The team at the store is always super helpful and friendly, styles get refreshed monthly and there is always a good assortment and selection.
Online shopping can be "hit or miss." However, the Fabletics brand makes the most accurate descriptions of their products, the sizing and the delivery process. I am a true fan and love my shorts.
There are a few things I absolutely love and several I don't like at all. Sizing was always off even if I bought the same thing in a different color. Wanted to love it.
My experience was great. I got the discount that was listed. My leggings came in fast and the quality is great.
You guys tried charging me twice, I payed an a few days after you guys tried getting out twice the amount
Love everything about it— quality value and styles. Only problem is nothing is ever in stock (hence the 4/5 star). Otherwise it makes my heart and peritoneum tingle and I would recommend wholeheartedly
I've been a Fabletics VIP member since 2021, continuously my orders are delayed due their mailing. This hasn't been a problem until the last few months. I have called Fabletics to complain and was told I should have optioned to pay for expedited shipping, I've never paid for expedited shipping. I've never called Fabletics before in regards to any issues and was extremely disappointed in the call. It should NOT take a package over 2 weeks to arrive at my address that is mailed from California. I've called the shipping vendors and was told due to Fabletics mailing Economy there was nothing that could be done about the delays of my packages. In July a package was 45 minutes from my home in Alabama and then went to New York and then 4 days later returned to my home in Alabama. In September my package was 3 hours away in Mississippi, there were no scans for a week, then the package was in Georgia and finally arrived to my home in Alabama. My packages sit days at a time at a site or go missing for days because they are not being scanned as they travel to my home address. I have had the same mailing address for over 20 years. I've ordered from Temu and Fabletics on the same day & my Temu package arrived 4 days earlier than Fabletics. Temu mails outside of the USA. Due to 4 delayed mailings in a row I'm leaving Fabletics and going to Lululemon. I would rather pay more money for a product and have it delivered in a timely manner than stay with Fabletics where they do NOT care when I receive my package nor do they care I have spent $1,000's with them over the years. I informed the representative on the phone I was extremely disappointed and was going to spend all of my credits and leave Fabletics. They did NOT do anything to keep me as a loyal, longtime customer. I ordered again in on September 26, the order was delayed and mailed on October 4th, this will be the 5th order I've placed that has been delayed. When Fabletics delays an order they should send it expedited mail instead it's mailed Economy again and I don't expect it to arrive within 2 weeks that is a total of 3 weeks to receive an order. Again, Fabletics customer care has declined drastically therefore I'm leaving.
The staff who work for Fabletics are great, however, I've been a member of Fabletics for five years and the quality of clothing had gone down. Leggings are getting more and more see through, cuts of the same shirt and size are off, the fabric doesn't hang well on most bodies, and shorts are splitting a few weeks after wearing. I'm sure COVID had something to do with the supply chain. I've had to return all orders in the past two years.
I was not happy with the monthly fee that Fabletics charged. It was poorly explained, and I was shocked when the fee appeared in my account. This should be disclosed better during checkout.
Just so basic and ugly. Once in a while they are okay… mostly though, I dislike the options. Front seams? Why? Unstylish prints and really unflattering shapes.
I bought 4 pairs of their underwear about a year and a half ago and they are the best underwear I've ever owned. So I decided to splurge this time and got another 10 pairs. Unfortunately the new underwear quality just isn't the same. The legs on the new quality get stretched and worn out very fast when wearing them and begin to ride up the thighs. This was never a problem with the old pairs. Pretty disappointing that the quality just isn't there anymore.
I find Fabletics scrubs to be super comfortable. I have a few pairs now and really like them. I waiting for the joggers to come back in stock to get that for my next pair!
Good price with the membership, but I wish it were clearer that you have to have the membership to get the special price.
I have had a number of occurrences where I was charged for the fee for the monthly subscription before the first of the month.
Garbage marketing strategy. Have the products available for a decent price it's not that complicated
I always have a great experience with Fabletics, whether it's returning something in the store to ordering online.
I'm a tallish guy, athletic build. Shorts fit ok, but the t shirts were not wearable. WAY too short. Boxy.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
