I bought these products for the price and for the pockets. The service was good, but there are only a couple styles I wanted. I thought the new styles might keep the pants from falling down, but meh, gravity really likes this fabric. But I do wear them sometimes, just because of the pockets!
I've been at Fabletics member for years and they always have amazing customer service. As long as you can remember to cancel Vip monthly it's great!
Overall I think the product is good. There are two problems with Fabletics that prevent me from being a regular customer:
1- My size is never available. It is always sold out.
2- If my size is available, which is either a small or extra small, I place an order and over 50% of the time I have to return it because it is either too big or too small. When I try to exchange for the next size, it is sold out.
Fabletics has the best stretch pants and shorts. They are thicker, have pockets, and prettier seam than LuluLemon. Not to mention, less expensive.
Bought a pair of shorts. Received notifications that it was shipped and in a state away. Two weeks goes by and no new notifications. I get ahold of customer service and they tell me that there was an issue with shipping and they sent it back. If I didn't get ahold of customer service and asked for an update, they would've sent the shorts back and kept my money. Not the first time having this type of issue with customer service. They refused to answer my questions and just have me the solution script that they are trained on. It didn't work. I closed my account and never shopping with them. I can careless for Fabletics.
The power hold leggings are the best! I have noticed the few newer pairs feel like a little different material though and I have a little hole in the knees of one that's only a few months old so that's disappointing. I love the style but there are a lot of tops I can't wear, I wish they had a few more non crop top type options!
I love my power hold leggings and the sport bras but all the tops I've got are always so short and it's just how they are. There are so many cute tops I'd like to order or don't because of the length, I can't wait for the crop top trend to be over. If there were better top options I wouldn't have canceled my membership.
I don't have luck with the bras fitting me well because of my proportions but the leggings are my fav of all time. The fit is great, the quality is awesome, and they are easy to care for. I'm still wearing an original pair of Powerholds from 2018 and they look brand new.
I think the products are OK. I started my membership with Fabletics May 2020. The products were great and the price for the 3 piece outfits, at the time was phenomenal. It was a no brainer to purchase monthly with my credit and then spend a little extra to get more items. But then the prices went up... Way up! And some of my older pieces started to loose the elasticity around the waist band so I had to start to constantly pull the waist up on some of the leggings. So I switched to purchasing jogging pants instead. To add to this, the quality and sizing on different items has become hit or miss. There's no longer any consistency. And now that the price is so high, I'm only getting 1 item instead of 2-3 for my monthly credits, which is the equivalent to shopping full price with the supposed appearance of a discount. It's just no longer worth it and I no longer love Fabletics as a brand like I did when I started over 4 years ago.
YOU never told anyone about a membership or subscription! Then the next month you magically deducted the amount from my account. Ridiculous! To your credit only to threaten the BBB but once and you deducted it and stopped the subscription. Clothes are great! However will never place another order.
Had no idea one purchase would automatically sign me up for a membership that cost $60 a month. And when I called to inquire, I was told yes, it was in "fine print" when I placed the order. Admitting it was in "fine print" tells me they know this is a sneaky practice. I called my bank to dispute the charge and got my money back.
As a personal trainer and cycle instructor at Trufusion in San Antonio I need my fits to be consistently comfortable and super cute. I get that here with Fabletics. Very satisfied and loyal customer. LoLo
I know i was buying on a whim and purchasing without reading but i have experienced multiple confusions ordering and receiving my products... very misleading IMO. I will not be ordering again without deep thought i feel ripped off by the products and pricing received. So i will just but elsewhere.
I have been trying to do an exchange for the longest time now. Every time I have gone into the store, they don't have the style or size I'm looking for. Neither online or in store. A waste of my gas and time to check each time. Kind of makes this membership useless.
This was my first order with Fabletics. I've been to the store before and bought pants and bras. Online I decided to get a few bras, a swimsuit and I wanted to try the scrub pants. The bras fit really well. The swimsuit fits well. It came in a good time as well. The scrubs were a great fabric but they did not fit well. They were too tight at the waist and uncomfortable to move. I returned them and got the new pair of pants. They unfortunately were too long. The scrub pants had to be returned again. When I got a new pair, they were a larger size and petite. They fit a bit better in the waist but now are a bit too expansive. I can't return them again now but I know for next time when it comes to the scrub pants.
I find it very difficult to skip a month. The pop up window only says to get credit now. When I finally find where it says to skip it doesn't confirm that I'm actually skipping a month. It says if you skip you will miss out.
I like Fabletics but find that the member credit system does not make sense. Sometimes the Clothes it's fabletics are less expensive if paid for without member credits. I find that frustrating. If a member credit is 59.95, but something is on sale for 23 or 1 member credit, that seems like members with credits are being taken advantage of.
It would be more convenient if I could cancel without calling. I like the products but do not need athletic wear frequently enough for a monthly subscription. I'd prefer to be able to put my account on hold for more than a month or to be able to cancel through the app.
I ordered quite a few items and upon adding items to my shopping cart the prices would be one price but then would change when I added additional items. Shorts were supposed to be $10 but only one pair stated that price and the others went to 13.99. Same with pants. Frustrating
I ordered 3 items in July. Then called in August and had to cancel and reorder and now am still waiting for my order. It makes me not want to order from Fabletics if I have to wait 2 months for merchandise that I paid for months ago!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
