Although sometimes frustrating to see a great deal, only to find my size has been sold out. Still has been a great experience to search for clothing at a reduced cost. Almost like a treasure hunt.
Most of the time the fit is not consistent, and the material is not what I would pick up if I saw it in store. Very few of my Fab items are from the past 18 months. The socks are great though!
I have never had a worse experience with any retailer. Their promotions and membership structure are deceiving and very misleading. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I've had orders cancelled for no reason, falsely advertised promotions, refusal of refunds, discounts not applied, store credit being denied... everything that can go wrong does go wrong with Fabletics. I always read terms and fine print, they really are falsely advertising discounts and just not honoring the advertised prices. The clothing is overpriced and the quality doesn't reflect the high price tag. Shopping the site is a huge hassle and has tons of technical issues. I've given them many chances and every single time it sucks. No wonder there are so many bad reviews all over the internet. I just can't get over how ridiculously incompetent and rude the customer service agents are. The last one I spoke to was so condescending and uninformed. I have spent hours trying to resolve an issue and I'm giving up on this brand completely.
Misleading advertisement made me buy 2 legging for x price, but would have to pay 50 dollars a month to keep receiving their products. However, didn't have much trouble cancelling it.
Initially, I was very pleased with my experience. However, after some time, Ive had issues with refunds, not receiving full orders, and being charged when I chose to skip the month.
My experience was good. Shipping can be faster but its ok. I just don't like the fact that i have to click each month on a link or i'll be charge. It make us forced to buy something.

Looks good and comfortable. Can wear to the office or as casual wear. Their quoted delivery dates are always wrong. It's aggravating but I have just come to expect 2 weeks.

To their credit, they resolved in a timely manner via text; i still feel the exercise was unnecessary, they should steer clear of deceptive after sale $49.95 charges. That was awful.

They had a sale... 2 for something like $25... They sent me 1. And charged me full price which was about $50.
Horrible products, bad service, dishonest. Don't buy from them.

I'm always happy with anything I get from Fabletics. They are my favorite to work out in. I don't worry about pants falling down, everything is always so functional and comfortable.
In my experience sizing isn't consistent. Sometimes when I order a small it fits perfectly other times it's too big or too small. This goes for both leggings & sports bras.

I repeatedly tried to buy medium leggings, different styles, different colors. Rarely had any in my size. So disappointing. Tried for several months and then the price went up. No thanks.

DO NOT SHOP AT THE FABLETICS IN BRIDGEWATER COMMONS, BRIDGEWATER NEW JERSEY. The manager named Samantha is like the wicked witch! Nastiest person I've ever met! I was going to purchase several things but the managers rudeness made put everything down and leave
Website glitches included but not limited to:
Freezing.
Ordering going through for items already sold out (then not informing the customer).
Points not being used thus charged full amount and still having a credit to use.
Customers don't come first (almost being punked or frustrated into spending more money):
Discount codes not working.
Skipping months moved from single to two step process.
Credits not going as far for products.
Sizing changes from product to product due to fabrics so you can't count on always buying the same size, again frustrating.
When I was a member my size would sell out before I had the chance to shop (felt like I was being forced to impulse buying and I don't participate in that because I want to retire within my lifetime.)

Good quality, usually.
I don't feel like all products are vetted well Aka not actually being worn by real humans before being sold.
Cute/hip styles.

Now the only way I buy and renew my membership (after years of frustration being a member) is when I know I want something and I have the money to spend and it is on sale.

First mistake, signing up for this. I do not need a dozen exercise outfits. Then they make u phone and listen to their spiel before they will cancel account. Done and thankful to be rid of them!
Took 77£ From my account in two week period for a 24£ purchase apparently I've got a shiny new membership I know absolutely nothing about in the uk you must have a cooling off period for such memberships and also returns period I asked about both and was basically given the us there anything else I can help you with, am livid I was also told you agreed to this (I didn't) and don't blame our website our website is perfect lady was so professional she couldn't even spell but that's besides the point point is they are scammers that don't work by the book, get it n regret it applies

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
