delivery takes weeks to get here. Can get similar styles and quality from other vendors and far more quickly.
Sometimes it's tricky to know what the fabric feels like or how the sizing runs. Very easy to do a return

The clothes I purchased are made of quality fabrics, constructed beautifully, and remain looking new after several times of washing.
I'll be back to purchase more for myself and as gifts to others. I highly recommend Fabletics.
I needed new gym clothes and got a snapchat ad about this company. The clothes looked good and I liked that the shirts are made of material other than polyester, which seems to be hard to find these days. I ordered shorts, shirts, and underwear with the 70% off new member deal and they fit great, so I ordered more right away. Then I got an email that I did not skip the month and would be charged $59.95. A subscription service for clothing? Why? Just why? Everything is a subscription service and it is so unnecessary. I assume they hope you'll forget about it and just continue to be charged. Well, I locked my credit card and they continued to try and charge my card about every other day and sometimes twice a day. I am unable to remove my credit card from my Fabletics account. It is probably easier to just contact my credit card for a new card than to try and contact Fabletics and have my whole account deleted. Such a disappointment to find a company that makes a good product only to drive them away a customer (maybe customers if other people feel the same way I do) with a bad sales model.
My sales person, Kayla was fabulous. I bought two pairs of tights over a week ago and they were supposed to be shipped and received by now but they haven't been. When I go to the tracking info, they aren't even close. They need to use a new delivery delivery company.
I love almost everything I have ever purchased from Fabletics. However, it has been very difficult to find products in my size that are in stock. It seems as though every time they do a new product drop or offer a sale or discount that the majority of items are not available in my sizes. I wear size L bottoms and XL shirts.
Didn't know this was a monthly charge. Email was sent to junk file. I told you several times I'm a cancer patient and couldn't afford the charge. You ignored my requests. Couldn't afford my meds but you didn't care. Writing this from my hospital bed, but what do you care. Almighty dollar is more important than a mere poor person.
I love fabletics pants and have noticed they get holes more easily than other brands I have. The price and fit have kept me a customer but lately the quality has been more concerning and the last pair of pureluxe leggings that I purchased tore almost immediately.
…but I don't care for all of the emails with new offers! I will purchase when I am ready to purchase. Not necessarily for the offer.
I've been a VIP member for approximately 1 year and I've purchased several lines of workout clothing from Fabletics. For this order, I purchased the fundamental pants before my flight to Japan. The pants were so comfortable during the flight that I ended up wearing them several times during the trip. I also purchased the Training Tee in both black and white and both shirts were extremely comfortable and fashionable as I walked around Tokyo in early springtime. I'll be buying more of both in the next few months as well as additional colors of the fundamental pants.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
