Fabletics are just as high-quality, if not more quality, then Lululemon. Not only this, but they have amazing sales. The variety is great as well! I am always satisfied with every purchase and I've never ever had to make a return!
Thankful that there were many choices. Made me feel included because I usually have to buy something completely different from my coworkers when they all get branded merch that matches eachother because my size is not offered. Thank you, Fabletics!
They have great gear but they're always out of my sizes (Men's L). However if you go in like a guest the items are available often. So they save their stock to get new members then rarely have your sizes after that.
This is a monthly subscription that way to expensive. I don't feel like paying $60 dollars for shorts or a tank top. Most shorts don't even have pockets.
First time shopper. Received shorts that were already having issues with the threading. One of the shirts also broke a stich as I was taking it off (normally). I noticed this is not that great a quality and won't be shopping here again.
Fabletics always has amazing deals on their high quality merchandise! You will definitely, always be able to find at least one thing that is perfect for you… If not more than that! The clothes hold up amazingly and are perfect for being active; or just lounging. Love it!
I've been a member since 2015 i had to cancel. The styles changed and the quality changed. Not happy so I left.
I have experience poor customer service, I opt out to have monthly withdrawals and you take it out of my account anyway.
Difficult to cancel. You get a credit for $59 & some change to discover that credit cannot be split among several items that total $59.
No shorts cost $59, but as a vip you are billed monthly and issued a credit. Items will cost $29 or one credit, your credit costs you $59. That's BS.
The actual clothing products received were very nice. Its the buying experience and customer service that will stop me from ever purchasing again. I ordered something with embroidery. It showed up with the embroidery on the wrong side. When I spoke with customer service they admitted its a known glitch that the picture showing where it would be shows it was wrong. I made my selection the location based on where the picture was showing me it would be. Instead of apologizing and making it right, they offered me 15% off one item in my next purchase. How can a company screw up with a known glitch and think that 15% off one item in my next purchase is making it right? After having to argue my point and not letting it go the best offer I got was 25% off my next purchase. Again, no offer to correct the mistake on the item I had already paid for.
After sharing my frustration with my purchasing experience with others, I'm hearing that this is pretty much what you get with them. It's a crap shoot if you're going to be happy with your purchase, if you're not, good luck because they don't stand behind what they sell.
I can't say this enough, Fabletics has the best customer service out there. I've been a customer for 10 years, I have tried other brands, but the customer experience keeps coming back.
Love the fit, but they catch everything all the fuzz. You can see when you sit down. It's the material.
My kids convinced me to order—
Prices are good; quality is good but there are a lot of emails and I get really nervous of "memberships", having earned any credits, etc. So I'm not sure yet how I feel.
I really like all of the clothing I have gotten. But I think it's really wrong that the credits expire after a year.
I am very pleased with the garments I purchased. They are very stylish and very comfortable. I have received many complements while out and about.
I've been paying my subscription and waiting for my fav item - for months on end - I complained and nothing
I order these for my staff and they love them. They are comfortable, the colors are beautiful and the quality is excellent.
Man, the polo shirts are SHORT! I'm not a tall man and my belly hangs out of the polos. Like, it's not even close to long enough. Other than that, I live the fabletics stuff.
Love the merch. Love the deals. However, I liked when the monthly VIP charge went towards future purchases and not a single item or set. I don't buy the bra tops so I'm limited on what I can use my rewards for that gives me true value.
I love the cloths, and pricing during the right time is good. The whole system tho - with the gimmicks (i.e. What FAB management structured) is really weird in my opinion. If you need support - it's pretty poor.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
