So number one, the sizes run insanely small FYI. Secondly, you have to be a "VIP" member to get the 2 leggings for $24 I did this then my credit card was charged $49/mo even wen not purchasing anything. TOTAL SCAM. Shame on you Kate Hudson. Way to milk people at they lowest. I'm grossed out
Buying experience was good. I was expecting to love the pants I purchased, but they are just ok. They are comfortable and they fit well. The external draw string is not ideal. I like pants and shorts that have the draw string on the inside. I like a tapered leg and tight cuffs but I don't like elastic cuffs. A cuff zipper would also be nice to make it easier to get my size 13 feet through the opening.

They have great colors and patterns in fabrics, but I struggled to find my sizes it seemed every time. I couldn't find any shirts that were revealing a midriff or long enough to cover what I needed. The bras I purchased dont support larger cup sizes correctly. I hate the shoes I purchased. They dont have enough cushion and they slip off my heal when I put inserts in. This company has a membership that has too many restrictions with too few benefits. I feel like I wasted money.

I love the quality and feel of the leggings. I do wish there was an option to get all the styles in a tall length. I will never be able to own some of the cutest lounge pants or joggers because of the length.

I understand the business concept of electing to buy or opting out each month, however I don't see a lot of pieces clothes that I like for an affordable price. I purchase a handful of pieces per year, maybe less. The quality of thieir clothes is great! I have no issues with the shipping process, either.

The first pair of shorts i ordered were 12.99, after that I had to pay more. I now have three pairs of shorts and love all of them but don't understand why I got a good deal on the first pair then have to pay more.
Also, the FB site is difficult to navigate.

Fabletics is a company I'm just plain sick of. I subscribed back in late 2021 thinking that 2 for $24 was a great deal for sports shorts. Realized quickly their bull$#*! $60 a month subscription and cancelled just a few months into 2022. The few shorts I did buy were cheap material and honestly worth about $12 each. It was several months after cancelling that I realized I was still being charged on my lesser used credit card. I had a call with the company (Fabletics) and got my money back as well as cancelling again I guess. Fast forward several months later to 2023, and wouldn't you know, I'm STILL being charged for Fabletics! Another dispute with Discover (in which I plan to cancel too) and I guess I'm officially unsubscribed from this $#*! company. Be aware of this, and be aware that there are so many better companies out there. Cheers.
I was very excited to get the new VIP member prices on my first order. However, I was sorely disappointed with the sizing and fit. The sports bras and swim tops were much too small as far as cup size, but when I sized up, the band was too big. I guess my body type was not considered when sizing was done at Fabletics. I am 155 lbs, size 36DD and literally no tops worked for me. XL was too small, XXL was too big. Very frustrating.

Quality has gone down since I joined. The latches on the bras start coming out after a couple of wares. Also the length on the straps of the bras have lengthened which has not been good for me because I have it on the tightest and it's still a little on the loose side

It took me not two minutes to cancel and be refunded my member credits via chat. I was kind, explained why it didn't work for me, and requested to cancel and be refunded. Then I was patient as the agent processed the request. I think people make it more difficult than it needs to be.
The fine print apparently signs you up for a 49.95 fee per month. I have tried to call and cancel and they say it is cancelled and they will refund one month but it is just the runaround they never refund. They say they did and to call my bank card. Very dishonest company.

This company is a scam as they offer what appears to be a half price introduction offer when buying their products, only to continue to charge £44/month without your knowledge. I take full responsibility for not reading terms and conditions properly (which was of course highlighted when speaking to fabletics) but also think if the company really WANTED to inform their constumers of this charge they wouldnt have hidden this charge in the small prints. Definately a scam!
When placing online order shopping cart constantly changing, locking up and impossible to navigate. Order entered incorrectly and when contacting customer service they indicated they would have to cancel and re-enter assuring me that promotion item in cart would still be ordered. Lie! Item not in cart and their customer service stinks!

Items came quickly. Was sad that the zipper fell off the onesie on the second wash. Not sure which order was which but also like the all day every day bra…had to order more on a smaller size bc the rib area is way too big for the size. I'm a 32dd and moved down to an ax…because of the Rib width wondering if I should go xx small but then where do the boobies go

I learned recently than even though I make a purchase at the beginning of the month, I still have to ‘skip this month' to not be charges the monthly fee. I'm sure you will tell me that this is i your fine print but who reads it. And even if I did read read it would it be clear? You must get complaints about this because you now make it easier to ‘skip this month'. You asked, this is my feedback.

So far, I've enjoyed being a customer of Fabletics. My only concern is that my credits (money I've already paid) can expire. Also, if I decide to cancel it seems that I might lose my credits? That seems a little off. Let me do what I need to, you already have my money.
As far as the clothing, I really do love it. I've noticed the bras aren't as high impact as they could be for anyone larger than a C cup. My husband really likes the new golf pants. I am excited to see their plans for scrubs.

I ordered two pair of athletic shorts of the same size and style. They were made in two different countries. One falls off me, the other fits better.
Also my athletic shirts were small for XL so I will have to change to XXL. The quality, expecially the logo placement and application was cheap. It looks like an off center bandaid.

Stacy was confused and very unprofessional. She did not make me comfortable. I felt mistreated. I have been in this store many times, and have never felt like I did on this visit. I definitely did not feel welcome. It was the worst shopping experience, ever.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
