Not all its made out to be! I feel when you walk in the store they get you in with advertising for Sales and when you get to the register it is not what it says it is!
Ads portray the products like Lulu but a third of the price. The third of the price is true, but I don't think their products are as good if quality as Lulu.

Shipment took a month and then was returned and never came to me. Customer service kept having me wait a couple more days and a couple of more days to see if it would come. It NEVER came.

The quality of the clothes is good. The price is not bad. You can skip any month you choose. Just update your account in the first 5 days of the month.

You get signed onto this membership" and when the email comes it doent really have a place to deny for the month you go to the website to try and deny and ofcourse it doesnt work properly so after days of trying you get charged and nothing on the website is the 45 you just got charged so you canr even buy a little shirt. You call and supposedly are getting a refund and canceling except the refund never comes. They say oh call your bank we processed it. And we cant do anything. These people are thiefs thats what they are.

Like the concept, not the product design. Some products had a nice cut to them, while others did not. Same with the materials. Same with the materials used.

I am someone who has paid close attention to the policies of this company. Such as, canceling every month before the 6th of the month so that you will not be charged the monthly fee. Of course I being concerned wrote on my calendar "skip this moths fabletics" on May 1st. So I then logged on to my account on May 1st and skipped my next outfit for that month. Today, on May 8 I was charged the monthly fee. When I tried to call customer service they of course send you to a robot who does not understand a word I said so I asked to talk to a real person. My call was directed to someone who did not understand my situation and basically told me that thats the monthly fee and I have to skip. The amount of times I have told this woman I already skipped this month she still did not understand. After going back and forth she "out of courtesy" gave me my $49.95 back and I then proceeded to cancel my membership that I have only been a part of for a month. Oh and I also returned a pair of the 2 for $24 leggings as an exchange and never received the new size pair. So it is safe to say do not give this company the time of day. I am VERY disappointed.

I ordered 2 items, the shirt was ok and i the pants were 2x too big even tho i ordered a medium like i normally wear. So i exchanged them for a small in a different color because they were out of the one i wanted and they actually fit perfect, then i was charged for being a VIP even tho i don't remember signing up for that and they WILL NOT refund you and even make it annoying to cancel your membership! Now i've washed the pants once and half the threads have come loose and they are destroyed! After spending almost $50 on a pair the lounge arnie gray sweatpants and i for one ware! TERRIBLE STAY AWAY
I read the fine print when I signed up and looked into how the VIP thing worked, and figured I would cancel if I didn't like it. I never incurred the monthly "fee" because I diligently "skipped" every month. I was unhappy with my first order, skipped a few months because I didn't like any of the options, and decided to cancel.
It took several phone calls, and eventually yelling at the rep before my account was finally cancelled. They make it nearly impossible to cancel, and incredibly time consuming. The rep kept offering me points toward free outfits, other incentives, and generally tried to distract me from canceling. Even after I stated that I couldn't afford it and didn't like any of the clothes (either the ones I already had or the online options), the rep tried to convince me to buy more clothes. When I asked "why would I buy clothes from your company when I just told you I don't like them and I can't afford it?", she ignored me and proceeded to try to make me keep my membership. After several minutes of interrupting her and repeated "I'm not going to change my mind, you need to cancel my account", eventually yelling it, she finally started the cancellation process.
Stay far away from this company.
Quality, variety, and style- that is what I find in the items I have purchased. The shoes fit and look great. The warm gear is warm and I love the pockets I. The leggings.

I am extremely disappointed! I have dreamed of wearing Fabletics for years! I saw people that I admire wearing them and had very high expectations! The sizing runs very small and not true to fit! I did not want to pay for a return or exchange, so I hung them in the closet for a couple of months until I lost enough weight to fit into them. The bottoms are still a bit tight but the twist styled bras still do not fit me properly! Thankfully, the other tops that do not twist fit okay. In addition to this, the selection/inventory was very poor, and I had a very difficult time finding tops to match the bottoms and vice versa! So I could not obtain as many matching sets as I wanted. I mostly ended up with mix and match pieces, which was disappointing! I tend to wonder if they do this on purpose so that you remain a member and purchase credits to obtain the pieces that were not available previously during the 80% off sale! The only positve thing that I can say is that Fabletics is made with quality! If I was skinny and wealthy I would love them, but I am neither! Between the ill fit and the extremely high cost of the matching pieces after the sale, I decided that Fabletics is not for me! So much for my dream of wearing Fabletics!
Buy two leggings for $25.00 plus $6.00 shipping total $30.00. Okay i wanted to try their legging, because i see the commercial on youtube, where they always interrupt my program. I bought two pairs, then i bought some dresses that were on sale 2 for $20.00. Tried the leggings, they fit just like any ordinary leggings, nothing special. After that, if you want to buy more leggings you have to pay a huge amount of money $60.00 for one pair of leggings, that's a $#*!ing rip off, then if you don't skip that month, you are charged $50.00. I referred a friend so i can get that $20.00 credit, my friend bought two pairs of leggings, i did not get the $20.00, i called and they told me my friend did not make a purchase, yes mother $#*!er she did make a purchase, i saw her because she was using my computer to place that order. So they did not give me that $20.00. Plus they told me i to make about $300.00 of purchase to earn 500 points. That 500 points can only get me a pair of pantie, if i want a free leggings, i have to buy for $2,000.00, well $#*! you mother $#*!er, i am not going to spend two thousand dollars for a free pair of leggings, you can $#*! you mama with your stink $#*! $#*! $#*! fabletics, scam $#*!

Yet the VIP prices shown on individual items were NOT reflecting the "40% off **ALL** individual items" price as stated. Instead - from my VIP registered account - the VIP price for 1 item I wanted to purchase was showing $49.95 vs. the $59.95 retail price. I called customer service to ask why the price wasn't showing a price 40% off of the $59.95. FIRST - the woman on the phone could not understand the context of my question after repeating it 5 different ways. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. The phone rang and rang and then disconnected me.
Canceled my membership immediately and will NOT shop here again and would recommend BUYER BEWARE!

So I ordered a couple of items on March 22nd and I was excited the price was good with the vip membership so now I was waiting for shipping down hill from here it took about 3 to 4 weeks to get here then what I ordered was too big it was the yitty sweat shirt and thighs size medium so they don't make it easy for you to exchange online so I took it to a store they didn't have the item in store so I wanted to exchange for something else they told me you have to get the same item that you purchased well ok so they had to order it and ship it too me fine so another week waiting then when it gets here its 2 sweet shirts and no thighs now they want me to ship one of the shirts back for them to send me the pants that I won't receive until may I'm done

Fabletics is my go to for all activewear. I fell in love with my first pair of lined fundamental shorts. My entire sports clothes closet is almost exclusively Fabletics now.

Very good quality washes and drys very quickly. Only thing is the phone pocket when I'm working out my phone gets sweat on it but other wise very good shorts

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
