Really aggressive and unfair membership practices that intentionally lures u in and is unclear what you're agreeing to. Super overpriced with no real benefit as everything is always on sale the membership credit is simply not worth the monthly cost. Everything is always on sale for like 50% off so your membership credit is not even worth as much as a single item. The clothes are alright, but the entire business model is horrible. Support is not that great either, and the one time I got a partial refund for my trouble for anything, I got 10$ that expired in like a month or something.
So the fact that I have to pay a monthly subscription, kind of doesn't sit right with me who is this? I would order every month I mean in this economy who really has money to order every month and pay a membership fee it took forever for my order to come in and if I'm paying a monthly membership, I feel like my delivery should've been faster. That would be a perk so owning the membership.
Overall the products are good quality; however, items I would like to purchase are rarely in stock in my size so it takes several months before I can use a credit if I forget to skip.
I am somewhat unhappy with the products. The sizing is not consistent and the quality is not as it was when Fabletics was first in business many years ago. I have clothes from that time and they are still in excellent shape!
Everything was great from start of order to delivery!
Cheap clothes not good quality but fast shipping...
I was buying a gift for family and trying go great ideas and support from the sales people at the store. Looking forward to going back for Christmas shopping!
Despite sizes going 3x+ brushing that I get in my regular women's size is too tight and too small. I've even gone up several sizes. I'm a yoga teacher so would love to wear Fabletics regularly but I can't rely on fit.
Ordered pants and some accessories. Two of the pants were too long, when I tried to exchange for a different size, the app initially let me, then I glitched. I went back in to try and initiate the exchange again, but those two items were all of sudden it eligible for exchange…hmmm. Fanny pack is nice but the pockets on the inside are not sturdy and were stretched out so they don't hold small items well.
I shopped online as a member, but was dissatisfied with my experience and the sizing when my items arrive. I canceled my membership and went to return the items (hoping for an exchange), but when I asked for an even exchange was told that the price I originally paid would not be honored because I was no longer a member. How about, instead of some weird pricing scheme, all customers receive the same price like LITERALLY EVERY STORE EVER?
The overall experience was poor enough that I'm no longer interested in the brand, which is a shame.
Also, the employee at the South Hills Village location in Pittsburgh was not helpful and at times was condescending. She kept calling me "hon," as well, which I found to be majorly off-putting as someone who was clearly older than her.
I have been a member of Fableletics for years.
I have never returned anything.
I have jackets, leggings, tops, slippers.
I love every item.
The quality is great and there are styles for all body types.
Supper easy to skip a month or two then pick up where you left off.
Thanks fabletics.
My only complaint is when there are specials they are typically out of my size.
I ordered gear for a beach trip vacation. The order did not arrive in time. I had to exchange some things anyways. The exchange order never arrived. I called to figure out what to do and they replaced the order, though not with my original selections - I had to pick substitutes. And that also took a while to arrive, but at least it came. It has been a month-long process, quite literally, it has taken 5-6 weeks.
This is my favorite brand of leggings. I especially love that. They also carry tall sizes. Their leggings give me the best coverage for my legs and suck everything in. There is a really nice variety too that I love
I really love all the leggings and do appreciate the tall inseam size options, but do wish they had tall options for the tops. Also wish there was a bigger selection for workout tops. Some push-up padded sports bras would be great too. I'm smaller chested and most sports bras make it look like I have nothing but flattened pancakes lol.
I am a leggings girl and they are mostly what I wear. I never have issue with receiving my order and they ship pretty quickly. My one issue - which really isn't an issue, is that I am an average sized woman and usually my size runs out quick. I have tried others but keep going back to Fab! Guess that says it all
I ordered a set in the store and paid for it. And when I got home saw someone canceled it. I never received my item. When I called customer service they refused to help me.
The monthly rate isn't worth it since the stuff I want is less than the fee. All I want is a hidden pocket in the front. Only a couple of leggings/shorts have them. As soon as I can find something to use my credits on, I will be discontinuing my membership.
My hat came bent and was unable to purchase another one. The pants were too tight. I usually wear the size that was bought but they were super tight so size was not wearable. Furthermore, I could not re-order because items were discontinued. Walked away with no clothes and had to make a trip to a brick and mortar store because I could not return items from the comfort of my home. 😢
Excellent customer service and great product and easy to navigate site and to place order!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
