I like their fits and styles but for men there is often a significant lack of color. Only a couple of colors a year are added to their range per item. This results in the fact that men often can only choose between a variety black, blue and grey if the other colors (+/- 2) do not suit them.
It would be great if a larger variety of colors is made available.
Not happy with the fit. Bigger issue is with the changes to the "subscription " service. Go back to giving the buyer a heads up before charging. Our lives are just as busy as yours and it feels like Fabletics is taking advantage of the customer when we are not given the automated option to opt out of an automatic charge each month.
The material is amazing and stretchy the pockets inside are perfect size along with zippers
Fabletics has great products but they are very scheming in how they slide the membership in when your checking out. If you're not careful and fully reading everything then you are signed up for a membership of around $60 a month until you call to cancel. Took a few months to notice it was automatically coming out. They would not work on returning any membership at all so then you have to use it and cancel and it is so not even worth the hype of ordering from them.
I had a credit that was about to expire so used it to avoid losing my money. The whole idea of charging you monthly unless you opt out is ridiculous and once my second credit is used I'm canceling my subscription. Not worth it imo.
I thoroughly enjoyed the quality of my garments and I appreciate the detail. My only complaint, bc I am impatient, is delivery time. Seems to take a full two weeks to get to me while other places I order from take days. Not sure why? So, my next order I paid extra to see how fast delivery was for $15 more.
Chose expedited 1-2 day shipping and was basically told by customer service that they don't follow that timeline and my 15 dollars will not be refunded nor will I receive a credit of any kind. Simply the worst experience I've had in my entire life.
I was sent the wrong size and ensured they would hold the correct item for me. I sent back the item to exchange only to be told it was now out of stock. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience
Always end up returning my items due to the fit. I skip all the time but haven't canceled because I have credits. I don't want to pay the high shipping costs due to the reason "it's coming from China". I'd rather pay more for US made. Material does not seem the same as it used to be, tends to rub and get irritated.
I don't like the material, it it very itchy and not comfortable at all!
I had question/problem on a return I had made. It was not easy to get in touch with customer service and I still don't know why I haven't seen the credit on my account.
The two stars is for the actual products, which I like.
I purchased leggings from here for the first time in June and created an account to get the sale price. It ended up signing me up as a vip member but nowhere did it say there would be a monthly payment, so I figured it was free! I noticed they charged my card $60 this month (July) so I logged into my account to see if there was a subscription/ monthly payment and nowhere did I see or could find it saying that. I will not shop with this company again.
I have been a member for years and the majority of my workout wardrobe is Fabletics. I set a reminder to Skip the month if I don't need any more credits for a while and then when I need some new gear I start back up. Fabletics will send you a reminder to use your credits before they are about to expire but the credits last for quite a long time.
I love how comfortable the material is and how great the quality is as well. The prices are a little much but they are reasonable. I love the different styles and much variety that they have as well.
I bought more because I owned a pair. The quality is not the same anymore, unfortunately. They do not have the same hold and the material feels cheaper.
I have never had a bad experience with Fabletics! I have been a VIP member from the very beginning and have always been satisfied with the website, merchandise, reliable delivery and returns!
The shorts are great if the waist band maintains its shape, short sleeve shirts run a little on the larger size, while some of the long sleeve run on the smaller size. The pants run small unless.
Their website and app are easy to navigate and super simple to find what you are looking for. I am always able to get in and out within minutes every time I shop! They always have some deal going on so if you don't have a VIP credit it's still a budget friendly price, to get amazing quality products.
I have made a few orders now using some amazing sale pricing and cannot complain about the quality of the product. Everything I have received is well made and extremely comfortable. Also, I have had to return a few things that did not quite fit and the process was simple at my nearest Fabletics store. The employees granted every request I had and made the process seamless!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
