The quality, fit and style of clothing has been great. It's actually pretty easy to skip the month if you don't want to be charged. What I really don't like is that if there is a sale, you can't get the sale price when using your member credit.
I think it's a scam - to get the good prices you need to be a member and they automatically charge you every month but then put their items on sale for considerably less than what your monthly charge is. There is no reminder that the charge is coming (unlike every other membership I've ever had). It feels very deceptive. And then trying to cancel the membership is convoluted and not easy. Won't be purchasing from here again.
I enjoy shopping on the website normally. However, it was fun to be able to go into a shop and try different items on to see how they looked and felt. The customer service was friendly and helpful.

Nothing more to say. I ordered quite a few things for a vacation. My items arrived 10 days after my order was placed AND not in time for my travels.which is why i purchased them. My items were delivered within the company's delivery expectations. That said, i order from other competitors and receive my items within a week at the most. I feel you all have some work to do with a more timely delivery time. Also, your tracking system is not good at all. Disappointed. This was my 1st order as a new member, i've since skipped the past two months as I decide wether to cancel or not. Just a bad taste in my mouth with this experience.
The clothes I purchased were excellent! I ended up buying two sizes and knew I would need to exchange some of them. I went into the store and the customer service is outstanding as well.
I truly love Fabletic's and their wide variety of athletic wear they offer! The site is very easy to navigate and I love how they show suggestions under each item that match it instead of having to go search for the complete outfit!

If you don't use your credits fast enough they expire. Then you pay $59.95 for a credit and something will go on sale for like $23.98, so you either lose money from the credit or pay out of pocket. Also there are some favorites that I wish they would stock. It really is a shopping pain and ends up costing way too much. I just want to use up my credits and get out.
I was excited about the sale and that's why I signed up. However, they didn't have enough styles and sizes for me. I needed more bras and there weren't enough to choose from.
I used to really like fabletics as an over all, go to fitness app. I have been a member since the beginning. But now I find that they often do not have my size, the outfits are weird colors and combinations.
Saw ad…needed a bra…believed your guide…paid the expensive fee…received item…wrong size (even though it was my size). Ordered another expensive bra because I made the wrong selection and boom the bigger one is still not my size. Manipulation over…not reputable…showing things that are not true for orders…I'm retired and will spend my money on real advertising…not lies
The time from order placement to order shipped is extremely long. After that wait the time from shipper pick up to actual delivery is even longer. I think they must ship by mule train. Also, inventory is low. It's difficult to get what you want. Nice shorts but with these problems, just buy somewhere else. I cancelled my membership due to inventory shortages and the long order fulfillment and shipping times.
Took advantage of another great deal with quality products. My only complaint thus far is I have been trying to get a specific pair of pants for my spouse and they have been out of stock since the end of June.
The product is amazing and honestly as long as you are a member it's very affordable. However my only issue is they never have my size (med/large) in tops. They are always sold out in the sets.
I am a new Fabletics customer, and the product quality and options are amazing. I also enjoy flash sales and opportunities to make impulse buys. My only issue is the delivery process and the time it takes. I don't understand how there is a subscription but no free delivery. I've also experienced orders getting lost in the delivery process and I have to contact customer service and go through the process of getting a new shipment. It would be great if they could ship items from the Charlotte store vs CA. However, I will stick with it for a few more purchases to see if I can get the 5-star experience.
I have multiple colors of one item. Upon wearing one color for the first time, the dress ripped due to the area being poorly stitched. I compared it ro the others, and it was visibly different in how it was sewn. I wrote to customer service. They quickly helped me. Got a return label sent to me and a new one was sent out. This was easy and very much appreciated!
Love the products! Delivery is very slow, takes more than 10 days all the time.
The colours and style of the sets were wonderful. I would have liked if the black sets were the same shade of black. Nevertheless, I love my fits, very flattering and very comfy.
I love Fabletics products and I wish that they would stock all of their products in store because buying online is an adventure, the shipping department and the delivery company are not in sink we each other, they do not give updates I had to call several times to inquire about my items. So until this is corrected I will not order anything
Let me start by saying your product is made well and I would like to see more sizes available at the store because shopping on line is easy but your shipping partners are the worst's. Every order I've made on line I have had the same experience BAD and it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't made a purchase since my last purchase.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
