Fabletics is the worst. They always lose my order because even though I put in the correct address they always seem to mess it up. They send it back to them and then when I have to reorder it the item I want is no longer available. They are unorganized and literally the worst.
I have a cancellation reminder to help me skip the months I don't want to purchase anything. That day I logged on and it was not functioning correctly. I was not able to skip it, and thus had a member credit. Purchase is fine. Frustrated I had to make it in the first place.

Fabletics makes great gymwear for people of all sizes. The leggings are great but as someone who is below average in height I find them too long and if I choose capris then it might be the right length for me. The shorts are awesome. Not a fan of the sports bras

I've been buying clothes from Fabletics for a while now. Can't beat the quality but the stylish is not there anymore. I miss the flamboyant colors and geometric designs. AND not every bottom has POCKETS which is a deal breaker for me. I find I'm buying less at Fabletics.

I never received my first order. Had to request a refund long after receiving my second order... Which was a very uncomfortable pair of leggings. Stiff and too tight for the size I choose which is the size I wear! Very over priced for the lack of quality.

I have made one off purchase without signing up for VIP. Yet they set up Direct Debit to my account without me authorising it. When I emailed them with evidence that I do not have an account for VIP set up ( email address not registered by the website) they went on and set up one for link to reset password straight the next day. Beware as I had to block paypal from both of my cards debit and credit. Yet they still managed to set up direct debit. Shaddy scammers. Dont buy anything fr them. Customer service is absolutely uselles and have no basic knowledge of Consumer law!
I received the wrong items and the wrong sizes for my order. Contacted customer service and now the items I ordered are out of stock. So they are requiring me to pack the items up, print a shipping label, take it to the post office to send it back, and wait until it gets to their warehouse and gets checked in before they will give me a credit to my account. (I don't even get my money back.). Ridiculous. The stuff is way overpriced for this kind of service.

Wasnt even advised anywhere on the site I was signing up for vip even though I had literally just made another freebie account for my mother. During refunds would only accept them as store credit which I wasn't advised before i actually refunded them. I might of kept them knowing this.
But Mom its such a great deal 2 leggings for$24! And they are great quality. Which they are but really it's 2 for $150 or more depending on how long it takes you to figure out you are a VIP member. That means every month they charge your credit card. No you don't click a box and say okay. It's in the fine print. You have to log on each month that you DONT make a purchase to keep the charges from accruing. Is it illegal? No is it underhanded and sneaky? I think so. So parents don't be fooled and remember Nike and Addidas sell leggings too and their sites don't help themselves to my credit card.
I ordered two pair of shorts (I am a first-time buyer). It took over two weeks to get my clothing. The wrong size was sent with respect to one of the pairs, the other was correct. I did send back the pair and a new pair was sent. This time was the same color as the pair that fit, not white like the pair I ordered. It also took two weeks. I will not be buying any more clothing from Fabletics.

I love fabletics clothing for the most part. The shoes seem cheaply made, which is probably why I got them for $10 vs $70.
The website and the app are awful. Shoppibg is frustrating because my size isn't available, and the website and app glitch constantly. Example being the time I ordered my boyfriend 10 pairs of boxers, all a different color, and they all got sent to me/actually ordered as the same color; even though they were in my cart as being different. Will be ceasing my shopping.

I love the items I got. It didn't make sense to me that one pair of socks was sent in a different package which arrived a day earlier than the rest of my items. Once I got my clothes, I was happy with them and it was worth the wait.

So very pleased! Loved the quality of fabric (rivals Lululemon) the top is super soft... Love! I also love that I get to pick a new outfit each month (or skip a month). In my line of work I tend to LIVE in active wear. I love this business model. Can't wait to place my next order. When I went to this site and read reviews I was a bit taken back. Now that I have received my 1st order. I can't wait to place my next! So excited! Thank you! I LOVE the bra straps. So cute! The top super soft and the pants fit perfectly! I'm 5'5" and 140lbs. The clothes are perfect for the fitness classes I take, the running I do and. Bonus... work!
Signed up for scrubs and is a great product. Got charged $60 for the month and did not like it so I canceled the membership. Got a confirmation of the cancel next month was billed again. Took 20 minutes to convince the phone operator to reimburse account and to cancel membership. The whole time telling me I was wrong and it was my fault. I will never buy from fabletics again not only that but I was a brand ambassador and promoted to all my colleagues most of which bought your product right after…. Now I will be the opposite

Took advantage of the VIP 2 for £24 offer. Ordered 4 pairs to try different styles, all covered by offer. Sent to pairs back and was charged full price for the 2 pairs I kept as apparently the offer was only on the 2 I sent back despite the site clearly advertising otherwise... you also do not get a choice on the pairs they apply the offer to! Customer service not interested. Awful service and clear mis selling on website.

I thinks it's pretty shady to charge customers a monthly membership fee and not be more upfront about it. The product I bought was Decent but the time and energy I had to spend to cancel my 'membership' that I was going to get charged monthly was infuriating!

I love my Fabletics leggings! So when my 11 year old needed leggings, I thought I would see if Fabletics would fit. The staff helped her try on a couple styles recommending the capri length as a long option. They were perfect and she was so excited to have a quality pair of leggings. Many thanks to the staff!

Although sometimes frustrating to see a great deal, only to find my size has been sold out. Still has been a great experience to search for clothing at a reduced cost. Almost like a treasure hunt.
I did sign up… my fault. When I went to cancel there was some issue and didn't go through. Many months had passed and I did not realize I was being charged still monthly (again my fault). When I called to explain and ask for the 8 credits on my account to be refunded and cancelled I was told I must use 6 credits and the last two could be refunded. I agreed, the man said this is the best he could do. I used the 6 credits and almost one month later my account still has the last two credits and no refund. I was lied to.

Overall I like their products. But the leggings used to be better. Now they are all starting to have less cotton and more of the plastic scubba type material. Making them less breathable and comfortable material.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
