I recently had the chance to try out Fabletics, and while I found the clothing to be of pretty good quality for the price, there are several aspects that left me frustrated as a consumer. Firstly, the pricing is incredibly inconsistent. It's hard to gauge the true value of what you're purchasing because the prices seem to vary significantly. This lack of transparency makes it challenging to know if you're getting a good deal or not. Additionally, the value of the member credit seems misleading. Most of the time, you can find items for less than the member credit cost during sales or promotions throughout the month, which makes the membership feel less valuable than it should be. On a positive note, I believe "The One Short" is one of the best products Fabletics offers. However, it would be great if they considered introducing lighter shorts similar to those from Lululemon and Nike Dri-Fit for a more versatile range, especially for those looking for something lighter for workouts or casual wear. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of the clothing, the inconsistent pricing and perceived lack of value in the membership make me hesitant to fully commit to Fabletics as a go-to brand.
The quality of items is good but Overpriced. I cancelled my membership. The customer service is good, kind and helpful.
A monthly fee when you may or may not shop is lame. It feels like a setup to make sure the company gets money by counting on people to forget to skip a month. There's also an extra click you have to make, like a second time you have to click "skip this month". That caused me to pay way more than needed after I thought I ended it. The $19 pants sound great til you realize they're actually $80 with the "membership".
The two sets of scrubs are great. They are comfortable, wash and dry fabulous. I really am impressed with the quality.
Don't know which order #, and not going to look it up...but, recently purchased a black, front zipper bathing suit. Loved the style and fit; but, the seat leg openings unravelled during first month of wear! Almost like it was dry rot in the elasticized thread! Then, I just ordered several short sleeve, short length tees. Again, loved the style and fit; but, the tees are such thin fabric, they are a wrinkled mess after cold wash and hang drip dry. Very disappointing. Don't buy poor quality stuff, and then try to fool us that it is a quality product on huge discount sale!
I feel as though this website is a scam tricking you when you into an unwanted subscription for a simple purchase.
I thought I would get something every month but see I pay a fee to buy clothes with the credits I have already paid? Will be canceling my membership
I own several items and they are all of the highest quality. I work out 6 days a week, so I'm pretty hard on my workout gear, and Fabletics stands up to the challenge.
Because of Fabletics' prices, I expect quality items! I purchased a large shirt, washed it and it shrunk! I am not happy with the quality. It now looks like a medium shirt and something that I could have gotten from Walmart.
Struck out this time. Didn't realize the shorts were like shapewear, otherwise no specific complaints.
Even after several orders, getting a correct size in their product is a challenge. Also tired of the games to cancel membership. I do not recommend them.
Delivery driver put my package outside of my apartment complex and it was stolen. I asked for help from fabletics ans they have completely ghosted me lol
Little disappointed. Wanted to stock up on shorts for $10 but some started ringing up $14 or more. Than was told you only get one pair at $10. Felt kind of bait ans switch.
I like fabletics clothes a lot. They are good quality, comfy, and useful for hiking or for sitting on a plane for 6 hours. I like that there are often sales. However, I've gotten a little weary of the sales since they will typically be sold out of every color and size that I could possibly want. The options for men are limited but they list the items such it seems that there are a lot more colors available; once you click it you find that the color you clicked on is not in stock in any size at all, and you are offered the few colors/sizes that are actually available. I also recently ordered a pair of joggers and unfortunately received an item that was the correct color but with a different color for the drawstring and accents - instead of dark purple on light purple it was neon yellow on light purple which I just could not rationalize keeping.
I like the foray into scrubs. The fit of the men's top seems weird to me, but otherwise they are good quality. Not quite as stretchy or comfortable as figs. Also wish these were on sale more often.
Also, they are trying to make it increasingly difficult to find the skip button. They hide it deep in the membership information so that you have to scroll UP to find where it's hidden. Very annoying and I actually did fail to skip one time after probably missing the very last confirmation click. I don't know, I like the products but am starting to feel like enough's enough.
Returns are very humane and easy which I adore!
A couple things with the website is it leaves your filters in. If you delete filters it will always put them back no matter what.
Lots of items sold out.
Pants were not what I was wanting. Then they charge you this ridiculous fee after the fact & won't fund your money.
The auto subscription is a joke. Can only skip the month for a 5 day period. Wish i could skip ahead of that time frame
I love my athletic clothes on the weekends and Fabletics is one of my favorites it fits well is comfortable and not overpriced especially with a membership you always get cheap outfits and discounts.
I was able to get someone on the phone and reverse the charges for my monthly membership when I wasn't able to cover the cost.
I went ahead and kept the leggings I ordered because I really needed something in brown, But every time I wear them, I wish I had returned them. The fabric isn't stretchy in the same way that the other leggings I ordered from Fabletics and they're not as comfortable to work out in.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
