The thong panties I ordered were all horrible. I had to throw them away. I obviously couldn't return them after I had removed the tags and washed them before wearing. They were so narrow in the crotch that they were constantly giving me wedgies. Not comfortable on the lady bits! I am a very petite person, and I couldn't imagine someone larger than me trying to wear them.

I purchased 2 sets back in the middle of June. I feel like I got jipped with the quality of the scrubs. The bottoms are already losing the stretchy waist. The top has a hole in one of the pockets. Horrible decision
The customer care isn't of any help. They told me they refunded the money to my bank account. But, was instead given back as credits.
I was charged twice, I spoke with someone at fabletics who assured me a credit. That was well over three weeks ago and still nothing.

I love the pants I got but the were WAY too big! I arranged to exchange for a size smaller, took them to Ulta and the cashier said because I didn't have the tags, I couldn't return them. So I'm stuck with pants that go up past my boobs.

I ordered pants from a picture online and received different pants that I did not know I was ordering. I am not sure of the date but it was sometime in September/October.
The discount of 20 a set was only good for one and then when I had to return I got credit for only $20 not the higher price I paid for 5 other outfits. I also dont know how/why there is such a difference in price. $20 to $80 for the same (HUGE MARKUP)
The neck hole of the scrubs is very small for everyone.
We love the color but the scrubs are honestly not a favorite of anyone of the 6 ppl who got them.

I only signed up for a sale. The regular price for the clothes is not worth it, but I really like the shorts I purchased. I would buy more for the sale price but it's not worth having to remember to skip a month until another sale. Also, the vip membership price isn't worth the credit to one item because the men's clothes aren't as expensive as the membership price for the credit. Not a good deal.
Great designs and colors. I enjoyed the beginning offer. The products were of good quality, and I liked the shorts with the spandex included. In my opinion, the value of the deal goes down each month. I don't see the value of the 59.99 each month for one new pair of shorts. Again, love the product, but being forced to pay almost $60 a month after such an inviting intro wasn't sustainable for me.
The things I ordered are fine, but I ordered things they had in my size so I could cancel more so than buying what I wanted because they frequently did not have the size I needed. The pants are regular length but soooooo long.
I love this Fabletics fabric! Super soft and comfortable! Lightweight and dries very quickly after a super tough workout in the Florida summer heat.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
