Received two pants for price of one, what an awesome deal.
I ordered items on their website and although listed as in stock, they can't fill the order.

I purchased some tops about 5mths ago & made. Sure not too become a vip member as wanted to see what the products were like before committing. I was not happy with the bra tops, the padding was not sewn in, just moved around esp after u washed them where u ended trying to adjust them & would give up in the end and pull them out, very frustrating. So I was glad I never became a member, But I checked my bank account just recently & found large amounts taken out off my account each month? The bank traced it to this company! I was soo angry, contacted them straight away and demanded my money's be refunded which was nearly $450 Aust, they tried to make it out that it was my fault & joined the vip list which I never did & if I did why was there different amounts of money takin out off my account, 1 mth $80 next month $120? She could not help me out with that Q, then she put me on hold for nearly 20mins. They now have agreed to do the refund & I will not be a Vip, which I never was in the first place... its been 1week & my refund still has NOT gone back into my account yet.
This company needs to be stopped, I know the Uk r looking into sueing the company, I have made sure to use FB to warn people about them also in Australia, there were people that didnt know either like me & have been checking their accounts, 2 people had nearly over $1000 taken out in the course of a year!
I think this company would do well to realize that not all their customers are young or middle aged women. I will be 70 in 2 more years and I still work out an hour A-day on treadmill and with freeweights. I was looking for a deal on leggings and I saw Tayshia from Bachelorette tell me I could get this incredible deal For 2 pairs of leggings. I went there and placed my order. I guess it was in the fine print or fine print or a sort of bury the lead situation as I did not realize I had to spend almost $50 a month for the privilege of the great deal in a monthly membership. Those leggings will last me a good while as I was very pleased with the quality snd the color selection and patterns perand patterns. However, I will not be buying any more anytime soon and certainly not now. I was not thrilled that I missed the fine print. I did not appreciate all the different attempts to keep me on the hook when I tried to cancel offering me 3 and 4 options before finally agreeing to refund my money which they did pretty promptly. Yes. Very somewhat displeased.
I decided to try fabletics with their offer of $25 for your first outfit. I ordered an outfit, which by the way, they were out of the color they showed me initially. I went through the process and noticed they charged me $85. I called and they said I didn't join their VIP club. It was unclear on the website and the commercials that this was the prerequisite for getting a $25 outfit. I asked if I could cancel and they said no but call them when I get it and they will send me a return label and they would waive the $5 restocking fee (for sweatpants and a t-shirt!) ridiculous! I called and got the label. I mailed the package back the next day, which was September 5th. I called two weeks later because my account still said "in transit". They said it takes a while, which I don't understand, I sent it back exactly as they said and two weeks later, it still wasn't there! I called again, three weeks after sending it and asked to speak to a supervisor. They told me the supervisor was busy but they received my package on September 17th but they have 5-7 business days to give me credit. This is horrible customer service! Then they offered me a discount on my next order. I would NEVER order from them again! Do not order from them, their customer service STINKS!
Received a very poor response (shared in comments section) and have changed this rating from 3 to 1 star. Only because I can't opt for zero stars.
Started off just fine until I tried to buy new arrivals. Nothing was ever available. Towards the end of my membership, orders were placed by me but they never arrived. After calling and asking, I was told the order was canceled because the items were out of stock. This happened multiple times. I called back to cancel my membership and get a refund on my VIP points that I paid for monthl but couldn't use because of constant supply shortages, but I was told I could only get that a refund for the month I was cancelling. After customer service agreed to send me my refund requested, they only sent me that month. I love this product, but I'm so disappointed with the way the company is run. I don't believe that new arrivals should be available for order until every time zone has access. I live on the West Coast and I imagine that members east of me were able to purchase new arrivals before I could even see them and stocks ran out before I could even see them for that reason. I think you're short-changing a large percentage of your members, and I lost money participating in the VIP points program through monthly charges I agreed to allow with the expectation that I would have a chance at new arrivals and wouldn't be cancelled constantly.

I buy all my activewear at old navy typically, I took a chance and tried fabletics but the sizing is SO different. I typically wear a XXL & these leggings barely go on my body.

They look great. I know you have a sizing chart, but XL has never been a 12-14. Way to make your customers feel bad about themselves. I'm disappointed that your sizes run WAAAAY TOO SMALL.

I once ordered from them and my CC got charged for USD50 every month for unauthorised transactions! Pls be caution and do not order anything from them.
Was initially unhappy with my purchase with talking to the customer seevice I regained confidence in my purchase and that I made a good choice and I love the product most comfortable underwear I own
I am a new comer to Fabletics. In May 2020 I purchased 2 pair of the leggings with side pockets. Today I wore the first pair and found the following: First I purchased XL, I am a size 12 and found the leggings did not give. I am 5''6" 170 lbs. Athletic build and larger thighs. Infact that is where I have most of my weight. I am 57. Did you forget that you have a whole 50 somethings demographic? Are you telling me I need an XXL to be comfortable? Wrong. I am an athlete and purchased these leggings at 3 times the amount I pay for leggings at KOHLs only to stuff them in the drawer never to be worn again.
Though I appreciate the longer length, because I have long legs, 34" inseam, the leggings gathered at my knees while I was walking. As well as the side pockets and material impede the bluetooth signal. The minute I removed my cell from the right side pocket I did not have any further bluetooth signal degradation.
So in short Fabletics gets an "F" for bad measurement recommendations, non-stretch materials, gathering at the knees, bad material that impedes bluetooth signal.
SAD! For $130.00 when I could have had twice the pairs of leggings from KOHLs or under arrmor.

Was easy to send back but I need to CANCEL my subscription! I have tried to cancel a couple times and was told wasn't right window. I have enough athletic wear!

Ordered some items and was not able to exchange for equal value. So not waste time with this.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
