This is totally crab, I ordered some stuff on Jan 2018, and it takes over 3weeks, I didnt receive anything, and I called ask for return my money back, they said they gonna send me a check and it takes 8-12weeks, after 8 weeks, theres coming coming in, I called again, they told me it will be here before April 13th, and now is April 27th I still got nothing, I called again, they told me oh, it might takes 8-12 weeks again, so I waited over 4month theres nothing coming in, and they told me I have to wait for another 4 month, I ask for return to my original purchased card they said no can do! Wow, so I purchased something wanna return I need to wait for a year? Perfect!

I was so in love with my first items that I ignored that the shipping information was wrong, that it came in two different shippings (on two different days, a week apart, and I had to sit and wait 30 mins to have someone say "oh yeah, it's still on its way and this is your tracking information," with no apology for not informing me before the fact). By the third order, where customer service hung up on me when I said, "I would lie to escalate this complaint, please. Three times now, I have gotten incomplete, incorrect information; can't find out what happened to my order, and then have no one respond to my inquiries," I decided to post on their Facebook wall. HA. Suddenly, my days of waiting for a response were shortened to five minutes and the package arrived within two days.
It shouldn't have to be like this, Fabletics. VIP membership is a joke, there is nothing VIP about your customer service and poor communication. And what's worse is, a lot of the time the confusion stemmed from you sending me the WRONG information, or incomplete information, in the first place.
But your leggings were so cute for this thick butt. Augh. So cute. It's why I stuck with you for three months, why I ignored the wasting of HOURS trying to find items that weren't out of stock - you're like that bad relationship where the other person holds all the power. But I finally dumped you. And while I miss your leggings, so, so badly; I feel so free without the constant guessing game!

Already asked about fair trade materials and where manufactured. Did not receive any solid answers... just got the run around. I simply want honest answers. If there is nothing to hide then there sould be no problem answering these basic questions. Prior answers: materials from various sources and manufactured in Asia. So obviously not fair trade materials and possibly manufactured in sweatshops.
Okay, so today, 30 November, I called and canceled my Fabletics membership. Never received a direct answer about the products and do not want to support a company that cannot answer what I think is an easy question.
The cancellation process was fairly easy, but it did take about 15 minutes. It took time for the call to connect and then reached an automated service. Of course it made an offer to try to keep my membership, but I declined the $10 credit to my account. They only thing it couldn't do was remove my credit card info... so I stayed on the line and most likely was connect to a foreign country. They wanted me to give my reasons for cancelling, but I told them I had already done so. I informed her that I wanted my cc removed and wanted to reconfirm that my membership was canceled. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. She said that my request had been processed and that I should receive an email in a couple of days with that information. I hope this is over and I will never have to deal with them again. Lesson learned... do my research before purchasing anything.
The staff at the La Cantera Fabletics was amazing! They helped me pick out many outfits for my husband and I and informed me about the great memebership deals! Great experience!

I saw the ad on Instagram and it looked like a great deal... but I had no idea I was signing up for a membership. I also had no idea they were charging my account $49 each month. When I realized this (after $250 worth of charges) I called and they said they could only refund me three months of charges. I couldnt believe it. They said I could go back and spend the other two charges. I said okay and figured I could get some clothes, get back part of my fees back and close my account. The problem is, I had to spend the EXACT amount and couldnt go under and could only go over... another scam. There was no way for me to spend the exact amount and walk away free and clear. I was done at this point. I called again and asked to close my account. They went on and on and on and tried to do everything to keep me as a customer. The customer service representative would not listen. I asked over and over to close my account and she kept talking. I ended up respectfully interrupting here and asked her to please close my account and that I was done. Not only is this a scams but also a very disrespectful company. They didnt care that they ultimately made free money off of a person who does not have a tree growing cash. All they cared about was their company. What kind of costumer service is that? This company should be sued. It should not be in business and should have to refund ALL fees taken from innocent people who were tricked. This is not okay and there should be something done about it.

I am a size 12-14 so got a medium, leggings came after 2 weeks of waiting and they were so tiny I couldn't fit into them at all (I fit 12 to 14 in any other shop) I tried to get a return and they said I wouldn't get a refund unless I spent it on the fabletics website, I requested a exchange and they still haven't sent the package and I requested it 9 days ago, they also trick you into getting the vip membership and if you don't cancel it after you use it, they take your money from your account and won't refund it to you. Awful company. Awful customer service.

Very unhappy with the recent change in terms. When I skipped the month of November it stated that if a monthly purchase was not made only then would you be charged a £49 membership fee (as has been the case the past 2 years of my membership). On 24/11 I did make a purchase of £96 so had to accept the terms before doing so. I was then charged the £49 fee in December anyways! When I contacted customer service I received the response below.

With the VIP membership you have many great benefits such as early access to sales and new collections, new items that drop every Thursday only for you, free access to our FABLETICS FIT APP and an option to enjoy all that completely for free, all you have to do is log in between the 1st and the 5th of the month and push the button on the main page that says ‘skip the month'. If you don't, and you get charged, dont worry, you will still be able to spend that money in the form of a member credit on your account with an even higher value up to 80 pounds or exchange it for a 2-piece outfit, for a whole year, we also send reminders 3 months before they expire.
Its upsetting to be given this generic response as a loyal customer of 2 years. With such a significant change to their terms I would expect to have received an email outlining the changes. This feels like a sneaky way to extract more money out of the members. I will be cancelling my membership.

Online shopping for new leggings was a breeze. My order arrived as expected. The leggings are great quality. They've been my faves for many years.
I love their clothes. Sure, it's not like the BEST, but it is good for what you pay. I think their shirts could sometimes use a little work, but they know how to make desirable workout clothing! Shirts almost always go to the hip, and if they don't, the website will say!
My favorite from them are pretty much all their workout pants/capris/shorts. Really nice feeling quality and worth the VIP Price.
If you're not used to subscription things or have never used one, then yes, this will be a surprise and I see why people are upset. But I feel that the VIP membership was clearly advertised. Maybe it wasn't in BIG IN YOUR FACE LETTERS, but it was there. You have to always look thoroughly through a website. I'm sorry, but if you were caught offguard by the subscription part, you didn't read thoroughly enough no matter what you think. It's all under "How it works". Gotta readddd!
Anyway, I love their stuff and will keep buying it. The rewards program is great! 2 points per dollar you spend, AND you get 20 points for every review you write. I got to 1000 points really quickly and I am expecting my free $50 outfit in the mail today:)

Note: I haven't ever needed to go through customer service, so I can't attest to it or rate it any stars. I don't like the restocking fee places charge, so I took off a star for that on the returns section.

They said that they had a sale for 2 pairs of leggings for $24 if you were to sign up as a VIP member. This is my first time using fabletics. So After searching through the leggings I found 2 pair I liked and placed the order and agreed to sign up for the VIP membership. After putting in my debit card information and pressing pay,, I received an error message saying that my card wasn't accepted/ supported and I had to use a different one. However,, a minute later,, I get a text alert from my bank (I have set up just for these reasons) saying that fabletics just hit my account for $24. I called the customer support line,, and the gentleman on the line told me that he sees that they took my money and my order never went through. He went on to tell me that I could just use another card to purchase the order but the money (that they took even though I never placed an order) will be back on my card within 3-5 business days. This led me to ask him to please cancel my account with fabletics. He pleaded with me,, telling me if I kept the account then he would put $10 on my account to use towards fabletic products. I denied the offer,, for me,, $10 won't change the fact that they wrongfully took $24 out of my account. He was adimant that the money would be back in my account within 3-5 business days,, just terrible that they even took it in the first place knowing my order didn't even go through.

I have been ordering leggings from Fabletics for my daughter because they are really comparable to Lululemon but half the cost. I have a VIP membership and opted out for the month of December, but was charged the $49.95 if you don't opt out. I called customer service, the issue was fixed, but I was then charged the $49.95 once again. In speaking with a customer service rep I was told it would be taken care of. When I went back to the Fabletic site I noticed that my account was cancelled. I called back and was told that if I wanted to reinstate my VIP status, I would have to purchase something. Why do I have to purchase something to have my account reinstated because the customer service rep erroneously canceled it? I called 4 times, talked to 4 reps in 4 different countries and was told the same thing. Also, I lost the 298 points that I earned from ordering merchandise in the past. I am so disappointed because I love the products, but I don't think I will shop with this company ever again.

I love the fit of the clothing and the quality you get for your dollar is very good. Being a member you get access to some killer deals too
The product you get is high quality (at least the leggings are, the shoes are great but sketches is better imo) it's just that the cancellation is HORRIBLE. I called to cancel and they put me through the ringer until I accepted $10 worth of store credit as long as they would notify me every month in order to cancel the monthly payment for "store credit" (which is stupid in itself because unless you use the EXACT amount you can't use the credit, but it is allowed to go over. You also can't use your credit and get discounts.) Anyway, I never got a notification, at all. And I am very low income atm so $68 CAD is TOO MUCH I tried to explain the last time I called. So when I forgot again (due to being busy with work and financial issues) I got charged. I called AGAIN and demanded for my subscription to be cancelled. I had to repeat myself about 5 times because every time the person would try to keep me as a VIP and totally disregarded what I just said. I finally got to cancel and got reimbursed but this was such a headache.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
