I made multiple orders to try different shirts and shorts, and only about half of them were worth the price, even with the member deals. The 24-7 T-shirt is soft, but shows sweat too much to use as a workout shirt, so I then got the Training Day muscle shirt. I liked it, so then I bought the short sleeved version of it, but both of those shirts fit differently on the neck than any other shirt, so I just threw them away. I also thought the Fundamental shorts were nice, but after buying multiple pairs I realized how the thin material was a result of being low quality.
Last month I skipped so I didn't have to make that payment and I still got charged. That's not right.
The site is easy to use and navigate: I'm not only talking about shopping and making a purchase. I'm talking about the full user experience.
The clothes I have purchased are among the favorites I wear daily. Many of the shirts and pants I have worn to the office or to showings with my clients. They keep me cool & dry, while still looking great and feeling comfortable.
The shipping process continues this trend of superior quality and service in an age of short cuts and carelessness. Not Fabletics. The items arrive packaged well and with multiple notifications so I know when to expect my purchase. Often they have under-promised a delivery date and arrive at my door earlier than expected.
I started with a small purchase online for a couple polo shirts. I have made many online purchases and frequent physical stores in our area when I can.
This is currently my go-to brand along with Cole Haan. Yes. They belong in the same category. I look forward to continue being a very happy customer.
My boys like their shorts, and as a mom, I like the prices. It was also very easy to cancel my membership when I needed to.
I placed a large order and decided to return a few items that weren't my favorite. One of the pieces was bought with a member credit. I was told that the member credit would be returned as a member credit to my account. This did NOT happen - so I no longer have the product OR the credit to buy another product. WHAT A RIP OFF.
Product is decent. Subscription model is a hassle. I asked multiple times for a credit card to be removed and I kept getting charged.
I went to a Dallas/Ft Worth area store and the staff was helpful and explained the sales. That provided me to order with confidence.
Didn't like the quality nor texture of the pants. Went to return them via the phone and customer service support was of no help!
I am a long time subscriber to the Fabletics Website. I have ordered many great products. Now, I rarely find anything to order. Same old things. Just leggings and sport tops. Need more athleisure.
Anything I've ever bought for myself or gifted to someone from Fabletics has been of amazing quality. Anytime I gift an item from Fabletics to someone, they instantly fall in love with their clothes.
I have been a Fabletics customer for years and am generally happy with my purchase. I have been able to get really good deals for great quality athletic wear. I loved all the pieces I received except the Cloudless V Neck Sweat Tank was a much thicker material than expected. At 100+ degrees it is much too hot to wear right now. I'll save for when the weather is cooler.
When I signed up at fabletixs, it wasn't clear that I would be charged monthly unless I made a purchase! That is crazy. I was not aware of this until my account was charged the month after I made a purchase.
I returned my entire purchase as items didn't fit or weren't as described on the website. Website is not user friendly and I would never look at any fabletic products in the future. Very disappointing
They won't stop billing me even though I've requested it several times via phone and on the "My Account" page.
Since Fabletics has hidden the button to skip a month on my subscription, it looks like I will need to cancel. Too bad.
I love the clothes I got!
Unfortunately my Size L Define PowerHold High-Waisted leggings in Storm Slate came with a small hole on the back right side, just above my butt.
I've recently had two customer service interactions with purchases made online with Fabletics. For the first contact, an item in the order was incorrectly selected and I was able to call customer service and had the issue resolved within 5 minutes. I didn't have to go through the whole song and dance that you are usually forced to endure when contacting a company's customer service department and the lady I spoke to was very nice and willing to help. For the second interaction, I was looking to purchase a specific item online but wanted to get some feedback from a store representative to a) see how the sizing runs for the item and b) see if they had any in store. The lady that I spoke to when I called the store was super helpful and went above and beyond to go look at the options and came back to me with even more information than I requested. It just showed that she valued me as a customer and it wasn't a burden for her to take the time to gather the information I needed. I really appreciated both of these Fabletics employees. They both represented the brand well and portrayed a kindness and professionalism that is not so commonplace anymore.
The material is breathable, fits, and moves with my body when I exercise or on the go. They are stylish and I love the variety of colors and prints.
As a healthcare provider there are never any sales for scrubs for existing VIP members. They only care about getting in new members. When they say "sale on everything" they don't actually mean everything.
I don't like the automatic credits and having to skip it each month. Sizing is always a concern as well. Sometimes a large would fit an NFL linebacker, other times a large is just right.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
