I have been a Fabletics clients for few years now I sadly I noticed that the quality of some of the pants is not the same.
Quality has decrease in some of the latest products :(
Loving the pants/sports bras. Love the fit and material. Love the prices too. The workout pants/sports bras at Walmart are more expensive and less quality. I will stick to fabletics.

I have just received my first order and the quality of the material, the fit and the comfort is amazing. Love the quality of the clothing and I would recommend it to anyone.
Both the pants and two shorts I purchased were entirely too big. The two pants I purchased, looked and fit completely different from your commercial. We hated them.

I really liked the fabric that my friend got, when she ordered from here. I ordered five pairs of leggings in December, since it was cold. I was hoping that they'd be made out of the same fabric that my friend had, which was more of a cotton feel. My friend had cut the tag off of her leggings, so I couldn't see what they were made out of. I spent hours online trying to decide between all five fabrics that they have. Their descriptions are vague, and it's hard to tell what they will feel like. I ordered them, but was disappointed with the fabric I ended up with. It felt like latex, and it was really uncomfortable to wear. It pinched and didn't sit right on me. It's been three months since then, and I'm still having this back and forth with them. I've exchanged them, and the fabric wasn't much better. I just sent back the second order of leggings, so I can get store credit. They won't let you return in store if you order online, which I thought was weird. I didn't even know at the time they had a store, so I thought I had to order online. I wish that I had known, because then I could have just felt the leggings to find the right fabric. There were a lot of other issues that I had, but I don't feel like complaining that much. (Calling the customer line and they'd just hang up, not sending return slips, unnecessary charges, ect.). The leggings are great, but I'd go to the store if you want to save yourself some hassle.

The outfit I bought with member credit went on sale the next day. The member credit could not purchase sale items. Other offers were not available when paying with my member credit.

I do like the product and shipping is quick. The phone app frustrates me. And I do not like the fact that colors/styles sell out quickly and it's hard to get that color/style once it does sell out.

In regards to the membership and overall, the options for men are poor in relation to the options for women. The outfit combination for use with membership credit pale extremely in comparison.

When I ordered, I thought the product would look like the photo in the ad, a pair of sport slacks. What I received was a pair of nylon sweat pants. I don't think what I received was acceptable.

I had my vip for about 3 years and just recently canceled. The quality of clothing has decreased dramatically, items are out of stock constantly and the website and app crash all the time.

My complaint is about the way the subscription is run. I'm using my credits and canceling since I have no other option. I suppose the subscription is for people with disposable income. And if you're not a VIP member, the price is much increased, and again, for those who have deep pockets. As it is so, that is not me, and so I'm out as soon as I can (yet again forcing me to stick around so I can use my credits since they will NOT refund it if you forget to skip the month). I do not think it is officially a scam, but I think they prey on forgetful people (don't blink!). I have had no problems going through the motions of skipping the month, but I DO feel like I have gotten lucky because after you press the skip the month option, it takes you to another page and you have to confirm skipping the month, and this time it is a very small link. They do not make it extremely easy or apparent to do what you want. THAT I would think is the scummy scammy part. But the fact is, life is life and sometimes you forget to skip the month within the first 5 days of the month, but Fabletics doesn't treat you like a human. No forgiveness here. Now you've been charged $49.95 (1 credit, which you can only use one per outfit even if you've got two or more credits). So you think, well shoot, I messed up, I'd better get a refund. Fabletics says, "Sorry, you're S. O. L. MO FO!"
You should not be forced into buying something. I would like to buy things when I'm good and ready to. Because I have lost $100 to this company, I'm awarding them one whole star. You're welcome.

I love the leggings. These are the only leggings I buy and I especially like the ones with the cellphone pocket. The quality is second to none and some of my leggings are 3 years old.

I loved my shopping experience but there isn't a disclaimer about a glitch with Safari and I wouldn't load my checkout page. After two days I tried switching to chrome and that finally loaded.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
