I like the clothes, but the whole VIP membership thing things like a scam. Everything is overpriced, so that you have to get a membership. I will just give my business to a place that uses regular pricing.
Back when I originally joined there was a great variety of things and more fun items that were not so workout related. Now anything that is not workout related tends to be sold out. Also, I do not like the new Yitty line as I am too old for it.
It took forever for any update on my order. By the time a month went by I was FINALLY given the information after reaching out to support multiple times that some of my items were out of stock and therefore my order was cancelled (?). I was not notified of this nor given a refund until I had to beg the representative for it. So you were planning on keeping my money and not sending me the product? I love Fabletics as they are some of the only athletic wear I can wear due to a severe latex allergy but this was very upsetting.
The pricing doesn't make sense. You're charged $60/month for their membership. Sure, it gives you a credit to purchase something. But sometimes what you wanna purchase is $35 or a member credit. Why would you use a member credit worth $60 to purchase something worth $35? The variety of items sucks. I was a member when Fabletics first started and it's gone downhill since that Kardashian b! Tch got involved.
They force you to join a subscription club. Without joining they charge you more but not much then their sale prices. Then they make it VERY difficult to cancel. Every month you get charged $60 and you get a token that if you use on something less than 60 you don't get the remainder to use on something else. You just use the whole token (a
$60 value)on $30 of merch which a non member would get the same price. Then you cant just end the subscription you have to pause it then wait till the next month then call to cancel. HARD SELL when you try to cancel! If you forget then bang $60 bucks and back i to the cycle.!
Poor quality clothing and their customer service was unhelpful. Took my card information and tried making me pay for a monthly membership I did not want and would not give me my money back for some inconsistent and awful quality clothing. Scam scam scam
I bought many products from Fabletics. A short that I loved came defective with a cut in the fabric. Fabletics could not replace the same product, and I had to buy another one that I did not like. They do not have all the products that are offered on the website, sizes are always missing. Customer service at the shop stinks and on top the prizes policies are a nightmare. Customer service to return is decent. On top of everything, every time you buy something on the web, they charge you a membership fee which I never accepted. In both cases they returned to me that unrequested membership. Buy Fabletics at your risk.
I was beyond happy with the products that I purchased, planning on keeping my membership because I enjoyed my items so much that I wanted them in other colors, and planned to order duplicates. I went to place an order almost immediately after I tried on my items and found how much I enjoyed them, and the items I wanted were sold out. I checked daily, for almost the whole 30 days of my first subscription period and the items that I wanted never came back into stock. I ended up canceling my subscription and I am really disappointed that I was not able to get the items that I wanted.
I tried to exchange the jacket in store twice. Was turned down twice, first time the tag was with it not attached so they wouldn't take it. I came back with it attached and they said they wouldn't exchange it because I didn't have the original bag it came in? I was never able to return it and have a 3x jacket that is way oversized., like I just wanted to exchange it for the right size and went up there twice to be treated unkindly.
I have purchased a number of items from Fabletics and for the most part found the service to be excellent and the product quality second to none. I am a big fan of the pants, yet when I tried the shorts for use when golfing, the length was too short.
I have been a VIP member of Fabletics for less than a year. I've made two purchases, one of 4 bras and one of 4 pairs of leggings. The bras meet my needs very well in terms of fit and comfort. The leggings fit well but have begun to wear out, even though I followed the laundry directions, which said to turn them inside out in the washer.
I have purchased several pair of power hold leggings over the years. I purchased a print pair in January. The material is very cheap, almost see through and no where near power hold. This is my second experience with this issue so I canceled my membership
Fabletics has been a staple in my closet and brand verbiage for years. I work out daily and at least one piece of my outfit is Fabletics and I have had some for years and the quality is still perfection.
I love Fabletics activewear, especially as someone who is curvy/plus size. I have some leggings that are well over a decade old. Recently, they started using OnTrac for deliveries—a company that struggles finding addresses. My package was delivered to the wrong house and when I called CS—they promptly replaced my order. My only real complaints are stop using OnTrac/LaserShip and stop selling out of sets so fast!

I returned the everpine sweatshirt from this order on January 11 at the Plano store. It's been 3 weeks and I have not received my refund. I have a receipt and email confirming the return. I have called multiple times, I called the store and I even called my bank and still no refund. Why would I continue to shop here? At this point, I think issuing a few credits for my my troubles is due!
I ordered some items and had to return items, very slow response on the exchanged items, it has been weeks, they are finally shipped but I had noticed they changed the length of one pair, I called and they said they can't change the order even though it wasn't shipped, I would have to return it again, sorry this is not acceptable customer service in my eyes!
To order what I wanted it was not user friendly. The site kept glitching. Then once I ordered the amount of money I saved I end up paying it for membership. The color I wanted wasn't available so I settled for a different color. It also took a long time to receive once ordered.
Overall I'm very happy with the quality of products, and the fit is exactly as I have expected. Shipping times can be very slow. In fact often times you'll wonder where things are then they just show up. I'm not sure if this is the company or the shipping service they use (on trac) I do live in a smaller town which could lead to slower shipping as well.
I was really excited for comfortable pants I could dress up or down depending on the occasion. But Fabletics runs large for Men's pants! So, very disappointed that the discount for joining was waisted. I couldn't return items because I removed the tags. I hate trying on clothes when to tags are where they scratch me. So, I canceled.
I love the products I ordered. However, shipping with FedEx is awful. My order sat in a warehouse for four days about 10 miles from my house before they finally delivered it. I probably won't order again until shipping changes.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
