I love the products, but I consistently encounter an issue with FedEx calling me for my address whenever I order. If I miss their call, it delays one or two days before I can actually receive my package, because I have to wait for another call from FedEx so I can give them my address. My Fabletics order (on the website) has my address, so I have no idea what's happening. The Shipping Department needs to address this issue with their labeling process.
I love the Fabletics quality and have purchased quite a bit of clothing from them. My only tiff I have with them is their promos can be misleading. If your site advertises 60 percent off for VIP members until a certain date, I should be able to take advantage of the sale until then. Although I thought this, it was only applied to ONE purchase. I contacted support and they said it's for just one purchase. This is not in the terms anywhere and misleading. I pay to to be able use the Fabletics site and it's upsetting when you plan on making several purchases during a sale event and cannot.
I bought 4 pieces of clothing and had an issue with all of them. The sizes are inconsistent. I had one item fall apart in the wash after 2 times wearing and a sports bra that literally made me bleed on my breasts due to the stitches being so rough. When contacted by Fabletics, I was not offered a refund, rather a $30 credit. Just not happy overall with the experience. Also when I tried to cancel my membership the rep kept trying to convince me to stay which was rather annoying.
I ended up losing a lot of money with the way they conduct business and handle returns
Great products. Fashionable. Good price point. Speedy delivery. Sized right. Good quality. Meet my standards.
Cart doesn't show prices. Can't tell if I'm getting sale price for example on the 2 for 1 items! I also need to see my total in cart before I check out!
I enjoy when I get my reminder email at the first of every month to purchase an outfit from Fabletics. I don't worry about fit or quality and find it to be a treat for myself that I look forward to
I really would recommend fabletics scrubs to everyone because the quality is amazing, they are very comfortable and relaxing feels like you don't have on scrubs.
It still seems like the filters don't actually filter out what they need to. You can click on items and they won't have small even though I filtered for just small.
It took a lot of work to figure out how to get the promo and then even more work to cancel the subscription and then I was worried it wouldn't even cancel before I had to pay it. And the shorts weren't that special. If you're willing to pay the subscription, the plan and business model isn't bad, but if you want the promo they offer for a first time purchase, they're gonna make it hard on you.
The prices are good. The shipping times can be improved, but the fit of everything I ordered is just a little off sometimes.
It's disappointing you pay for a membership and everything you want is out of stock. The membership provides no value other than price.
The garment was really nice but the first day I wore, the stitches were loose on the waist.
I was greeted before I was fully through the door, told that everything was 25% off and that if I spent $200 I would receive an additional $50 off- the rep was engaging and happy to be there and made the experience very pleasant
I have been a customer member of Fabletics for many years. ( I believe over 8) I have never had any issues with shipping However the last 2 orders have been awful. I completely understand mistakes and I have no problem with that. My issue comes from when you get notified that your package has been delivered and it hasn't. So you call and they tell you to Walk Your Neighbor Hood and ask if any of them received your packages?) I wasn't told by one person but 3 different agents ask me to do this. That is crazy however what makes me question the customer service is 3 different agents gave me the same response. Then I was told that I would be giving a one time curtesy of a resend of the product I paid for? When I asked how is this a curtesy to me to receive what I paid for. I didn't get a response.Just the same response. My second order I ordered 2 large mens pants with 2 Large matching tops for my son. I received one extra small bottom. My son is 12 hours from home in his master's program with no way to ship it back and no offer to have it picked up and for him to be shipped the correct size. I lay this point I canceled my membership. Fabletics has the best product from workout to work and to go hangout. Product is a strong 9. Customer Service is a low 2
Love the black thin under shirt! I wear it with shot sleeve or no sleeve black tops so my 77 year old arms don't show. Would love Fabletics to make a white one too!
Some of my clothes are years old and still look and feel like new!
I've had mixed feelings about the products from Fabletics - the shorts I've gotten have lived up to expectations, but the pants fall way short of the look on the website and the images/descriptions. For the shorts, my normal point of comparison would be to Lululemon, and the Fabletics shorts are good for a "less expensive" option - they come across as more "workout short" compared to the Lulu shorts that are more "do anything", but still a good option. I'd put them in the spectrum pretty much in-between "sporting goods store private/generic label" shorts and "higher-end, quality all around use shorts".
The pants - a complete waste of my money. I've tried multiple different pants that are marketed as if they can have the look to fit any situation, but the reality is they are workout and lounge wear worthy only! They aren't an option for anything where I would wear anything from jeans or higher/nicer. I've given one pair away to my son because there's no way I'll wear them for anything, even as workout type pants since I've got others that work better for that.
As far as the website and online shopping experience - it's a giant mix of a) listing the same product multiple times but just in another color, b) products that appear extremely similar and require you to either know about each or have to do detailed comparisons to figure out what's different, c) different "sets" of products where you're trying to figure out what's what, and d) the different pricing options as a regular shopper, a VIP shopper, or the "credits". The website managers definitely don't ascribe to "keep it simple stupid" or "less is more".
Great quality clothes. Always arrives when it supposed to.
Love Fabletics, the outfits are well made, stand up to many washing and hold firm. My husband also says they look so good with a change of shoes they work for going out as well.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
